The whole tour was efficient and affordable.

Extremely friendly, helpful and open-minded
I was traveling with my wife and we were so surprised that Richard and his company helped us in such a friendly way. He supported and advised us on each of steps of our travel. He helped us to get all the needed equipment and before we left Arusha to explore Tanzania, we were 100% sure that we get the best offer from hundreds available on the market. On the way we were able to contact our friend in every single questions. And after finishing the travel, we were also very suprised because of the way of friendly meeteing and nice chating on the evening. I would recommend Crucial Tours! We did the 4 day Selous and Mikomi tour and it was fantastic. The places we stayed were wonderful and we saw amazing animals and enjoyed every minute of the tour. Our Host Apollo was very informative and easy to talk to. We asked alot of questions and he gave us informative answers and we were treated with much respect. MARVELOUS EXPERIENCE WITH CRUCIAL TOURS
Gorgeous and friendly communication and warmly hospitality, we found our trip been blessed to the great Selous Game Reserve, Mikumi and Udzungwa mountains has absolutely unforgettable experience. unforgettable experience on the kilimanjaro

my collegues and i met with Richard of Crucial Tours back in 20 14 in flight to Ethopia from Mozambique with few talks he later brought up all safari idea thing andbreally it just worked out. A year later we visited Tanzania and climbed kilimanjaro.mountain on Machame Route .
Thanks to Crucial Tours team everything was well arranjed from the airport pick ups to accomodation and the trekking .Our Guide Samwel was so good in explaining things around during the climb one can never forget the partner with such load they carry up and down what a life experience!!

Unforgettable holiday experience
We came across crucial tours over the Internet and later booked for a trip to Mikumi National park and 5 nights in the Zanzibar Island. Everything went absolutely marvelous. Though our safari duration was short but with unforgettable experience, we could see lions at a very close range from the 4X4 Land cruiser through the pop-up roof, the guide never stop explaining to us whatever we could see or ask.
Zanzibar was incredible, the beach, the spicy tours and its friendly people made implacable images of a life time.
It was indeed a well-organized teamwork that made our African experience a coming back dream.

4x4 Safari Car Rental in Tanzania
Having made prior arrangements to rent a car from another rental company in Dar es Salaam, the agreement fell through leaving us at Dar es Salaam Airport without a vehicle. We made contact with Crucial Tours who quickly and efficiently provided a top-of-the-range 4x4 safari truck for rental. We travelled around Tanzania in this vehicle for a week before dropping the car off at the Zanzibar ferry port per our request.
Upon returning from Zanzibar, and as a last minute request, Crucial Tours arranged a different vehicle rental for our final day in Tanzania. Just as before, Crucial Tours arrived promptly to the ferry port with the vehicle as per our request.
Richard, the representative from Crucial Tours, was incredible helpful throughout both exchanges.

Non of us ever complained of the quality and the reception offered by CRUCIAL TOURS stuffs. They have an amazing team work, from the management to the guides who had enough knowledge of wilderness. We toured Selous Game Reserve, Ruaha Park and the Mikumi Park... we will definitely use this operator in our next trip to the Northern part of Tanzania.
