Professional and friendly experts sharing a magical experience of the Maasai Mara
From the very first contact, the Lenchada team was efficient and accommodating. They customized a package for a 5-day private tour of the Maasai Mara, Naivasha and Nakuru.
Our guide was Evans - he is the best (fastest, safest) driver in Kenya, and a knowledgable guide. We found all the big five, and dined on picnic blankets under umbrella trees, gazing out across rolling green grasslands. We travelled in a kitted out safari Landrover, which was perfect for game spotting and for sloshing through muddy roads.
Evans looked after us extremely well, making sure we had plenty of water and great meals, and sharing bits of local knowledge. He went out of his way to organize extras like hot air ballooning, bike rides, and even sugar cane snacks.
Amazing value, and an unforgettable trip!

Our guide, Evans, was truly outstanding. His driving, knowledge of the animals/parks/culture/history, and game spotting are unparalleled. He tracked down all of the big 5 for us and got us right up to the animals, set us up with picturesque picnics, accommodated all our schedule adjustments, helped us negotiate with vendors, and went above and beyond to make our trip perfect. We couldn't ask for more!

The safari was well organised and covers many interesting areas within few days .

Amazing Safari With The Best Guide
We went on a 4 day/3 night safari to the Masai Mara. Our experience was exceptional from start to finish. Our tour guide, Evans, was incredible. He was friendly, knowledgable and got us up close and personal with the animals. We were incredibly lucky to see 4 out of the big 5, with the ever elusive rhino rightfully hiding from us humans. The camp itself was basic, but had everything you could need on a budget trip. Helen and her team were attentive, cordial and dealt with any issues that arose. I would highly recommend booking with Lenchada Safaris and in particular asking for Evans. We will be back to find the rhino!

Fantastic trip in Kenya with Lenchada Safaris
Everything was absolutely excellent! Kenya is one love! Safari tour our exceeded all our expectations. Staying at Loyk Mara Camp was unforgettable. And of course Richard. We were so lucky to have him as our guide. During the whole trip he was very kind, patient and helpful. Richard is not only an excellent guide with very good Russian, we considered him as an integral member of our cheerful and a bit crazy team)) We're happy to meet practically all kinds of birds and animals in Maasai Mara and are very grateful for such incredible adventure.

Do not look for another company
I am a photographer and what I wanted from this safari was much more than it really was.
Although prices are generally close to each other, accommodation options make a difference in price, are tents? pool lodge? What?
The Lenchada safari was absolutely wonderful in the tent camping area, remember that you are coming to the safari, if you want a pool, the suitable place for you is the beach sides.
The guide who took us around on the first day of the safari seemed to disappoint me, he passed by the lion walking with prey in his mouth and did not stop. it was a terrible situation (remember this is about the driver, not the company) On the other side, she saw a family of lions in the form of a flock, she did not stop because she went there, I wish she had stopped :), We had a 5-day safari, they handed us over to the JAMES guide, as other people would return, and then it happened, everything was very good, freakishly good and colorful character, She must see you as her friend, not as a customer, she always talked about what to do with us,
While most safari groups saw lions once in 3 days, we saw 3 different lion groups and 2 different cheetah groups on the same day. Despite having a new child, she is very committed to her job and loves her job very much, Alex, the owner of the company, is a very nice person, even if you ask for help for something other than safari, she helps you a lot. I highly recommend you to prefer the safari in Lencha and to persistently ask for JAMES in particular.
If it doesn't match your dates, I think you change your date :)
If you take a tour in the form of a 5-day plan, it is very full for Maasai Mara, Lake Nakuru in 1 day. JAMES was the only one who completely changed our thoughts and expectations.
If you want to go on a safari as a customer, look at other companies, but if you want to go on a safari with your friend, that friend is Lenchada Safari and JAMES.

Evan was an excellent tour operator. He was willing to assist and very kind.
Evan is an excellent communicator. He was very knowledgeable about the wildlife we encounter during the safari. Evan willingly gave me opportunities to take pictures. Evan was on time and friendly. The food and living accommodations was excellent.
