An unforgettable experience!
This was amazing! We saw so many animals in the safari! Our guide Shabani was very nice and patience with us and the food of our chef was so good!
Perfect 5 day experience
A great safari with Suricata. The safari was well balanced, with visiting all the big parks in the 5 days. Our guide, Elias, was super friendly and knowledgeable about not only the animals but also everything in and around the area. We had a safari with hotel/lodge and the Suricata Boma Lodge upgrade we got was amazing! The food that the cook, Tito, cooked as lunch during the tours was delicious as well. We got a good briefing and debriefing by Dennis and Daniel at the start and end of the safari, in Arusha, and they arranged for good pick-ups from and to the airport.

Suricata Safari for the best safari in Tanzania!
It was amazing. Our guide, Lewis, was an absolute sweetheart! Very knowledgeable of the culture, the roads, the parks, the animals... gave us very interesting facts about animals, the masai, and the way of living in Tanzania. Our cook, Samson, was the best! The food never let us down. The whole trip was great, the safari was top! The camps and the tents were top too. Daniel and Chuke were our hosts on the last and first day respectively and they were also great!
All in all our experience was a 10/10! We would definitely recommend to all our friends! Suricata team we look forward to come back to you! ASANTE SANA!

Just awesome
Amazing experience! The guide Lewis was awesome and really knew his way around. The chef Samson made really nice meals at our campsites (which had great locations in nature in middle of animals). We had a 4 day safari and managed to see all big 5 and more. Just awesome trip, definitely recommend.

Unforgettable 5 days safari (Tarangire, Manyara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro)
The safari exceeded our expectations in every way (organization, comfort, food…). Our guide, Mandela, is very experienced, and it's largely thanks to him that we were able to experience incredible moments. We saw the Big 5, a serval with her babies (extremely rare to spot), cheetahs and leopards, and many other animals.
The only downside would be the day dedicated to Lake Manyara. The lake's water level is much too high during the dry season, so the flamingos, as well as zebras and other mammals, are no longer present in this park. As a result, the tree-climbing lions are also gone, as there are no more prey. They have all moved to Tarangire except for the flamingos, which have gone to Lake Natron. However, there are still plenty of elephants, monkeys, and bird species.

Unforgettable Safari!
An Unforgettable Safari!
From the engaging briefing by Mr. T at the start to Daniel's final debrief, every moment was perfect. But the true star of this adventure was Roky, our extraordinary guide.
Roky not only impressed us with his exceptional safari skills but also won us over with his wonderful personality. We spent five days immersed in the spectacular nature of Tanzania, always accompanied by his smile and passionate explanations of the local flora and fauna. And for those, like me, who love photography, Roky took us to the best spots to capture truly breathtaking images.
A heartfelt thanks to Suricata Safaris for making this experience truly unforgettable!

Great experience
All locations visited were breathtaking. We got to enjoy different landscapes and habitats (forest, tundra, savannah) and a multitude of animals.
The guide was amazing and the food was exquisite.
Lastly, Suricata Boma Lodges is a fantastic location : cozy accomodation, good food, nice pool and delicious food!

Amazing experience, I recommend 1000%
We booked a 5-day / 6-night safari with Suricata Safari, in the camping version.
We recommend it 100% and here's why:
- The program: it was complete and balanced.
- D1: We visited Tarangire Park: savannah atmosphere: elephants, zebras, giraffes, monkeys, warthogs...
- D2: Lake Manyara: elephants, monkeys, gazelles up close!!
- D3: Ngorongoro Crater, view from the top, Masai villages and afternoon in Serengeti. In Serengeti we saw: lions, leopards, hippos, elephants, giraffes, buffaloes, gazelles...
- D4: Serengeti too. The park is very large. The landscapes are magnificent. It's the savannah, the real one.
- D5: Ngorongoro Crater. This time we went to the crater, at the bottom. The landscape was one of the most beautiful we had seen. We saw zebras and wildebeests up close, hyenas, jackals, flamingos, rhinos, hippos…
Other points that seem important to me:
- Organization: Everything was very well organized, fluid and simple.
- Our guide: Elias was very kind and had a lot of knowledge about the animals present in the parks. He was available to answer each of our questions and even learned French to give us the translation of the names of the species we saw.
- Meals: whether it was the meals we ate during the day between our game drive sessions or the meals we ate in the evening, everything was excellent. The chef is committed to ensuring that everyone enjoys themselves. The quantity was very generous. His favorite phrase: "eat as much as you can".
- Respect for animal welfare: the rules governing respect for animal welfare have always been respected. Here they are: do not feed the animals, do not scare them, do not honk at them even if they are in the middle of the road, do not touch them. This way, the animals are not fearful and approach the vehicle more easily.
- Hygiene/comfort: The camps were clean. Take warm clothes for the night. We did not have hot water every time. But the accommodations are located in very pretty places. We were lucky enough to welcome zebras walking around our camp, incredible.
- The transfer to the airport: finally, the transfers to the airport were also taken care of by Suricata Safari.
I would like to thank the entire Suricata Safari team for their kindness, their sense of service and their dedication.
I would recommend without hesitation.

Going the extra mile for the adventure
We took a 3 days' trip to Serengeti and Ngorongoro and I can't believe how lucky we were with this tour. In three days, we saw all key animal species of the savannah except for the cheetah - lots of lions, elephants, hippos, zebras, giraffes, rhinos, ostriches and many more, many of them with adorable cubs! It would have been impossible without our guide, Shabani, who went the extra mile to find every species. He told us a lot about their habits and was always there for any question. An exceptional driver, too!
The food was tasty and abundant, especially the dinners - it felt like a restaurant, props to the chef, Salim.
We chose to stay in tents and the organizers did their best to give us comfort despite low temperatures. The sleeping bags were warm enough and the tents were spacious.
I also want to thank the kind Tizia who helped organized the trip and answered all my questions via WhatsApp and the briefer Dennis who provided a smooth pickup from the airport.
All in all, it was an incredible experience and great value for money. Thanks Suricata Safaris!
