Soaring Falcon
We have used Falcon Safaris on several occasions over the years to book accommodation, arrange excursions and organise transfers from and back to Livingstone Airport.Had their service not been first class throughout we would not have used them again ! That speaks for itself.
Occasionally there were hitches - not of Falcon making - which were put right without fuss or bother and we were kept in the picture at all times so we knew what was going on without being worried.
undoubtedly a professional organisation which delivers as promised.

Zimbabwe Adventure
We had the most fantastic experience with Falcon Safari--they arranged an amazing tour that included lodging (A'Zambezi River Lodge), dinner cruise on Zambezi, walking tour of Victoria Falls (Zimbabwe side), helicopter tour, dinner at Livingstone Room, dinner at Boma, day trip to Chobe, and then arranged for a 4 day stay with lodging and tours in Johannesburg.
We cannot say enough good things about our experience. From the time we were picked up at the airport to the time we were dropped off again--every transfer was on time or early, accommodations were fantastic and the tour guides were amazing. Worth every penny (which I thought was very reasonable for completely private tours).
We loved our visit to Zimbabwe and Chobe. The arrangements in Johannesburg were awesome as well.
Thank you, thank you, for a trip of a lifetime. Your vacation package was absolutely amazing and your services superb.

Everything was well planned
Picking up at hotel, tranfer to boarder, boarder /visa-formalities and further transfer to the Victoria falls was perfect planned.
Good information during the trip, additional stop at the bridge at the falls (which was requested by us) was no problem.
very good!!
Reservation of campground for 4 cars and 9 people in Kasane was well done!

All our conversations were positive, timely and got us the trip of our lives in the Okavango Delta.
All communications were quick and positive. The service was wonderful. The trip was even better than we hoped for. Our Safari was 9 days camping in the bush with Letaka Safaris with just our guide, butler, waiter and cook. The drives were long and we saw so much including, wild dogs, Rhino, Ground Hornbills, six species of Hornbills, Black Bellied Bustards, Kori Bustard, Lions eating an Elephant that they killed. We have good photos of over 100 birds (almost all new to us). We wanted to see birds so we had a private guide KB who was a bird expert and could even mimic all their calls. We of course saw the big animals also. The trip was absolutly fantastic.
Gertrude of Falcon Safaris arranged all flights into Maun and out of Kasane, our 1 night stay in Maun, our transfers, the Letaka Safari 11 day safari, and a very special stay at Chobe Marina Lodge for our last 2 nights in Botswana, and also at a better price than our attempts to book direct. We highly recommend Falcon Safaris for bookings, and Letaka Safaris for the camping safari in the Okavango Delta in the areas of Xanaka, Khwai River, Savuti and Chobe.

Hassle Free!!
We were well taken care of by Trymore and Polite - communication was almost instant, service was swift and excellent; it was well beyond our expectations!! Polite even went out of his way to ensure we collected our race numbers for the marathon from the airport even though we were staying in the opposite direction to town and gave us advise on the best activities to do in the town. We had a smooth trip thanks to Falcon Safaris’ coordination:)

What a wonderful time! The perfect way to celebrate our big event.
The booking process was greatly helped by easy WhatsApp chat with Edna from Falcon Safaris. Advance on-line payment proved straightforward. It turned out that the guest house we had booked, Mopani Lodge, was part of the same company and this meant all the logistics worked like a dream. Our visit was to celebrate our golden wedding, so we were hoping for something exceptional - and that is just what we got! Over our two day stay, we booked three of the activities from the extensive menu: a guided tour of Vic Falls, a sunset river cruse on the Zambezi, and a day trip to Chobe national park in Botswana. Each one of these was truly spectacular and awesome. We were pleasantly surprised by meals etc that were included but even more by the fact that we had individual guides, not shared with others, and all the guides were very helpful and knowledgeable. We loved the wildlife, and our guides could name all the birds we saw. As well as the abundant bird life, we saw hippos, elephants, giraffes, impala, lions (including one sitting in front of a recent meal of baby elephant...) and even a sable, an endangered species. And Vic Falls themselves - well beyond description! Our visit was in July which is round the best time of year to go, and it was a truly awe inspiring experience. Our visit was enhanced by our guide, Brave, who fed us with interesting facts while allowing us to fully bask in the glory of this wonder. We are left with so many wonderful memories and can only record our great appreciation for all aspects of our visit provide by Falcon Safaris. We recommend them without reservation. (One small tip for UK visitors if you go to Chobe. This is in Botswana, and you need to have a multiple entry visa for Zimbabwe. If you have a single entry visa you may be able to get an extension but only before you leave Zimbabwe. Otherwise you have to buy another one on re-entry!)
