Good agent that sorts things
Blierange organised a very good plan for me in August and if something did not go according to plan they sorted it. The employee Susan is outstanding. She is very hard working and she ensures the client is ok at all times. She is a super star and essential in Bluerange. Asante sana 🙏

Excellent experience and services
Considering it was my first time to visit the East African Circuit in terms of adventure, a lot of risks are taken not knowing if what you see will be what you get. But all in all I was lucky enough to have chosen Bluerange Connect Tour Company for the reached and exceed all of my expectations. Am thankful and no regrets in the money that I spent by deciding to use this company. I would highly recommend the company to others.
BOOKING AND PAYMENT.
A prior deposit was needed for booking and ensuring that will avail ourselves, hence acts like as the booking for a slot for the company to do the preparation needed before our arrival. A voucher was sent to us via email to act as an evident that indeed we had already secured a slot with the company. Everything went smoothly and we had no hard time at the booking process. Upon arrival we paid remaining amount so that we may start our journey. The environment was friendly as well as our servers. We had no issues and the 1st step was a success.
TRASPORTATION.
We had decided to do a group joining and we don’t regret our decision. We used road as a means of transport and the van was comfy, clean and full of entertainment. The other tourists were also friendly and we got to make new friends making the Safari lively. This was catered for in our pay hence didn’t have to pay again. The driver was also friendly and kind to us which created a friendly environment with him as well as making us feel comfortable to feel free and ask questions.
ACCOMMODATION.
The hotels that we spent our nights in were worth the price we paid. The rooms were clean, comfortable and remarkable. The meals didn’t delay and had sweet aroma and tasted nice. None of us had any stomach ache issues due to food poisoning which was kind a relief and proved how quality the services were. The hotels we slept in were the same as prescribed in the itinerary, the duration and dates were well stated.
ENTERTAINMENT.
The whole Safari was full of entertainment. We got to experience the Kenyan Culture in terms of music which was kind of fascinating and hilarious. I personally was excited during the whole journey because it was full of joy and jokes all through. This is all thanks to the company we choose which we are remarkable.
ATTRACTION SITES.
We had planned a 6day trip to visit various tourist attraction sites in Kenya and lucky enough we got to see the animals which was the main agenda of the trip from the beginning. We got to see the migration at Maasai Mara National Reserve which was a relief for many don’t get to see the migration unless you have a good tour guide and a driver that can be able to predict for one may miss to see the migration hence depend on luck. Our tour guide was so much informed about the animals and knew to do his job well which we really appreciate for being so patient and kind towards us.
With those few remarks am thankful to the company for exceeding my expectation experience and making a memorable tour for me. Wish to work with you again. For best experience don’t hesitate to choose this company.

good price-performance ratio
I did A 6 day (Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru - Amboseli) Safari with this company.
I would like to focus on four points: the communication and planning beforehand, the safari, the guide and the accommodation and food.
1. communication and planning:
Communication with the company is only via email. This makes the exchange somewhat cumbersome. For example, I had to wait 1 hour for my pick-up on the first day and could not reach the company. The payment processes are also a bit cumbersome. This part of the Safari was not ideal.
2. the safari
The safari route can be done with different companies. Bluerange is a low-cost company. That's why you don't have a jeep, for example, but a van. This is a little less comfortable. On the whole, however, the experience is the same. We saw a lot of animals in the Masai Mara Park and at Lake Nakuru. It was great. Amboseli Park was a bit disappointing for me as we unfortunately couldn't see Kilimanjaro. But a lot of things happen by chance and you can be lucky or unlucky. Our group was a mixture of different safari providers. This means that Bluerange is merely an intermediary company. As the three national parks are relatively far apart, you do a lot of driving in the Car. After 6 days it was more than enough for me. (4 days would have been enough for me). There were two small changes to the initial safari intinerary we were given: 1. We didn't go back to Nakuru National Park on day 4, but went on a boat safari on Lake Naivasha. This was very worthwhile but cost an additional 20 USD. 2. on the 5th day we did not go to Amboseli Park in the morning, but did a morning walk. This also costs 10 USD. But it is optional.
My personal recommendation is also not to visit the Masai village on day 3. I found it quite unpleasant and everyone there wants to sell something.
3. the guide
Our guide/driver knew his way around everywhere and was able to steer the car well even in tricky places. He also had a good eye and saw lots of animals. The information about the animals was somewhat marginal, if you wanted to know more you had to ask. However, I didn't mind this.
4. accommodation and food
As already mentioned, Bluerange is a reasonably priced safari company. This is also reflected in the accommodation and meals. So if you are expecting luxury, you are in the wrong place with this company. We spent 4 nights in fixed tents and 1 night in a hotel. The rooms always had proper beds, electricity and bathrooms. So you didn't have to do without any basic necessities. However, as you are usually only in the camps to spend the night, this is completely sufficient. Wifi was rather scarce. I recommend taking out a data package with Safaricom in advance.
Food is usually served at a buffet. It's usually the same things: Rice, vegetables, chicken and beefstew. The quality varies depending on the hotel or rest stop, but it is always edible. On the all-day game drives, the guide takes a picnic with him. This is also edible but nothing special.
On the whole, a great experience. You can be more or less lucky when it comes to seeing animals. If you can do without luxury and prefer to travel a little more cheaply, this is the right company for you. If you want to go on a luxury safari, you will probably have to pay more. However, the national park is the same for everyone, no matter how much you pay.

