Excellent
It was a great experience. I did a 7-day safari on a budget. The accommodations were a positive surprise. The guide/driver was very friendly and gave us the best views of the animals.

Journey Enjoyable！
We participated in the 4-Day Masai Mara Only Midrange Jeep Safari, and communication with Ms. Emmah was smooth and timely. Our driver, DAN, made the 4-day journey enjoyable. DAN is an intelligent and helpful safari guide. He planned the daily itinerary from the guests' perspective and had extensive safari experience. He was very dedicated, working tirelessly each day. DAN drove safely and skillfully throughout the trip, never reckless or impulsive. During the safaris, he demonstrated skill, experience, and professionalism. Lastly, DAN showed kindness and compassion toward people with disabilities, which deeply touched us. If any of our friends or family have the opportunity to visit Kenya, we would definitely recommend DAN as a guide. Once again, many thanks to DAN.

Value for money with great service.
I am so glad to have booked my Mount Kenya hike through Hyrax Safaris. Emmah gave me plenty of information and was always quick to respond. The team, which consisted of Daniel, Kim, Douglas, John, and Morris, looked after us amazingly the whole time and made the experience unforgettable. Best experience everything!
Hi, we made a 6 day safari with 2 families of 8 persons with Hyrax at Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha and Amboselli. Emmah organised perfect this great trip. Value for money, great experience
It was our first safari and we loved it. We got to see 2 parks got the most perfect 4x4 and our driver and guide was really awesome! Brian delivered and had a big network so we could see tons of animals.
Our lodge was fine and overall had a great experience.

Excellent service and value for money
Our experience with Hyrax Safaris was quite enjoyable. Ever since we got in contact with Irene, she has been helpful and informative and this has been the case over our months-long communication. Thanks to Irene, everything was well considered and organized before our arrival.
We were extremely lucky to have Paul as our guide during our two safaris and marveled at his encyclopedic knowledge about the wildlife. Punctual, patient, considerate and hardworking, he prioritized our needs all the time and adapted to variable circumstances in an agile and flexible manner. During our whole trip, we’ve felt well taken care of and secure. The days we spent in Kenya are a reminder as to how important it is to forge a strong bond with nature even in the midst of our hectic urban life. An unforgettable experience to be treasured forever.
Good hiking trip
I did the Mount Kenya 4 day hiking trip with Hyrax safaris. My guide Daniel was excellent and the hike was really enjoyable. I had a great time and always felt we were being looked after by Daniel and the rest of the team. The views were excellent and scenery was well worth the trip.

Our driver and tour guide, Harun, was absolutely spectacular. He consistently went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the trip. His keen eye for spotting wildlife was impressive, and he made every effort to help us find even the most elusive animals. Additionally, Harun always kept us informed of the day’s plans and adjusted them seamlessly based on weather, timing, and other factors.

Great me patience. Abdul was the greatest your guide. Saw the big 5 and so much more. This was my first safari and I was greatly satisfied with Hyrax Safari. The cost was reasonable, the set up great with Roselyn, and they made sure that everything went smoothly. I would recommend this company. Great experience!

Excellent and accommodating
We were very happy and satisfied with the services provided by Hyrax Safaris to our small 3 person group.
Irene, the associate working with us, was extremely responsive to all our queries regarding the safari booking and was a real help in our decision to go with Hyrax.
Sammy, our driver and guide throughout the 6 day Safari was fantastic. Right from the pickup at the airport to the pit stops and picnic lunches on the road, and making sure that we had amazing wildlife sightings all the time.
Very calm and good natured all the way, and answered all our small queries, making sure to drop us off safely at the airport at the end of our very exhilarating trip.
Will definitely recommend this agency , overall it was great value for money.
