Extremely kind and carefull

perfect organized Safari Tour
we enjoyed a fantastic safari tour at Sanbona Wildlife Reserve. The trip was perfect organized by Gems of Africa. We had nice discussions during our transfer to the Reserve and back to the hotel.
The Sanbona Reserve exceeded our expectations by far and we felt very comfortable during our stay.

Very helpful and easy to communicate with
We had a great experience with Gems of Africa. I didn't know anything about Kruger or booking a safari but they helped with accommodation and transfers which made it very easy. The lodges where we stayed were lovely. Thank you for a memorable trip

Everything was fine
Everything was fine - the lounge, safari, food, drinks... and the private transfer from/to Airport which was a concern for us (>2hrs), but it worked fine either. Nothing negative at all...

Nice and easy small safari experience
Everything worked well for us and was worth the experience. Transportation worked as promised, room was nice and clean, service and staff helpful, food nice etc. And the most importantly the safari-rides provided everything that was promised. So nothing much to complain about. It was all good.

high professional organization - unforgettable holidays
The team organized for our family a full holidays package in South Africa: Safari tour, wine experience, sailing day. The overall experience was excellent. Attentive
We love the experience beginning with the bookings with Mpho who really was so helpful and reassuring. We were whizzed off by an excellent driver to the lodge in just 5 hours with a pit stop in between. Very comfortable car! The lodge is so beautiful and the tent/room was big and comfortable with clean bathroom facilities and even a fridge for us to store wine and chocolates! The surroundings were so serene that we keep thanking God for allowing us to be amongst His creation. We went on the evening and morning drives and while the animals were shy, we did see enough to be starry eyed! Food was great, service was spectacular and this lodge is highly recommended.

Professional, efficient and friendly
I booked a weekend away through Gems of Africa and it was an effortless and smooth process. The different options available were sent to me outlining everything I needed to know (price, inclusions, exclusions etc.) and the consultant was quick to respond to my follow up questions.
Everything was organised well and we had no hiccups. I would definitely book through them again and would recommend to anyone looking to do a safari tour!
