An amazing experience from start to finish with our guide Hilary
5/5

We could not have asked for a better and more knowledgeable guide than Hilary. He scouted out hard to find animals and really knew what he was doing. He is also a very delightful young man with a great sense of humor! I highly recommend going on safari with Hilary!

Amazing safaritrip with Ezekiel to Tarangire and Ngorongoro
5/5

At the end of July, I went with the guide Ezekiel and a group for a two day safari to Tarangire and Ngorongoro. It was EPIC. We saw very rare events like, leopards and cup eating a gazelle, fighting and making out monkeys. The tentcamp was also nice with dance acts, campfire and dance acts. The next day we went to Ngorongoro were we had the most amazing views and saw a lot of wildlife. Lunch we had at a pool full of Hippos. Afterwards, we stopped at a nice site were we had an amazing view over Lake Manyara. Very good safari.

On adventure with Hillary to Tarangire and Ngorongoro
5/5

At the end of July I went on safari with Hillary to two of the most famous national parks in Tanzania. Tarangeri and Ngorongoro. It was amazing. Where other guides did not succeed in other parks, I was shown cheetas that brought their boys to a group of friends, monkeys who were mating and rhinos inside the crater. These things are very rare. It is not easy to say whether it's a coincidence or the guide to see these things. But it were two days apart, I do not think it's a coincidence anymore. That's why I say a big "merci" to Hillary !!!

One of the best experiences i had in my life
5/5

The service and the communications were very good, you get a lot of information about the animals and the food you get is really good.
You are sleeping in Tends in the Serengeti which is a great experience. But if you wanna have higher comfort you should book by a different company where you can sleep in apartments.
I have seen the "big five" on a three day Safari and all the other animals you can imagine.

Up Close and Personal in Tanzania
5/5

My father and I booked a Safari in February 2017 through a bunch of middle men (each taking a cut off the top), eventually ending up with Hillary as our driver. We joined another four people from around the globe and from the get go, we counted ourselves lucky to have Hillary as our guide.

He was enthusiastic, and willing to be flexible, while providing us with the best complete safari experience possible. Hillary was able to get us up so close to the game and seemed to know exactly where to go. We spent the best part of an hour driving around to try and find some male lions in the south of the Serengeti and Hillary's determination and patience paid off.

If you ask nicely, he may even let you drive along the African plains.

Unforgettable safari experience!!
5/5

I was a little nervous at first since I was traveling as a solo woman, but this safari turned out to be an amazing and unforgettable experience!! My driver from Suricata was Ezekiel, he was great--very knowledgeable, informative about all the animals, and attentive to us. I did the 4 day safari and we saw basically all the animals at the top of my list: Cheetahs (in Serengeti only), lions, leopard, elephants, Rhino, giraffes, and lots of hyenas, which are my favorite!! The sceneries are just spectacular, just like you see on TV, especiallly Ngorogoro. The Serengeti is fascinating...it's just plain/open spaces where you think there's nothing there, but actually all the animals are there! I was also happy that Suricata was able to provide special meals for me since I'm vegan. I absolutely loved this safari and my only regret is that I didn't choose a longer one as I would've loved to spend more days in Serengeti and seen more rivers.

It was amazing!
5/5

We went on a 4 day safari. Saw tarangire NP, Serengethi NP and ngorogoro NP, it was a great expierence with a lot of adventure. The jeep was big and comfortable. Our guides name was Ezekiel, a very nice man who could tell us a lot about the wild animals and the way They live. We were planning to see the big five and we Did!. We saw a lioness with her cubs, elephants from a few meters away when we had our lunchbreak (the food was good during the whole safari), a Leopard with her cub in a tree, a rhino at the crater and on our last night buffalo's were eating grass in front of our tents. Ezekiel made sure we felt safe during the whole trip and stopped the car anytime we wanted to make pictures. We spotted a lot of animals, monkeys, lots of beautifull birds, giraffes, zebra's wildebeest and many many more. Every morning we woke up very early to start the game drive. But it was worth it. I never saw those beautifull sunsets in my life. Thank you So much, it was amazing!!!

Go directly to the BEST!
5/5

We were connected to the driver, Hilary, through a middle company as were others on our trip. I would say that we definitely lucked out with the driver, chef and vehicle for the entire trip (5 days). We had heard some horror stories of people getting put together with companies of poor quality and even being stranded by vehicle problems.

Don't book through "flycatchers"!!!
They don't have your best interests in mind and are only looking to make a quick buck.

Contact Suricata Safari directly and talk to Hilary or his associates to plan one of the most magical experiences of your life.

Hilary was our driver and Apollo was our chef. Hilary knows the bush and knows not only where the animals are, but also where they are going so he will always position the vehicle at the best vantage point for the perfect photo. Trust in his guidance and you will be rewarded with great memories and information. He has a great sense of humor as well, once you get to know each other.

Apollo is a man of few words but you can't believe the meals he will make you. Breakfast, lunch and dinner with multiple course meals. Truly an unexpected treat.

After seeing first hand how the safari booking system works in town, I would only ever book directly through an actual safari company and that company would be this company.

Asante sana Suricata Safaris!

Best safari experience
5/5

Our sfari driver was Hilary and he is the best. Full of energy and amazing stories and fnny jokes. We had a lot of fun on a 4-day safari (which is totally enough if you want to see all the antional parks). We saw the big 5 group, which was unforgetable. Staying in tents can be really exicitng since you're sleeping surrounded with zebras and bivols, so I would not change it to lodge. Only thing I would not miss is visiting Masai village. It's too commercial already. You better visit Hundzabi tribe which is really interesting (still living in caves).