Good value for money
This is an excellent package especially for those who are on budget. We upgraded the hotels as we found the the original ones too basic. Our safari started at Masai Mara and we very luckily got to see lions late evenings on arrival. the driver was excellent and kept in contact with other drivers so that if they spotted animals in one part of the park they communicated and would drive you over to see them. This way we got to see most of the wildlife. We didn't see many lions as we were expecting but I guess they come out of hiding in their own time. We got to see the Rhino at Lake Nakuru which fulfilled our dream of sighting of the "Big Five". the Rhino was the only animal we didn't see at MM. Lake Naivasha and Hells Gate were not exciting as we got to see the same animals we had already seen at MM and Lake Nakuru, however cycling thru was fun. The jewel in the crown was Amboseli where we saw lots and lots of elephants. the only disappointment was we did not see the lions but this was due to the van driver.
Overall Bluerange package is fantastic and the team go way and above to make the safari fulfilling. We got picked at the airport on arrival and driven to our hotel and even got an Uber to visit the town center. No other company would go out of their way to provide such a service. As we were in different groups, the driver always picked and dropped each group from theri hotels each day on time.
The only advice I would add was maybe incorporate a walking section in the tours as we were sitting in the van for 7-8 hrs which took away was not as exciting.
The drivers seemed very knowledgeable about the wildlife but our driver on the second leg of the safari did not give us much information as he seems to have fallen out with one of his colleagues. It would have made the safari complete if he had informed us about the animals and their habits.
I would highly recommend Blue range for safaris as they do look after their clients and ensure they are picked up on time. they have arranged a package which offers much more than other safari companies offer at a fraction of the price. For those on a budget, this is good value for money and the lodges are not too bad (wi-fi and electricity are not available during the day but then you will be out watching game so you do not need it).

Great value!! Amazing animal viewing but company seemed disorganized.
PROS: Great value! The cheapest tour we could find in Kenya and we saw all the same sites! Our guide made great use of the radio network to find the most amazing animals!!! We literally saw every animal you could think of - in one day in the Masai Mara! Literally EVERY animal, including endangered and rare animals. Sami knew where to go to find everything, including the elusive and amazing dik-diks.
CONS: Company seemed disorganized. We were passed around a lot before the tour started and it felt chaotic and unsettling. They changed our itinerary to add 2 guests for the weekend, which resulted in a lot of backtracking on the dangerous Kenyan highways. Our guide was fairly quiet and answered questions when we asked, but spent a lot of time on the radio with guide friends. Every day was a long driving day.
Overall: Great value and worth the cons for the cost.

Excellent Safari!
My friends and I arranged our safari through Bluerange Connect Limited. We had an amazing time with our guide, Monsieur. He worked really hard to assure that we saw all of the animals we hoped to see and succeeded! He also provided great education on the animals, the Masai tribe and Kenya in general. He was the highlight of our trip! Pro tip - Bring soft bags, like a backpack or duffel. The safari car couldn't accommodate suitcases.
The accommodations weren't the greatest but they're doable as long as your aren't used to super fancy places. This really is a budget/mid-range safari. I'm a picky eater and wasn't the biggest fan of the food, but if you aren't picky I'm sure the food isn't half bad.

Amazing five day safari
We had a great time on our five day, four nights with our four children (ages 7 to 14). Jacktone was a wonderful guide and interacted well with the entire family. He seemed to know everyone everywhere we went and is well known within the industry. The parks were amazing. We wish we had more time to visit this fabulous country.

Efficient, reliable, great tour guide
The booking process was seamless and easy. Bluerange were very flexible when it came to modifications to the accomodation options on the trip, as we asked for alot of upgrades! The trip was efficiently planned (albeit a lot of driving!) and our tour guide (John) was fantastic. His English was great, his knowledge of the animals and where to find them was highly impressive. The safari car itself was nice, albeit a little old with the windscreen not fully sealed.
Value for money was good, we struggled to find any other operator in the price range that we wanted, and the animals were incredible. We were lucky enough to see all of the big 5 including around 15 lions, 100 elephants and more buffalo than we could count.
The only drawback is that the communication was not always clear from the operator (not the driver!), the tour company did not warn us that we would need to get visas for the trip (being English and American this is not always assumed) and they were not entirely open about the credit card fees (3%) on all things that you wanted to pay with card and as such as had to travel to Kenya with a lot of cash.
I would fully recommend doing a safari with Bluerange and I would certainly recommend asking for John as your driver!
