Fantastic experience
Experience with them has been fantastic! In 4 days of Safari we have seen many animals (including the Big five) and we have enjoyed a lot. Great food from Salim's hand. The rest in the tents is great, they provide you with everything you need (a warm jacket, a pillow and a good mat). I would hire the Safari with them again without hesitation, they are very attentive and care about doing their job well. Thank you!!!

Perfectly organized - best Guide! :)
Had a super well organized 6 days private safari. The lodges has been really good as well as the food (happy we also had hot lunch, not lunch packages).
Sleeping in tented lodges was an amazing experience!
Freddy (Frederic) was the best Guide! He knows so much about animals and we have seen so much of them (also the big 5)!

Locally run company that you shouldn’t hesitate to book with!
This was a great experience for the value we paid. We did a 7 day safari and were taken through 4 different parks across Tanzania. Our guide, James, was extremely knowledgeable and could answer any question we had about Tanzania culture or wildlife. The camp sites were comfortable. Each had a washroom facility and a closed area for eating meals (typically lit). The food was prepared fresh and was always delicious. This is a great, locally run company. Don’t hesitate to book with them!

Excellent Tour with Local Company
Amazing safari experience. Pickup to dropoff well organized. We did a budget trip and the hotel/camping was spartan but clean. Saw all of the big 5 animals during our trip to Tarangire, the Serengeti, ngongoro crater, and lake manyara. Had a vehicle breakdown (axle break) in the Serengeti but the vehicle was repaired same day and we were ready to go the next morning. During that time we relaxed at camp. You’ll also have some cultural experiences during this trip which enhanced the experience. Also, the company is locally owned and run which isn’t the case for a lot of the bigger companies so you’re supporting local with them. Great food, but lots of beef so be prepared!

The best of Tanzania Safari
Save yourself from searching for a better company and book with Suricatas, they are number one for a reason. Firstly they are easy to communicate with on whatsup, so ask as many question as you like. If you have any doubts always ask until confident. We book for a 5 days budget safari. Though it was a budget safari it was easy and comfortable from pick up until departure, that is a day before and after the tour . The tour itself was stress free and chill as our guide Mandela put it that way. He loves his job and is very knowledgeable. He let us enjoy whatever nature show us along the way, no rush or worries about not seeing this and that. The road was rough but not surprisingly annoying. Strangly we even fell asleep on those bumpy rides. We slept in tents at night but did have toilets and showers every night even in the middle of nowhere. Also Ben, our chef was the best. He cooked all sort of very tasty food in the wilderness, pizza, lasagna, veggies and all sort of meat etc. We don’t know how he does it but we enjoyed all them and we were always full as it’s a lot and lot of food. Any request can be accomodated so feel free to ask.
We hope to come back again in the future.

Excellent safari experience
We had a wonderful 5 days of safari with our amazing guide Vincent. He's been very flexible and well prepared with wide knowlesge of all national parks and animals. We would recommend this company to everyone and would choose Surikata Safari again. Reliable 4x4 Landcruiser and excellent guide. Also had luxorious feeling in all our lodges on the way.

Excellent service, unforgettable experience
I can highly recommend Suricata Safaris to everyone. They provide a fantastic service at a very reasonable price.
They are super responsive to emails and messages, all our communication went perfectly with them.
They are 100% reliable and went above and beyond to make sure that we have a great time during the safari.
Our tour guide was Rocky, an absolutely customer oriented guy with a great sense of humor. He knew the best places to find even the rarest animals for us and didn’t rest until he could show us all of the big 5. :)
He shared stories and interesting information about the animals and made our days fun, educational and gave us an amazing experience which we will never ever forget.
We will surely return to Tanzania to see the wildlife in the rainy season as well and we will choose Suricata Safaris again.

Amazing experience.
Me and my girlfriend did the 5 days safari with the Meerkat, it was an amazing experience camping in the middle of the parks.
We researched several companies and had indications from Suricata, which was a great choice.
We were well received from the airport until the end of the trip.
We took a very lively guide and good people called Rock and the cook (Massa) I don't remember much of the name, who made very good food, I felt at home.
Rock explained to us all about the animals and the region we passed through. We managed to see many animals and even the Big Five. I hope to one day return with my children.
These 5 days will be marked in my memory, I highly recommend the company. Grade 10

Exceeded our expectations
We just finished the 3 days safari organized by Suricata Safaris. We did not really know what to expect before the tour, but fortunately this company made our safari a life-time experience. I can really recommend it to anyone. They organized everything from airport transfer to hotel room before and after the safari event. There were several briefings, they shared the most important information every day, so we always knew the schedules and rules. Our tour guide an driver, Rocky did an amazing job.
