All round perfect safari tour from start till very end.
We had a group of 6 people taking a 7 day safari tour from Masai Mara till Tsavo east and everything in between. Our first meeting with manager Issac was when he picked us up from airport, the man greeted us like old friends and considering the fact that we landed early morning he was a real sunshine, helpful and polite, he tried to answer even the stupidest questions we had.
Now to the best part, Safari tour, he Michael Jordan of safari drivers, best and most experienced driver I ever seen, his name is Anthony. We learned a lot about nature and animals, he made our experience 110% more memorable. If you ever thought of booking a safari trip, look no further than Best Memory Safaris and driver Anthony. Also I would recommend investing a little bit more and taking a Jeep for your journey and don’t forget to tip the driver since driving in there is no walk in the park.
All things considered Issac and his team delivered more than we paid for and we got Best memories for the rest of our lives.

The best!
We found Best Memory Safaris via safaribooking.com. Six of us decided to go on a safari with this company- it was the best decision we made even though there is no a lot of reviews here. The 7-days safari suggestion from General Manager Isaac was the best of all requests we had from other companies. The service was excellent! Isaac helped us to plan all our visits, stays and sightseeings according to our wishes. Jeep (Land Cruiser) was very comfortable. Our driver Anthony- he is amazing pro with an eagle eye spotting animals from the great distance! He told us a lot about Kenya and its people, showed amazing wildlife (lions, elephants, zebras, leopards, cheetahs, etc.). We visited Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Amboseli, Tsavo East and Indian ocean hotel in Diani beach.
Isaac together with his driver Anthony took us directly from Nairobi airport. It was very convenient and safe. All in all, i recommend Best Memory Safaris to everyone. Very reliable, very professional. Best of the best! Thank you and keep doing in the way you do your business.

High Standard of Service, Very reliable an excellent company to deal with
We contacted Best Memory Safaris via the Safari bookings website, The response was quick and all my follow up questions were answered quickly.
We received excellent service, the vehicle was in good condition, it was clean and supplied with chilled water every day, the Driver / Guide Jumah was really helpful and the company boss Isaac met us at our hotel in Nairobi.
The tour to Amboseli and Taitia Hills went as planned and then we where driven to Daini Beach.
We were very happy with the service.
Tip : The Land Cruiser option although slightly more expensive gave us more space, it handled the rough Kenyan roads well , gave us an excellent viewing platform and enabled us to reach more inaccessible areas of the parks.

In a word fantastic
Myself and 5 other's took a 10 day Safari with Best memory Safaris. I and my friends had been on many Safaris before, but could not get over the price provided and the camps which where excellent. In a heart beat I would recommend Isaac the company owner, and Mike the tour guide.
We saw all there was to see and much more. Not to choose best memory Safaris would be a big mistake.

Isaac took care of it straight away, and cancelled our original flight and replaced it with a flight leaving from Diani Beach. Evidently, we had to pay for the difference, but that was more than worth it! Once again, the flexibility and customer orientation of Isaac was amazing! Overall, we had an amazing experience and had a safari that was organized without a glitch.

Best safari operators in Kenya!
Best Memory Safaris was the jackpot- manager Isaac responded to all our questions promptly and helped us to choose the most suitable itinerary for 3-day safari at Tsavo East and Tsavo West parks.
Our guide and driver Lucky- that man is a real pro!
He was really calm and patient driver on these crazy Kenyan highways and road safety was no 1 priority for him.
During the safari we noticed that Lucky's got eagle vision, he spotted all the animals and birds from great distance and that gave us time to observe and photograph the wildlife really thoroughly :)

