MEMORABLE
From the very beginning I worked with Eric on putting together our personalized safari itinerary, the communication process was seamless, easy, and very efficient. Eric's response rate was very efficient and quick.
On our safari pick up day, they showed on at 8:40 am sharp, which extremely impressed me. During the safari, Evans was extremely helpful and professional. On our long drive to Maasai Mara, Evans asked about our favorite animals, which we responded Cheetah.
Little did I know then that this simple answer will make Evans drive around Maasai Mara national reserve miles and miles and miles looking for our favorite animal - the cheetah.
In sum, if you are going on safari as a first timer - like us - book with Lechanda Safari and rest assured you are in good hands. As Americans we are very specific of what we want, and they met our expectations. We will definitely reach out to them on our next safari trip.
THANK YOU.

Great safari experience
They are good and friendly ppl, trustworthy. my driver(also my guide) Richard is awesome! Over the course of 3 days in low season May, with hard road conditions and high bushes, he still managed to navigate through different parts of the park, reached the Mara river , saw over 10 lions(3 on the tree, 2 on the side of the road, right next to our car, and several more others), 9 cheetah, 3 rhinos, tons of elephant, zebra, giraffes, wild beast, buffalo, impalas...etc it’s truly great experience. I highly recommend Richard.

Well organized. Good guide and nice tents in the campsite.
It was the 2nd time we went in safari with Lenchada Safaris. And it was again a good experience. The guide Evans was always on time, had well informed us on animals. He was careful with us and friendly with my children. Our tents were nice in the campsite. I hope we will travell with them in the future.

Turned out to be an enjoyable experience.
Out of desperation and because of our limited time in Kenya, we booked less than half a day before the trip without any prior research. Because of this, our expectations were already not that high. But I'm glad to say it was an enjoyable experience and well worth the price. The campsite was great and the food is good. Our tent had solar-powered lights and hot water (although both were not working the last morning but it was not a big deal). The tour itself is exactly what was described in the tour info page. The worst part of the whole thing was the horrible roads but that's hardly the fault of the tour operator.
I just want to thank Lenchada for accommodating our last-minute request to go on this safari.

Amazing trip
I was a solo traveler and I booked with Lenchada safaris for one day tour in Nairobi and two days tour to Amboseli. It was really nice, I had two drivers and they were so kind and helpful.
I really enjoy it.

Great camp, delicious food but guide was just a driver and did not explain anything.
Good communication and very punctual. Excellent food throughout especially at the camp. No water was provided however even though this was supposed to be included. Beautiful camp but guide was utterly useless - very good driver but he did not explain anything at all so really disappointing.

This trip was excellent and surpassed our expectations.
The attention provided by Isaac - our guide - was excellent at any time, he was very clear in his way of communicating and answered all our questions. The Lenchada camp was very good to, very good services provided by the staff. The hotel at the lake Nakuru was also great.
The only thing we were a bit disappointed about was that at the lake Nakuru, there were hardly any animals, except for a few rhinos, it is advertised as a bird paradise and there were none. If this was due to the season it would be a good idea to let people who book then know what is to be expected. Between going there and back we spent 8 hours driving and saw practically nothing.
The highlight was definitely Masai Mara.

Good safari, well organised.
The guide and driver Kikitu knows a lot about animals. So he was able to explain their lives. He was attentive during the safari in the park, which is not always teh same with somes drivers. He was too very helpful. We enjoyed our safari.

good service, great people to give the service
1. guides. both Evan and Richard are great people. A lot of information, great attitude. Richard speaks fluent Russian which is amazing!
Both are smart, kind, attentive, helpful and professional drivers and guides! Even if Richard didn't know the answer on my crazy questions in 5 minutes i got it! great
2. places we stayed at. place itself. accommodation. food.
Masai camp - great but i was lucky to stay in a new tent) wish you to have all of them like this))
what is nice to change and its not only my opinion - sandwich bread. not nice that white bread for toast. whether it should be toasted or much better to have pancakes or chapati)
Nakuru. place is nice. not more. Nakuru itself is not so interesting. very few birds. Sorry for that. I like it anyway but expectations are much more then reality
Amboseli. no words to describe. amazing!
Oh! may be microphone) I was at the back of the bus and sometimes could't hear the guide
