Wonderful
Hello Tanzania were great to us. They really went out their way to please us. We had two fantastic guides. They were both friendly and knowledgable about the animals. They were also flexible willing to work around us. The lodge we stayed in was nice too. Mikumi park was super we saw lots of animals e.g elephants, zebras, hippos, crocs etc - although we never got to see any lions. Further the price we paid we def got value for money. Me and my husband had a great time. We both would reccommend hello tanzania. We'd like to take this opportunity to say thank you to the team for making our honeymoon special.

Good communication, good service, good personal attention. Select better hotels.
Tours were as planned, the bungalow at the park was more like camping.

10 days of safari in Tanzania, from Arusha to Serengeti
Nice guide but not well speaking and understanding mi language (French), and often (too much) silencious. Car damage which obliged us to wait a morning at the Serengeti doors (1/2 day safari lost). Poor comfort of the car. No fresh drinks in the car. Great days in Serengeti and Tarangire. Hotels: very poor quality of the first hotel in Arusha, second night alone in the hotel and we've waited electricity during more than 20 min.
Part of the African dream but could or should have been better from my point of view.

The experience around various locations in the country was awesome!!!
There was constant communication with my agent to ensure that all was going well and up to expectation. Every experience was beyond my expectation.

Trip to Zanzibar
Extremely impressed with Hello Tanzania . Every part of our trip from Dar to Nungwi was comfortable and stress free . Drivers and guides very good, on time, reliable and informative .both the Mnarani Resort and hotel in Stonetown were both lovely. Service good. The company was very helpful with last minute changes that needed to be made because of illness. Would recommend this company to anyone travelling in . Going on safari shortly with the same company so looking forward to it and hoping for the same excellent service.
A weekend safari was organised by Hello Tanzania very well. The guide was excellent!
Communication with Hello Tanzania was perfect. Promised actions are executed quick and tour guide was excellent. The accommodation, food and car were very good.

Organized, friendly and done a good job for the trip.
The overall trip is very exciting and awesome mountainous view on the way to Mikumi. Henry are safari guide was a kind and genuine person. He kept sharing many points on way like tribe names, culture, weather, place names etc. The lodge was a peaceful and clean place with good food. My family enjoyed a lot; though missed seeing the lion :) We do plan on some more trips in the future.

Zanzibar: Stonetown and Spice tour
The communications were excellent. Stayed at the Tembo Hotel Stonetown....amazing hospitality. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning way before my room would be ready so the staff set up up with a complimentary breakfast by the ocean. I left my power converter in Dar and the staff loaned me one for my stay. The dinner menu was lovely and to eat by the sea with the waves whispering the shore was magical. My tour guide was knowledgeable and arranged a spice tour for me on day two. My tour operator checked in with me on my return to ensure my time away was wonderful as she promised and it was.
