Trip of a Lifetime
We found Nick to be the ultimate tour guide. He was kind, considerate, and very helpful. His knowledge of Africa, the wildlife, and terrain was amazing. It was like taking a college course in African studies. We would have missed so much if it weren't for Nick and his expertise in pointing out things we could have easily overlooked. This trip far surpassed our expectations and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for adventure (in a protected environment).

Professional and exceeded my expectation
The tour was amazing and I look forward to my next experience. The tour operator was friendly, informative and punctual. His demeanour and professionalism was excellent. I felt taken care of during the whole period. This is one tour company I would not hesitate to hire again.

It was an awesome experience!
We had been planning to go for this trip for a while and this tour company was of great help. They listened to us and gave us exactly what we had wanted. Being from Kenya, they gave us an experience we will never forget. Nick picked us up on time at the designated pick up point and kept us abreast with the itinerary of the day. The vehicle was always clean with enough drinking water fro the game drives. Nick is definitely a guide i will use on other trips. Hopefully very soon!!!

Excellent customer service
African Skimmer Safaris exceeded my expectations.The Safari Started on time, the driver was extremely courtoeus serving us with water throughout the journey,he played nice soft music and kept updating us about the sorroundings as we travelled.I have recommended the company to many people so far.

Amazing experience! Planning to go back next year!!
I really loved my experience with African Skimmers! They were always on time with all our planned activities and that meant that we had enough time to enjoy our safari and accomplish all we had planned for the day. The highlight of our trip was getting to see the big five which was absolutely breathtaking!! I would highly recommend this company because they made my experience extra special.

Fantastic communication from start to finish.
Did a 3 day Safari in the Masai Mara with African Skimmer - communication was top notch. Email right through out with Nick being available over Whatsapp to sort final details out on our arrival in Nairobi. Our driver Danson was fantastic throughout - you can see he has a real passion for nature and wildlife. He was great thoughout the 3 days. We stayed in Zebra Plains booked as part of the Safari - love the accomodation.
Overall would highly recommend African Skimmer to anyone heading to Kenya.

Extremely knowledgable about culture and wildlife
The guide was excellent. African Skimmer provided a suggested itinerary and a couple possibilities on lodging for each location, which was helpful. Ultimately we used Trip Advisor to pick from the options and that worked well. But, overall, the guide is really important and African Skimmer was outstanding here.
