Great team and efficient service
After countless efforts to find accommodation in Victoria Falls, Falcon Safari came to our rescue and helped book us suitable accommodation in no time. The elephant ride safari and their cruise is not to be missed for anything. I would not hesitate to recommend them to any traveler.

I did not go on any safaris but booked my accommodation through Falcon Safaris. The accommodation was very good and we got a family room as we had requested.

Well organized.
They were punctual, friendly and accommodating. It would have been 5 stars, but the buses could have been in a better condition.
Other suggestions: better quality coffee on the early morning game drive and including beer and wine on the sunset cruise.

Brilliant organisation
We went on several trips they were all very good including the sun set cruise, however as all the alcohol was free some of the guests took advantage and spoiled it somewhat for us, but with that exemption the other trips we excellent

Helpful & responsive in obtaining 1 additional night booking at Kwalape campsite in Kasane
Despite this being a relatively low cost booking they were very helpful and responsive at short notice to secure a campsite for 1 additional night.
