Wonderful trip to Amboseli National Park
The team at Ngurumah are professional and friendly. I had an amazing day trip from Nairobi to Amboseli National Park. I'm especially a fan of elephants and they were spectacular. I'll be back and will use Ngurumah again.

Adventure to Chaka Ranch
The trip was awesome. The preparation in advance of the trip in terms of vehicle selection, inspection (visit to parking yard), recommendations (e.g. Wi-Fi) and time agreement were very collaborative. On the date of departure from Nairobi, I was worried that the driver would not arrive on time. To my surprise, he was there earlier that 95% of us. I was privileged to take the front seat and we had many hilarious stories with the driver who was quite knowledgeable and experienced. We made stopovers as requested by colleagues and the driver was very accommodative. Upon arrival, he ensured that all of us had checked in before leaving.
On the return date, he came at exactly the time we had agreed. Since most of us were still having lunch, a distance from the reception area, the driver offered to go a pick my colleagues from the site since it was raining. This was very innovative of him and a kind gesture that was appreciated by all.
Our journey back was awesome, same as the day of departure.

Exceptional Service
We have worked with Ngurumah Tours and Travel on 2 occasions (2016 and 2017) and have had great service on both. The drivers were friendly and assisted us all the way. Support from the office during our journey was also well organised and there were no glitches. Communication was made throughout the duration of the hire of the vehicles, in terms of fueling, driver coordination etc. We went around a few counties and the drivers used the best routes to ensure we got to where we were going safely.

Last December we had a global conference held in Nairobi and we got Ngurumah Tours and Travel to facilitate all our inland transportation starting from the airport to the different places in Nairobi.
All I can say is that this company is really reliable. All their office staff, including the owner, are very kind and accommodating. They are very keen in making sure all our requests are met. The mini buses that we used are new and well maintained and the drivers are also on time and very helpful to our participants. I never encountered any problem with them. I highly recommend this company if you need inland transportation for your conferences held in and outside Nairobi, tours, and private car rentals. Their prices are very fair.
They are simply the best.

Great & affordable Tour
Peter, our driver, was amazing! He was always on time, explained everything and made sure we were able to see the big 5, although we had booked the 2 days Tour only. The hotel the agency had booked for us was good too... Nothing luxurious, but good for 1 night.

Spectacular
Very professional indeed. I was impressed when they allowed us to change the tour dates without extra charges because our baby fell ill. Humbled by the empathetic staff, they kept calling to check on the baby!!
