They were really very good!
We had such a great time on Safari. Ben our driver was helpful and really knew what he was doing, so we go to see so many animals. Jessica in the office was very professional and easy to coordinate with.Infact we had contacted so many agencies but theirs was the only one to respond immediately and was very accomodative with out requests.My only recommendation would be to improve the travel van...even though it took us everywhere we needed to go, it could have been more comfortable for sure! So an upgrade on that would be excellent. Be clear on the package you are choosing and have a great time with these guys!

It was a very nice 2 day safari. Good prep and nice drive and stay.

Exceptional Service
Having used Ngurumah Tours & Travel over the past few years for my personal and Company travels to Uganda and within the Country (Kenya), I have not been disappointed with the professionalism of their team. I was very impressed by the manner and promptness with which they handled my complaint in regard to the service which we got Enashipai Lodge, which Ngurumah had booked for us on 3rd - 6th September 2017.