Excellent memories :-)
I will share some of my experiences with Best Memories Safaris. Overall, they were in one word: excellent! Especially the flexibility and support from the people at Best Memories made a strong impression. To provide some examples: I took one of the tours suggested on this website as an example, and personalized it according to my own wishes. I asked Isaac, the operations manager at Best Memories Safaris whether it was possible to make those changes, and no problem, the changes were made! Another example: I had studied some of the comments from other people, and several reviewers suggested that, in order to avoid having to spend a whole day in a car, traveling from one park to another, to take a small plane to cover the distance. I asked Isaac whether that would be possible, and yes, not a problem, that could be arranged. Evidently, these changes have an impact on the price, but after all the changes that we made to the original proposal; we ended up with a very decent price. This way, we agreed upon a program and a price, and off we went on our safari! However, unfortunately, our flight leaving from France was cancelled, and we had to leave a day later. I was afraid that this would screw up all of our plans… Therefore, I called Isaac from Paris, told him about it, and asked for his advice. Luckily, he was able to change some of our plans, so that most of our trip was still very much as originally planned. The next day, we were able to fly to Kenya. When we arrived in Nairobi, Isaac was waiting for us, and introduced us to our guide, Steve. Steve would take care of for the next few days, and he did that in an excellent manner. On a regular basis, he would provide us with some background information and if we would have a question, we could ask it and he would provide us with an answer, but apart from that, he would be discreet. If we wanted to stop to take a picture, we only needed to ask him, and once we were ready, we would continue. Steve took excellent care of us in Lake Naivasha and Masai Mara, and dropped us off at the airstrip, where a small plane would take us to Amboseli. In Amboseli, the next guide, David, was waiting for us. Like Steve, he was very helpful and had a beautiful sense of humor. David took expertly care of us in Amboseli, Tsavo East and drove us to Diani beach. The trip to Diani beach, via Mombasa, took quite a while, due to heavy traffic. Something we were not looking forward to repeat when we would be leaving. Trip of a lifetime!
cannot say how we enjoy our safari, words are no enough.
It was a trip of a lifetime, and from the first contact by email with Isaak, the owner, we felt taken care of 100%.
The safari was beyond what I imagined, with Maasai Mara as the highlight of our journey.
We saw tons of wildlife across Kenya, and 3 National Parks an Reserves. Lions and elephants were great.
I want also to thank Mike Mike, our driver and guide who went out of his way to make us enjoy our trip. He was very good and patient at finding the perfect shot for photo opportunities.
This was a private safari and I do recommend this as the price is not much higher than a group.

Very good operator in planning and communication, polite and patient.

One of the most authentic experiences we have ever had
We booked a 4-day safari with Best Memory Safaris and before we arrived to Kenya we already knew that we were in good hands. Isaac was extremely responsive and very precise in every answer he gave us about our future trip to the savannah. He was the only tour operator (we messaged many) who was not trying to push us to buy the tour from him at all cost – but he made sure that his offer suits our interest and needs. Nowadays it is quite rare to see such attitude in the service sector unfortunately. Isaac is truly customer centric and this is what made us decide to take on his tour, which turned out to be one of our most memorable experiences.
Our driver was Saidi M. Harusi - an extremely kind, funny and genuine tour guide who knows a lot about the wild animals - we just couldn't have wished for a better one. He is very respectful towards both animals and people; and this respect is reflected in every story he tells about the wildlife in Kenya - as well as in the way he is treating his Clients and the people he meets during the tour daily. He is the type of person who truly cares of other people's wellbeing (both in his private and professional life) and during our 4 days trip he made sure that we are having an unforgettable experience. He was all the time very flexible whenever we needed a break - or wanted to watch the animals a little longer. He would go an extra mile (literally!) for his Clients when it comes to finding wild animals and would show them from as close as possible (but from a safe distance & without disturbing those wild beauties), which is truly a euphoric experience for travellers who go on a safari for the first time. Moreover, he is just as happy to see the animals as his Clients - which is really heartwarming to see. He is an incredibly jolly man whose positive attitude is contagious; and you can feel that he is not bored neither of his job nor the travellers. I can say that we have learnt a lot from him - and not only about the animals, but some valuable life lessons as well. We were truly sad to say good bye to him after our journey ended – we can not thank him enough for these wonderful days out in the savannah!
We also very loved the lodge where we have stayed during this trip – it was beautiful with a very close view on the wild animals passing by. The staff of our accommodation was providing an excellent service and the food was delicious.
