very excellent and the trip is the best value for money
I went on two safaris, one in Kenya and one in Tanzania. The safari in Tanzania was by far the best experience! Our guide and driver, Melita, was exceptionally professional—she skillfully spotted various animals and provided insightful explanations about animal behavior and the history of the national park. The chef was outstanding, preparing delicious and varied meals every day, which made my dining experience truly memorable. We stayed in a tent camp within the savanna, offering an intimate connection with the African wilderness—an absolutely worthwhile journey.

We had the absolute best experience with our safari guide, Jeremy!
From the very beginning, he was incredibly kind, professional, patient, and genuinely committed to making our safari unforgettable. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him. Whether it was helping us find a simple souvenir magnet or going the extra mile to make one of my biggest dreams come true, he always did it with a smile.
Seeing lions in the wild was my lifelong dream, and Jeremy was determined to make it happen. Thanks to his knowledge, dedication, and persistence, we were lucky enough to experience that magical moment. It became one of the most memorable days of my life, and I will never forget it.
Thank you, Jeremy, for giving us memories that will stay with us forever. If you have the chance to do a safari with him, don’t hesitate—you’ll be in the best hands!

My experience was incredible. Our guide was Jarold, and I couldn’t have asked for a better one. He always seemed to be in the right place at the right time, making sure we had the best experience possible. Thanks to his persistence, we were able to see all of the Big Five.
Jarold is incredibly knowledgeable about wildlife and was an outstanding guide. His explanations were fascinating and added so much to the experience, making every game drive even more special.
Going on a safari had always been a dream of mine, and choosing the right company felt like a big responsibility. I’m so happy I chose Suricata Safaris for this unforgettable experience.

Had an absolutely wonderful time on our 3 day mid range Safari. Accomodation, food and service were all excellent. Gerard was an extremely knowledgeable and thoughtful guide, ensuring we had a complete safari experience.

Gerard was an amazing guide who really made our trip the trip of a lifetime. He knew so much about the local animals and environment and made sure/lucky enough too see all the animals we wanted.
The accomodation was excellent as well as the food and would highly recommend suricata to anyone wanting to do a safari in Tanzania in the future.

Great experience with Gerald!
We had an amazing experience with Suricata Safaris from start to finish. Everything was extremely well organized, and all the accommodations exceeded our expectations. Every lodge was comfortable, clean, and of a very high standard, making the journey even more enjoyable.
However, the real highlight of this safari was our guide, Gerald. He is the reason this trip became such a unique and unforgettable experience. His knowledge of wildlife is truly impressive, and he has an incredible ability to explain animal behavior in a way that is both fascinating and easy to understand.
What stood out the most was his genuine care for his guests, his attention to every detail, and his determination to make sure we had the best possible safari. He never stopped looking for wildlife and went above and beyond to give us the opportunity to see all of the Big Five. His passion, patience, and commitment made all the difference.
We absolutely loved every moment of this adventure, and I will definitely return for another safari in Tanzania. One thing is certain: it will have to be with Gerald again.
