Amazing Safari at affordable price
Quick and exhaustive conversation during the trip organization. In Tanzania both for pick up and safari in line or above the expectations (day trip at Materuni falls and coffee plantation/ accommodation during the safari).
The guide/driver well prepared and always available for any request. I suggest to add 1 more day in Serengeti in order to visit also the north on top of Tarangire, Manyara and Ngorongoro. Suricata make me happy to travel in Tanzania

Wonderful day in Materuni Waterfall
We arrived at the waterfall before there were any tourists so we could enjoy a beautiful view surrounded by the beauty of nature and the sound of the waterfall. The walk to reach the waterfall is very simple but at the same time suggestive, it seems to walk in a jungle surrounded by banana trees, corn and coffee. After the visit to the waterfall we went to the Materuni village where they showed us how to make coffee to the rhythm of music. “Mama” then prepared us a very good local lunch. After lunch we went to natural spa oasis (hot springs) which she blew us away.
Special thanks to our guide Twalbu who took care of us all the time telling us a lot about the environment, habits and local customs. Highly recommended excursion to explore the beauty of the area.

Perfect organization
Nice day at waterfalls and hot springs after 5 days of safari. The waterfalls can be reached after a pleasant 40-minute walk, then return to the village to see the coffee production and for lunch. In the afternoon we go to the hot springs where we can have fun with everyone in the fresh water.
Btw, the safari was Just amazing, you have to do It!!

What an unforgettable well run experience.
What an unforgettable well run experience.
Starting with hilary, who organised our trip seamlessly, to lewis our guide, who was the most knowledgeable and positive guy going, to the food made by our chef saleem, that blew our group away time after time.
Thanks for such a great trip everyone

Perfect Safari experience with the best guide we could have wished for
Me and my wife just came back from a 4 day / 3 nights tented Safari to Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro with Suricata and absolutely loved it.
We were a group of seven people and had an amazing time getting to know the great national parks of Tanzania. Not only the communication and the organization of Suricata beforehand was efficient and professional, with Damian we also had the best guide we could have hoped for. Damian knew an answer to every question we came up with and explained everything in great detail. He was always in a good mood and made us feel like a big family. Damian also had a sixth sense for the animals and the best places to spot them, while always respecting their space and nature to the fullest. At some occasions we even were the only ones to enjoy the beautiful animals. We always took our time to carefully observe the situations and scenery which was the reason we got very lucky with i.e. unforgettable hunting attempts or really rare moments of a leopard playing with its cubs.
It was also a great experience to sleep in the middle of Serengeti or close to Ngorongoro crater while watching the stars and waking up to the sounds of grazing zebras. The campsites Suricata choose were comfortable, clean and always offered some common areas for the group and even showers with good sanitary facilities.
Delicious and freshly prepared meals were provided three times a day. That way we also got to experience a variety of traditional Tanzanian dishes. We always brought big pots of food for lunch with us, as well as proper plates and cups which not only created a little “restaurant situation” inside the wild, but also an easy way to reduce plastic waste.
In summary a perfect experience. Would recommend 100%!

Very reliable and organized
Our experience with Suricata safaris was amazing! The national parks are definitely a must-see when visiting Tanzania. They had beautiful views of the nature and animals. Our guide, Gordon was also incredible! He was so knowledgeable and friendly and had great communication with our group. He was very organized and his driving skills even made the rocky twisty drives more pleasant. We also really enjoyed the food - they cooked fresh meals for us every day and catered to our dietary restrictions. Would definitely use Suricata safaris again!

Amazing!
Tanzanian Safari experience at its best. My wife and I had an amazing experience with Suricata Safaris. We were in a six person jeep and did the 4 day camping safari.
Pros:
1. Our guide Gordon was absolutely amazing! He was so knowledgeable about all the wildlife, history, plants and more! It was also great to talk to him and learn about growing up and life in Tanzania. Gordon made our trip what it was and if I could give him a rating it would be 10/10.
2. The Jeep. Suricata has very reliable and good vehicles. Just something I noticed compared to the other tour groups around.
3. The food. Food was great and they were able to accommodate to our many dietary restrictions.
4. The parks. We went to Tarangire, Ngorongoro, and Serengeti. Each park is unique and beautiful on its own. Adding in all the wildlife and game makes it all the more better.from beautiful sunrises/sunsets, watching lions hunt, and viewing herds of zebras and wildebeest migrate the experience was one to remember.
Cons:
None. Book with Suricata!!

The best Safari tour operator in Tanzania
Our 6 day camping safari with Suricata was really, really great. We saw everything we wanted and even more.
Rocky is the BEST guide. He is funny, friendly and knows so much about the parks and the animals.
Camping was really good, the company selected great camp sites. The food was perfect. Our cook Jamesi prepared fresh meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner and every meal was delicious.
I highly recommend going on a Safari with Suricata.
Amazing Safari Experience
I booked a three day safari with Suricata Safaris for my group and we really enjoyed the experience. Our guide, Max, was very knowledgeable and friendly and the meals prepared by our camp cook were delicious. We were able to see the Big 5 during our tour and we can't thank Max enough for his dedication!
