A trip organsied with a friendly, very reactive and efficient team from Falcon Safaris
From the first internet contact, we were taken in hand with quick responses to questions, a good proposal of trips to fit into our schedule and an efficient booking process. The secured credit card payment facility was very reassuring.
Once in Livingstone we were taken in hand and everything was delivered as promised in a very efficient and friendly way. We had a really good guide for the Falls visit, a very relaxed, friendly and interesting Evening River Trip and we maximised the use and value of the time we spent in Zambia.

We really appreciated the 5* service provided for every activity.
We enjoyed the Boma dinner (a good start for feeling the African atmosphere) as well as the dinner at the Ilala Lodge.
The Chobe full day safari in Botswana was a tremendous and unforgettable trip. The morning river cruise and the game drive in the afternoon, including the lunch at the Raft (on the river!) offered us a touching scene of the wildlife just a few inches from the boat or the 4x4 !
We won't tell about the beauty and the magic of the Falls which were the reason of our coming to Zimbabwe. Everybody shall come there and visit once in his life !
Playing golf at the Elephant Hills remains a must for any golfer travelling around (impalas, kudus, monkeys and many other hosts joined us at each hole). We thank Honest and his colleague for their precious advices when caddeying for us.
At last but not least, the dinner with a special menu at the Victoria Falls Hotel was an excellent opportunity to feast and enter the New Year.
At the end, the schedule has been a little bit tough. Fortunately, we did the heli flight, not without some stress but with a lot of pleasure and emotion. We could not have left Zimbabwe without saying a last goodbye to the Falls....from the sky !

Absolutely amazing!
From the time we started making enquiries, Falcon were very impressive. All communications from us were answered speedily, and the info and advice given was perfect. Whilst on our trip, the Falcon tour operators / guides were truly amazing. They were always punctual, profiessional, very friendly and informative and went the extra mile to make our trip an event that we will treasure for years to come. Excellent Service, extremely happy and impressed.
I was looking for tours and what to do on trip advisor and I come across a recommendation from a gentleman to use falcon safaris. From the initial contact to my drop off to the airport , everything was perfect. My partner and I was most impressed. Vimbai, Essau and their team ensured that we were well looked aftered and that everything was in order. The guided tour of the falls, the helicopter ride and the sunset cruise was all carried out very professionally, we were dropped fetched and well taken care off.
