A perfect journey
Spirit of Kenya truly delivered! From planning to execution I was very happy about how all it went.
I started planning a trip of 9 days to Kenya for my family of five with Andre’ in February. All went smoothly. I was impressed by his responsiveness and his capacity to understand what I wanted. Moreover, once the plan was set, I was happy about the different options of accommodation he provided.
The drivers and guides (Moses and Samuel “SK”we had respectively for a day in Nairobi and then for the trip to Lake Naivasha, lake Nakuru and Masai Mara were excellent and very nice and competent persons. We appreciated the human touch that they provided. We concluded the trip with a two relaxing days in Diani.
All in all one of my best experience. Highly recommended!

Supportive and helpful!
My fiancée and I had booked our honeymoon with Spirit of Kenya, with André supporting us through the entire process.
André made initial suggestions for the safari and then tailored our trip to exactly what we wanted, within our budget, offering a range accommodation levels and locations. We even added a stay in Zanzibar onto the end of the trip.
Unfortunately for unforeseeable health reasons, my partner and I were advised not to travel just 15 days prior to departure. Spirit of Kenya offered us a 50% refund on the total cost straight away (as per the contract) and were extremely helpful and supportive. (We were even offered to put the trip back by 1 year, but were unable to commit to that at this stage).
Spirit of Kenya, and André in particular, have been so helpful and supportive throughout the entire booking (and cancelling) process. Despite not going on the trip, I really cannot recommend them enough and we definitely plan on re-booking at some point in near future.
5/5 for helpfulness, support and value. Fully recommended.

Fabulous safari experience
We had an amazing safari arranged by Filipa at Spirit of Kenya. She was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Our guide Charles was extremely experienced and knowledgeable. He knew where the animals were going before the animals did. Wherever he took us we were followed by other guides as they knew Charles knew what he was doing. We saw the Big-5 and so much more. Thank you, Spirit of Kenya, Filipa, and Charles for providing unforgettable memories!

Excellent experience, well designed and executed to plan
thank you very much to Spirit of Kenya for an excellent safari. Communications beforehand were prompt with many emails back and forth between ourselves and Jorge to organise our custom made itinerary. Lots of options provided on cost. Lots of detail provided, eg length of journey times between reserves, key information when you have children in the vehicle! Payment went smoothly . Upon arrival, Moses was there to meet at airport, and infact from there on in, all drivers and safari guide always on time, in fact early and the entire itinerary proceeded exactly as planned. Accommodations recommended were fantastic. Raphael the guide was excellent and seems to have supersonic vision for spotting animals kilometers away. Everyone we met was super friendly and welcoming to us. A great holiday, topped off with 4 days on the coast to relax after the hectic schedule.

Efficient, organized and well-planned tour. It was the perfect trip!
We had a fantastic trip! I felt a bit nervous doing everything online, but Andre was amazing and the trip was perfect. He was quick to respond and designed the trip we wanted taking all of our needs and wants into consideration. We were picked up from the airport after a long flight and taken to a lovely hotel in Nairobi that they had arranged for us. Everything from there continued as smoothly. The guides were knowledgeable about the animals, birds and how to drive on the rough roads! We felt safe and in good hands the whole trip. We were in Kenya and Tanzania and saw so many remarkable animals and scenery. The accommodations were comfortable and the food was delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better trip and highly recommend Spirit of Kenya.

John was accommodating, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and kind.
Our tour guide, John, always picked us up at exactly our agreed-upon time, and he was patient with us if we were a few minutes late. Along our journey, he accommodated a few stops for extra excursions, to get some cash at a cash machine, for restroom breaks, and souvenir shopping. I went with a work friend--two females--and we always felt safe with John on our way to and from Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara National Parks. He treated us respectfully and participated in some friendly banter with us. He also kept us safe from a few Vervet monkeys who wanted to share our picnic lunch, and he was an amazing wealth of knowledge and driver on some rough terrain. The accommodations we selected through the company were both amazing. About a week before our safari was set to begin, I received a call from the company that we would need to change 2 nights of our accommodations, and they provided two similar options. I chose the Olengati Eco Lodge, and it turned out to be the most amazing part of our trip--eating meals with hippos was not something we were prepared for but was something we will never forget. The Ziwa Bush Lodge was the other one was stayed in. The customer service on this entire trip was phenomenal, and the food at the lodges was fantastic.

Very professional!
We had an absolutely amazing experience with our 5 days tour with Spirit of Kenya! Jorge had answered all our questions and addressed all our concernes during the trip preparation. Taking into account that we didnt have much time the itinerary was created very thoroughly to meet all our desires. Which was done perfectly! Sincethe start till the end of our trip we felt very safe, cared for and relaxed enjoying the beauty of Kenya. We will definitely continue our adventures with Spirit of Kenya and recommend their services to everyone we know!

Wonderful trip and amazing experience
The trip arrangement is very reasonable and smooth. The accommodation and vehicle are great. Many thanks to my guide James, he let me see many different kinds of wild animals, and very beautiful landscape.He is very professional and responsible in finding animals, and he is also very considerate and helpful.

Shuma was knowledgeable, professional, and great company!
The safari was phenomenal! We saw so much. Our tour guide, Shuma, was incredible. He taught us about wildlife, as well as the culture and history of Kenya.
The logistics for our safari were seamless, thanks to the help of our Journey Designer Filipa. It was nice to just show up and have food, lodging, and tour routes taken care of. This was a wonderful experience.

Amazing experience
We had a fantastic “5 Days Roaring Kenya” experience.
Our personal Safari designer , Andrè, was fantastic and he helped us to choose the right Safari and the best Lodges.
We went to Amboseli, Nakuru and Masai Mara.
Also our guide, Anthony, was absolutely amazing. We saw all the big five.
