Perfect Trip
We spent from October 24th 2024 three days in Tsavo East at the Sentrim Safari Lodge. Everything was perfectly organized by Isaac Musyoki, boss of bestmemorysafaris. Our guide Kevin took us through the national park and knew the best spots for sightings. Our wishes were also taken into account. We can fully recommend bestmemorysafaris and will request our next Kenya safari from Isaac again.

A beautiful journey that never ends
I have been a customer of BMS (best Memories Safaris) for a long time and can only say that I am always happy to return. This time I left everything to Isaac, the organisation, the parks, the lodges, and it was perfect. We started from Nairobi via Lake Nakuru, Masai Mara to Lake Navaisha. One of Kenya's many scenic highlights. We were lucky enough to see the ‘BIG FIVE’ in their natural environment. The tranquillity and professional knowledge of our guide Joshua was particularly impressive. The warm hospitality of Kenya, together with the choice of natural yet luxurious accommodation made this trip an unforgettable experience. Of course, the next trip with best Memories Safaris is already planned. What I would like to emphasise here is that BMS is always fair in terms of value for money. There is stable communication right from the start and the vehicles are roadworthy. Invoices are transparent and you have the option of paying in different currencies. I personally prefer KSH. Excellent organisation, reliable, trustworthy
We really didn't want to book a safari with our travel company or the hotel as they tend to be more expensive. I found BMS online and requested a quote. I confess I was a little concerned as I didn't know BMS nor had I heard of them and as always you are worried about losing your money and not getting what you hoped for. This was also our honeymoon so really wanted to be reassured about the company. Within minutes of submitting my request, I received a quote and a message from Isaac to ask if he could help further. From then on the lines of communication were clear and Isaac organised everything. Isaac personally came to the hotel with our guide Anthony and we had a fabulous 3 days, 2 nights. Hats off to Anthony who was incredibly knowledgeable and has the eyesight of an eagle! He spotted things on our safari that no human should be able to see. The great thing, for us, with a private tour was the flexibility and ability to adjust the drives and departure times around our schedule. The challenge of taking care of two mad photographers fulfilling all the expectations plus.
The communication before, during and after the trip was expediant. All questions on email or whatsup were answered fast.
The Safari in Masai Mara with our very competent driver Steve was excellent. Our special request on several boat trips on Lake Naivasha was organized perfectly with a very good guide, Paul.
All in all we can highly recommend Best Memory Safaris.

Truly the best memory of Kenya
We were rather late in finding out where we want to go in our vacation, and contacted the agencies through safaribookings.com just about 10 days beforehand. Isaac from Best Momery Safaris was among the first who responded with a well organized trip plan with comprehensive details and a very competitive price. Even though, Best Memory Safaris has an excellent review record, we hesitated tom make the payment transfer, and tried to negotiate a payment scheme with Isaac. Surprisingly and maybe too good to be true that we were offered to pay when we arrive in Nairobi just the day before our trip started. Everything there after turned out to be nothing less than excellent! Our 10 intensive safari trip is well organized: the driver is skillful, punctual and efficient, hotels are nice clean and comfortable, people we met are descent, kind and service minded, the Natur and and the animals are incredible. This is so far the best memory safari for our family!

Isaac, the manager of the company, did a great job with the organization of a ten day safari within 4 days before departure. The whole safari was more than we have ever expected: great accommodations, wonderful places and exciting experiences. Mike our driver made everything even better. His friendly nature and his know how about the parks and its animals made a memorable adventure out of every game drive. We really recommend Best Memory Safari with Issac and Mike. Great experience!!!
Isaac arranged an amazing safari for our family. He was also very helpful with the transport we needed to get around in Kenya before and after our safari, and made sure that our drivers picked us up as planned. Our driver, Mike, made our safari really good and memorable. He knew a lot about every place we visited, even the places we drive by on our way between the different nationalparks. Mike tried to find the places where he knew there would be a lot to see, and we were lucky to see all of the big five.

Good quality/price
The communication with Isaac, the manager of Best Memory Safaris, was easy from the beginning. The vehicle was a 4x4 Toyota van (a little dated but nice anyway), with lift roof to see better the animals. Inside de van was a little camping fridge with fresh water bottles, and two sockets to charge your electronic stuff.
