cancelation of safari 4 weeks in advance and they are refusing refund
I have to cancel our safari tour 4 weeks in advance due the cruise company cancel Mombasa port of call for safety reasons. it supposed to be refundable without any penalties and they are not responding my request for the refund, so be careful booking with this company. Hope to receive response and refund to update this claim and clean the name of this safari tour company, other wise I will let you know

Best Wildlife safari ever.
This is a fantastic day trip for the kids and adults. We have been coming since my daughter was two. She loves it. Large Safari area with large number of birds. You can watch the elephants swimming. The animals seemed to be in good health & have lot of area to roam about. It is well worth it. I'm happy with Wildlife Safari Exploreans staff and services.

Family friendly tour

Wonderful experience. Wildlife Safari Exploreans is best.
Our experience going through the park was amazing. The staff of Wildlife Exploreans was polite . The driver was informative. Jeep was very clean and well maintained. We did the lion encounter, elephant encounter, Rhino, Buffalo and Leopard encounter and many others. Very adventurous to us.
I highly recommend Wildlife Safari Exploreans for family and freinds.

My first and best Safari tour
I chose Masai Mara Air Special package through Wildlife Safari Exploreans. My package includes transfer from my hotel to Airport then fly to Masai Mara Game Reserve. We enjoyed seeing wildlife in Masai Mara Game reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. Dinner and overnight was good at Lodge. Our Guide was friendly and educated. He told us many things about animals. We are going to make a trip again here.

Good tour. everything was perfect
I booked my tour through the wildlife Safari Exploreans. They genuinely suggested best tour package. But after the booking, i got impressed with the services. We been there from 10am until 6pm. And everything was perfect and fast Starting from booking, pickup and back to the hotel. It was good to see many animals and birds. All was so close and safe. Superb.

Our Safari tour was fantabulous
We were picked up from my hotel in the morning at 5:00 am and depart for Tsavo East National Park through Bachuma gate. Driver was very nice and his English was fluent. So we didn't get any problem with communication. We were safe in jeep and saw herds of red elephants, Lions, Giraffes, Zebras, Gazelles, and various types of birds. After that we went to Voi Safari Lodge for lunch. Lunch was really tastier than other restaurants. We enjoyed our while drive through the park. Will visit again with my family.

Best experience
Our experience with wildlife safari Exploreans was just amazing. Great communication: weeks before our travel we stayed in contact daily with Mildred, who was so kind to explain us all the details about the safari. She was very polite and professional, and everything during these days went exactly as she told us. The safari itself has been one of the best experience in our life. Well arranged, without any kind of problem or delay and with a reasonable price comparing to other companies. The Jeep was good, the tents were beautiful. But the first place is for our guide, Sammy. He has been just perfect: smart, kind, always on time and precise. It has been a real pleasure for us to spend our week with him. He’s a great, great diver, never rude, always helpful. He loves animals and nature, and his passion is evident when he tells you everything about any single animal or tree you’ll see during your game.

3 Days Governors’ Camp
We had a wonderful 3-day safari at Governors’ Camp in the Masai Mara. Booked it through the Internet with Wildlife Safari Exploreans and were impressed with a timely, prompt and absolutely perfect service from booking, pickup at and return to the hotel. Thanks to Mildred and her team!
