Lorna Travels and Judy specifically were like angels to my family on our trip to Nairobi in July 2024. We unfortunately had problems with another travel agent and Judy thankfully was scheduled to coordinate transportation in Nairobi and the Masa Marai. Not only did Judy provide good vehicles and drivers, she went above and beyond to troubleshoot and guide us forward in our Safari experiences. She went out of her way to help keep our safari on track and was flexible as our plans continued to evolve. We are so grateful to her and Lorna Travels! Judy saved the day (& trip)!
Lorna Ventures was not our initial travel agent and we were on the ground in Nairobi when we realized our local agent and significantly dropped the ball on crucial parts of our trip. Judy jumped in, asking nothing in return, and became our trusted advisor. We were 9 people ages 11-80, including a disabled family member and she made it happen for us- safely & enjoyably. My family will certainly visit East Africa again and Judy will be my first call. She is reliable, honest, and made our trip possible.

Unforgettable Kenyan Adventure with Exceptional Service
Our three families (13 pax) had the most incredible trip to Kenya, exploring Masai Mara, Naivasha, and Amboseli. From start to finish, the experience was seamless and memorable, thanks to the meticulous travel arrangements and the selection of hotels.
A special mention must go to our tour operator, Judy. Her dedication and commitment were truly impressive. When Kenyan Airways left our checked-in baggage in Dubai, Judy went above and beyond to ensure it was delivered to our hotel in Masai Mara. Her assistance was invaluable, and she made what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and manageable one.
The accommodations were excellent, and every detail was thoughtfully arranged. The landscapes were breathtaking, and the wildlife experiences were beyond our expectations.
We highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for an unforgettable Kenyan adventure. Kudos to Judy and the entire team for making our trip so special!
Helpful Tips for Future Travelers
1. If you're flying with Kenyan Airways, be mindful of your checked-in luggage. We faced a delay with our bags left in Dubai. Pack essentials in your carry-on just in case.
2. Your safari experience largely depends on your safari driver. Be choosy in that.

Magical Trip
Thanks to Lorna Safaris and Judy, we were able to discover a beautiful country, some beautiful places and some beautiful people. Judy took care of everything, giving us a notable peace of mind. A big thank you also to James, our guide and driver, who, thanks to his knowledge of his country and every corner of the parks, amazed us every day. Epic unforgettable tour.
My family flew to Masai mara last year and in August as we had a 3yr old kid. Though it was there many vehicles and the lodges were crowded, we had a great time. We will be back, but when it’s less crowded and probably combine with a few more parks.
