Very professional, friendly and Evans helpful
Evans was friendly, thoughtful and always had a smile. His knowledge of the areas we travelled is extensive and made our trip particularly interesting.

Very enthusiastic and knowledgeable
Evans was very nice and always had a good answer for any question asked. He also managed to show us a cheetah, two lion prides and a tsavo cat so we were all very happy with the experience.

Fantastic budget priced safari
Our safari was very well organised from start to finish and Evans was a fantastic guide. We saw so many animals and had an amazing experience in the National parks. We were very well looked after by the staff at the accommodations, whuch were very good and food was excellent. We visited a Masai village which was very worthwhile.
One thing to note is that we were offered the option of paying for the safari by credit card but this turned out to be inconvenient and we wasted time on the first morning trying to get cash for the National Park entrance fees. It would be worth clarifying payment options before the day.
Overall a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Lenchada for your safari!

Excellent Tour Guide at a better price than other operators
I was not sure exactly what to expect on the Masai Mara Safari but Evans, our tour guide from Lenchada Safari opened us up to a world of amazing views. He had great links with other guides and never wasted time trying to get us to spectacular viewings. We were therefore very lucky to see ALL of the big five including the rare to spot Black Rhino and Leopard! We even saw a pride of lions eating a fresh kill! Super amazing. Finished the day extremely happy!

Incredible experience
My girlfriend and I did the 6 days budget safari and it was an amazing experience.
They picked us up at our accommodation to bring us to the office in the city centre where we payed for the safari. The tour started from there.
The driver Francis was very welcoming and entertaining.
The camps and the hotel were even better than expected and the food was really nice at every place.
Since our group had booked different tours, we got split up after Masai Mara and went with a different driver for the rest of our tour. We even had a private tour with Toni who was a friendly driver as well.
Thanks for the great experience, we can highly recommend.

Exceptional Maasai Mara Safari Experience with Expert Guide Leroy
I went on a wonderful three-day safari visiting Maasai Mara. Starting from Nairobi, the journey was well-organized and smooth. Our driver and guide, Leroy, was exceptional. His expertise and dedication to ensuring we had the best views of the wildlife made all the difference. Leroy's ability to navigate and, most importantly, position us perfectly for animal sightings was remarkable, even when other vehicles were competing for the best view. Thanks to him, we had incredible close-up encounters with lions, elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, baboons, ostriches, hippos, two leopards, and even a cheetah ambushing a herd of gazelle. His knowledge of the animals and their behaviors enriched our experience, making every moment in the park educational and thrilling. The accommodations were comfortable and the food delicious. Overall, this safari was an unforgettable adventure and great value, largely due to Leroy's exceptional skills. If you're planning a trip to Maasai Mara, I highly recommend requesting Leroy as your guide. You won't be disappointed!

Leroy our tour guide and driver was nothing short of amazing
I recently had the pleasure of embarking on a
3 day masai mara adventure organized by lenchada safaris, and I can confidently say it was one of the best travel experiences of my life. From start to finish, the company exceeded all my expectations.
The customer service was exceptional. Our tour guide and driver, Leroy, was knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about sharing his love for Masai Mara . He went above and beyond to ensure everyone in our group was comfortable and engaged, offering insightful his context and personal anecdotes about the park and the wild animals that enriched our experience.
One of the highlights of our trip was the variety of unique experiences from the cheetahs to lions, leopards and also the elephants.
I wholeheartedly recommend lenchada safaris to anyone looking to explore Masai Mara or any other destination they offer. Fun weekend safari tour with excellent driver
Had a great time with Lenchada Safaris as a solo female traveler for the 3-day budget Masai Mara tour! Collins, the office point of contact, was extremely responsive to all my emails on payment method, pick up/drop off locations, etc. I paid a deposit a couple days before online, and then paid the rest in cash the first day after being picked up at my hotel and taken to the office. The drive to and from the Mara was uneventful, but be warned that the roads are pretty rough the last hour (muddy, uneven, unpaved). Also the seatbelts in the van were almost all broken, which made me a little nervous, but Moses, our driver and guide, was an excellent driver and very skilled at getting out of the muddy roads! He was helpful, friendly, and did a fantastic job pointing out animals on the safari and giving us ample opportunities for great photos and close ups. We saw basically everything except the rhinos! Especially impressed that we got to see a cheetah, since apparently there hadn’t been a sighting in three days. The lodgings were basic, no frills tents with attached bathrooms: everything was clean, secure, you could charge your phone in your tent during the hours the generator was on, and they had plenty of food during meals. The only downside was that it was fairly noisy at night with the generator and animals (monkeys, chickens, dogs)—I wish I had brought ear plugs. Altogether though, Lenchada put together a wonderful time for me and my fellow travelers, and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quick weekend trip to the Mara!

The most amazing and informative tour guide we have ever had
Evans is a very good guide, he was very informative about animals and plants, he also made us feel welcome and comfortable the whole trip. The lunch locations and hotels/camps very choice and comfortable.

The tents in Masai Mara were very good, with separate toilets and baths, the driver was very humorous and he taught me to say "MANIUNIU", which means you can't see clearly
