The best.
We booked our safari with Lenchada safaris and I should say they are the best. We were fortunate to see the Big Five in Kenya. Richard from Lenchada guided us throughout the way and ensured that we had as many wildlife sightings as possible. He was extremely kind and patient with us and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the tour.

Accommodating and professional
We are a family of five, with three children. We started our trip in the morning from Nairobi. By around 4pm we arrived at Masai Mara park. We had around 3 hours of game drive, during that we saw loads of animals including lions feeding and elephants. We then went to the camp site and had dinner (a simple buffet but satisfying), the accommodation was a tent with ensuite facilities, it was clean and suitable for our needs. Next day we had a full day of game drive were we saw many animals and took lots of pictures, we encountered 3 of the big five, Khalifa tried his best to find rhinos and leopards with no luck. 3rd day we went to the Masai village in the morning where we learned about their way of life, it was very informative. We then drove to lake Nakuru, arrived in the afternoon and chilled in the hotel, the rooms were good if outdated. Next morning we went to the lake for the game drive where we saw both black and white rhinos (so we saw 4 out of the big 5), we also saw lots of flamingos and pelicans. Last day we went for a hike in Devil's gate, the scenery was incredible. Lastly we went for a boat ride in lake Naivasha and saw the Hippos. Our driver Khalifa was a masterful driver, courteous and funny. Overall we loved the trip and would recommend it to anyone who loves nature.

highlights after highlights
We as a couple did a 6 day safari. Albert was the best driver we could ask for, he knew almost everything about the animals and knew exactly the Perfect (Photo) spots. the camps were no luxury but always clean and hot water. The food was mainly the same but also vegetarian options available. We saw all big 5 and so many more thanks to our driver - he knew all the time what he was doing and was a very good driver, especially for the very bumpy roads. It was always good organized and the camps showed us a very warmth welcome. They all speak english very well and we also made friends with some other travellers.
Next time I would book it directly with the company and not tripadvisor etc.

Perfect Tour Operator with amazing itinerary and tour guide
As first timer in Kenya, and made every booking through internet I had my doubt. However I received confirmation from tour operator as soon as I booked it and get all the information needed from them. The whole trip was carefully design to suit everyone needs and suitable for solo travelers as well as those who come with partner, family and group. Our tour guide Mr.Johny Jackson is the BEST tour guide I ever encounter. He make sure everyone is getting the looks at all the animals and ensure we get the best photos and experiences from each locations. Not only that he also ensure that we all comfortable during the long trip from one destination to the other. All the coffee break and great music in the car, it was just a perfect experience for me. I feel so lucky to be with this tour operator and especially Johnny made it so memorable with his knowledge on the safari as well as the best spots to capture the moment. Thank for everything. Really enjoyed this trip. Probably my best trip of 2023.

Wonderful experience
The experience has been wonderful. We booked it from Spain and have maintained contact via email since that moment. They have always responded quickly to all the questions we have had. Note that you have to pay a reservation of about $100 per person and then, once there, pay the rest in cash or card (with an extra 5%).
Upon arrival they came to pick us up to start the tour. We were GREAT lucky to have Richard. He has been a very good guide-driver, always attentive to everyone and trying to make us see all the animals possible. We did the Masai Mara excursion - Lake Nakuru - Lake Naivasha - Hellsgate Park. We especially highlight the Masai Mara safari for the large number of animals we were able to see and its proximity to them.
As for accommodation, it should be noted that the first two days a ’camping’ is offered but they are very large tents with beds inside and a private bathroom with hot water. The other two accommodations are hotels.
All meals are included (breakfast-lunch-dinner) except for drinks. We have always had water in the car so it wasn’t a problem.
Thank you, especially Richard, for everything. We take forever a very good memory of Kenya with us forever.
(Reminder: you have to tip the guide, in our case he more than earned it!).
