Excellent service for an unforgettable time
Chloe was wonderful and helped greatly with the trip organization from recommending the best spots based on interest to planning out everything and trying to fit in all the wanted activities and handling the booking. I don't think it is possible to plan it in the same way without having a professional like her being involved. and best of all, the entire communication was fast and smooth. many thanks for helping to have such an unforgettable trip!!!

Listened to what I asked for
I had gone on safari before and knew what type of experience I wanted. So I did. little research on areas I wanted to visit. I called several companies to get a quote on a safari. I specified where I wanted to go (areas I wanted to stay in), number of nights in each area and my budget. Off2Africa was the only company who listened and got me what I wanted. And what a trip it was! Accommodations were incredible and very comfortable. We were totally immersed in nature and surrounded by animals. Our guides were extremely knowledgable. Food was delicious. We saw everything we wanted to see. We will be going back in a few years and we will use Off2Africa again!

Chloe Cummings, Outstanding
We can not praise Chloe and Off2Africa enough for the wonderful trip she put together for us. Botswana and a Fabulous lodge in the Chobe National Park, the Chobe Princess floating down the Chobe river, Fabulous Lodge on the Zambezi river for the Victoria Falls, although Africa was experiencing a drought and there was not much water but none the less spectacular of the sheer scale of the falls. Lunch at The Victoria Falls Hotel with a lovely visit from Chloe, a real touch, followed by our journey on the Rovos Rail to South Africa and finally Glen Afric where for those who know the English TV series "Wild at Heart" was filmed. Many Wonderful Animal encounters throughout and stunning sunsets, truly a trip of a life time.
A Very much heart felt Thank you, Thank you, Thank you .

Patient, responsive, accommodating
I reached out in Feb for help to organise a tour in August. From the very start, Sian was patient, accommodating, gave the best within our indicated budget, and was able to offer good advice. The trip itself -we had seamless transfers throughout the entire journey from Vic Falls to different lodges in Botswana. We were well taken care of :)

Great planning with prompt communications and fair price
I have used Safaribookings.com for a few times and have good experience. I selected Botswana and Zimbabwe as my destinations. As usual I contacted 3 different travel agents on Safaribookings.com and Sian Edwards from Off2Africa was the first to respond my initial request and the fastest in subsequent correspondence. This is important with the time zone different. Sian also regular answered my questions during the weekend. Sian has wealth of knowledge of the geography, various camps offerings, etc., and she helped us to pick 5 different camps for our 11-day adventure. I shared my itinerary to a couple of safari guides at different camp in Botswana, they all praised the travel plan and the unique arrangements allowing us to see the great diversity of geography and wildlife of the country. We never felt we were repeating our game drives because they were all unique and different. At Nxai Pan, it was a salt pan (or desert like) land based safari. At Okavango Panhandle, it was water only safari. At Okavango Delta, it was grassland 4x4 water crossing safari. At Chobe River, it was the classic national park safari. They all unique from each other. Sian was able to connected all of them seamlessly. We have zero issue in the hand-off between each camp via flight or shuttle. It was totally stressless. We just showed up and everything just worked as planned. When I had any questions during the trip, Sian was able to answer usually within a few hours.
The great communications went beyond just answer calls or emails. Off2Africa provided a custom website dedicated for my trip. It detailed each element of the trip from transportation to lodging, and info about each location and all the activities. Off2Africa also provided an app during our trip and it simply made life easier during the trip.
One of the most important question you as a reader wanted to know is the price. I would say "Fair". You can always negotiate and find a slightly lower price somewhere but I believe Sian is fair and very reasonable. I did spot check a few of the camps and activities prices. Sian was right there. We were not overcharged at all.
Our group was original 2 couples which was very simple. 2 rooms at each camp and we are good to go. Half way in our planning my travel partners added their adult daughter to the trip. Sian was able to add one more person to our plan creatively. I think she did a fantastic job of helping us minimize any single surcharges. Yes, the single paid more but I think it was very reasonable. @sian - thanks!!
This is my 4th trip to Africa Safari and by far this is the best safari trip. I will not hesitate to recommend Off2Africa and Sian Edwards.

Chloe was the most cooperative and efficient tour operator we encountered; no request was too much.
Catherine and I booked a week in Botswana, book-ended by a week in Thula Thula (South Africa) and a week in Uganda.
Logistics and timing appeared to be a hurdle too high but Chloe managed it with aplomb, the result being a very memorable experience topped off with the most wonderful experiences in Chobe Game Lodge and the Stanley and Livingstone Boutique Hotel.
Full marks Chloe and a huge thanks from Catherine and I for an unforgettable experience.
We wouldn’t hesitate recommending Off 2 Africa to anyone.
Thank you

A very well organized 3 week safari around Zimbabwe
I contacted 3 travel agents and the programme prepared by Chloe of Off2Africa stood out for its detail and superb presentation which allowed us to see what ever destination looked like , where we would be staying and the potential activities there. By far the best travel agency I have ever used

Everything Top Notch
We were astounded by the quality of presentation, expertly informed recommendations, and the ease of the entire process. Chloe was very responsive and helpful every step of the way. The arrangements she booked for us far exceeded our expectations. Our itinerary had us staying in multiple cities across South Africa and each experience was superb. We highly recommend Off2Africa - especially for first-time safari experiences for the invaluable guidance and support you will receive.

Sian was awesome, very helpful, organised and efficient. We loved everything about our safari.
We absolutely loved our safari which was organised by Off2Africa. We felt looked after from the very first email we sent. Sian organised our tour and it was awesome. We felt safe, spoilt and part of the family especially at Muchenje Lodge and Kala Camp. The people were beautiful in Botswana. We stayed at Victoria Safari Lodge in Zimbabwe (Victoria Falls) and were so grateful that Sian suggested this place as it had a waterhole right in front of the bar/restaurant where wild animals came in to drink. What a way to start our African adventure. However, our absolute favourite for seeing the animals was Chobe river front. What an abundance of animals, hundreds of elephants and buffaloes and so much more. Kala camp was completely different being in the Okavango delta and sleeping in glam tents. The tents were spotlessly clean and staff were so friendly. Our favourite was sitting around the campfire at night with the staff. We are especially grateful to the people of Botswana, on behalf of the world we thank you for your conservation efforts.
