Great company to show Tanzanian culture and to show national parcs and their animals
We really enjoyed the Safari, It was about 5 days doing Central serengeti, ngorongoro conservation area, ngorongoro crater, lake manyara and Tarangire. It was amazing and a great season for doing a safari in Tanzania.
We had all the 5 days same guide/driver and he explained a lot of things about animals, He always was going to the places where are the animals which are rare to see, really recomend to do a safari and to do it with Suricata Safari.
For free one evening we visit the village near of Twinga campsite, It was really nice to understand the culture and costumes of all Tanzania people.
For the food It was allways hand made from a ome person of the company so was tasty and nice to take this common foos in Tanzania.
We allways had what ever we need in terms of food and drink.
Last thing to mention was that we spend all nights at campsites which was really authentic and enjoyable. For Dik Dik and Simba campsites we were on the middle of the nature, so animals are free to go through it.

3Day safari sleeping in tent/ Serengeti/Ngorongoro
Jambo! We booked the safari via Suricata Safaris because our friend had recomnend their company to us. We took The 3day safari sleeping in tents and I highly recommend that to get the best safari experience!
We did The safari in The end of November and The short rain season did not bother us. Usually it rained only for 1h in The middle of The Day. Temperature were sth between 22-25 degrees ,perfect ,escpecially when it does not get too hot in the car! Because of the small amount of rain yes ,sometimes the roads were muddy but did not affect the experience for us. Our driver did not go If he saw that The Road was not good to drive and If there would Be Any chance to get stuck - safety first. When it rains The nature is so green and The Air is so easy to breath!
Being offline , sleeping in tent for 2 nights in Serengeti & Ngorongoro is something I would call an adventure! The first night when arriving to the camp we saw a leopard and an elephant close to The camp , scary & exciting at The same Time ! The leopard was 30m from us ,The elephand came like 4m from Our tent! Our guide / driver Max and our masterchef Pisou made the whole experience 10/10. Max knew so much about The Animals and we were able to see all Big 5 Animals ! Max also were thinking in safety first way which in my opinion is super important when being around wild animals ! Max were so friendly and professional at The same time ! He made sure everyone was okey all The Time ! We were on our honeymoon and were lucky to share the car and the once in a lifetime experience with an other honeymoon couple in same age! We had so much fun & in the end of The trip everyone felt a little bit sad when saying goodbye to each other. We became really close with the whole group when sharing incredible moments together. Choose Suricata Safaris if you want the authentic safari experience and Make sure to stay open minded & ready for an adventure!
Ps. The food was so good & sometimes you forgot you are at a safari , not at a restaurant. Wow!
PSS. We did The whole booking by ourself and it was so easy to do the booking, you just start with sending them a message via their homepage!
PSSS: You get a packing list what to bring , I would add some wet wipes and a flashlight at the List and do remember to bring warm clothes! During daytime it is really hot but at night Time it gets little cold and a hoodie & jacket is handy at that point :)
Luckily we hade all those with us but just a tip ,hope it helps :)
Asante Suricata Safaris!
Hakuna Matata!

Amazing safari experience!
The safari was so awesome! Everything went smoothly, we had 3-days safari in the tents for the authentic adventure experience and it was so good! Even saw all of the Big 5 amongst other animals. Everything was excellent, clean and we felt safe. The guide Max and the chef Piut were great, food was good and the guide knew all the spots and routes! Be sure to ask if they're available for your trip and you surely wont regret!
Communication, hotels and airport transport also on good level!

It's pure excellence! It's like a family you didn't know you have! What an experience!
This has been by far the best experience of my life. No kidding. It's so well organized, the guides (Rocky, Max and Mandela ❤️) have been amazing. Such passion and knowledge for nature and culture is exceptional. And the food ... Ohh ... The food ... Whatever James is doing in his kitchen, it's pure magic ... To sum it up: the incredible nature combined with the service and the food is unbeatable. I'll definitely do it again. Hopefully soon. Love you guys. Feels like a new family ❤️

Luis was great, I could not expect a better experience from anyone else.
We arrived into the Kilimanjaro International Airport and were shuttled to the Tulia Hotel. We met Daniel for our safari briefing, who was extremely personable and welcoming. We met our driver and tour guide, Luis the following morning. Luis was amazing the entirety of the trip and we greatly appreciated his and the whole crew’s hard work making our experience special. We completed our trip with a debrief with Daniel and a shuttle ride to the airport. Overall, was an amazing experience and would recommend it to anyone.
Thoughtful, knowledgeable Client-first safari company
Suricata went out of its way to make this a special safari. They are very client focused from picking you up in the airport to planning accommodation. Our guide, Rocky, was bright, thoughtful and extremely knowledgeable about the Serengeti and surrounding areas., he set expectations well and was curious about us and what we wanted from the safari. Overall, it exceeded my expectations of safari and I would love to book more tours in the future.

Relaxing and unforgettable experience
The safari was great. It exceeded my expectations. Our guide, Rocky, was super considerate of the group’s needs, often anticipating it before it came up. He was also extremely knowledgeable of the animals (big and small), ecosystem, and environment. The company, itself, was very well-run. The guides and staff were in constant communication so that all clients were able to get to/ from our different. specific location. During the safari, not only did we see amazing animals, but Rocky gave us time to just enjoy the experience. Highly recommend it!

Perfect No problems along the way
The safari was perfect, we got to see everything from elephants walking in front of our cars to a lion trying to hunt a buffalo. The food was amazing and the guide was out of this world. No problems communicating or with the campsites or cars
Educating, thrill and fun
An absolutely fantastic experience of Tanzania. We went to Serengeti and Ngorongoro on a two night tented safari. Our Guide Elias and Chef Pjuh did an excellent job. We easily found all the animals and were the first to arrive several times. Sleeping in a tent was an experience as our first night at Dik-dik camp we had hyenas that cleared the kitchen at night and in the morning we had a family of lions about 300 meters away that watched us and were there for a long time. At Simba camp we had a bull that stroked the tents, ate grass and snorted. We have seen all the big nine and about 50 lions in total very very close.
