The tour operator was east to coordinate with and was able to direct to an appropriate accomodation.
I have had the pleasure of experiencing the exceptional professional services offered by Kubwa Five Safaris, courtesy of their friendly and knowledgeable personnel.
Although we have only recently returned from our trip, we are already contemplating another vacation with them, and Kubwa Five Safaris will undoubtedly be our preferred choice.
We firmly believe that the expertly planned trip itinerary enabled us to experience the very best that country has to offer.
I would highly recommend Kubwa Five Safaris to anyone seeking an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime adventure at an affordable price. Their services are truly exceptional and deserving of strong consideration.

Wonderful Namibia
We planned a 10 day tour to see the best of namibia we personalised the tour to what we wanted to see.we had an issue with our flight but Sylvia replanned the tour on 9 days so we missed nothing very very appreciated since it wasn't their responsibility and could have simply made us skip the first day.the tour was fantastic we got to see everything we wanted to see. Wildlife and the landscape that are something of incredible. Our guide John was excellent 👏 really very prepared giving al the info of the diffrent places people, Wildlife towns....
Passionate about his work and committed to client customer care, satisfactory and service
It was such a nice experience seeing and touring the Murchison falls and park for 3 days. With the boat cruise on the Albert nile seeing the nile hippos and crocodiles and the game drive which started very early in the mornin were I got to see three female lions getting ready to hunt, the savanna grassland elephants with their babies, buffaloes and giraffes. All to rap it up, the experience and treatment given by Kubwa Five Stars was nice to us

Safari
We did the 20 day Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania. (Luxury)
And the reason why i give 4 stars and not 5 is because i think some of the Hotels could be better curated. Specifically the ones in Kenya and Bwindi (Uganda), Although they were good located inside the parks, they were a bit old. Not that they were cheap hotels, they must have been luxury at some point and they still hold the price tag. But i think it is worth exploring other smaller hotel/lodges with a boutique feel "understated luxury”, more personal. You can arrange all this with Joseph, because he wants to give you the best trip possible, i am sure of that.
The drivers/guides were professional and we got along with all 3 of them. Since the longest time was spent In Uganda with Samuel, we were sad to say goodbye to him at the airport after 12 days together. Samuel is a responsible and safe driver, polite, good sense of humor, a bit shy and a great smile.
Some of the hotels are upper mid range as specified on the list from the agency, and i was told that they choose this ones (instead of the luxury option) because of location. This is true for the 1st lodge in Murchinson National park. We only wish we would have had a little time to sit down and see the sunset over the river. The game drives can be as long or short as you want so one of the afternoons make sure you are back before sunset and take 20 minutes to sit outside and enjoy the views.
In Kibale, Uganda our tip would be to do the community walk (Note that the community walk can be as short or long as you want.) that afternoon instead of the next day after the chimpanzee trek. The reason being, that after the chimpanzee trek you can drive straight to Kyaninga and arrive there early. This is a beautiful hotel where you can do a few activities at the lodge….and we thought the setting is spectacular (they will also do your laundry complimentary so make sure you give it straight away as you arrive) We manage to be there by 13:00 and jump in the lake for a short swim, then we did a walk around the crater.

Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, oh my!
First of all, I must say that I was very impressed with the communication and prompt response to all of our questions as we prepared for this adventure. The level of information we were provided left no questions unanswered.
This was more than just a safari, which I envisioned as sitting in a car and driving around, spotting animals all day. In addition to driving around, we rode bikes, took boat rides, ziplined, hiked, and enjoyed a balloon ride. It was an adventure of a lifetime!
We visited Uganda (chimpanzees and gorillas!), Kenya, and Tanzania and all of our guides were incredible. They were well-informed, kind, and put up with my sarcasm and my husband's terrible jokes. They were also good listeners to our needs. I particularly wanted to see cats in Tanzania and our guide spent the day making sure that I was not disappointed.
We chose the "luxury" option and I am still thinking back to several of our lodges and how breathtaking they were.
I would absolutely recommend KubwaFive Safaris to anyone. It's time to start filling the Africa Trip jar again!

Once-in-a-lifetime experience
We recently embarked on a once-in-a-lifetime safari across East Africa, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our goal was to combine different countries and wildlife experiences, and Kubwa Five offered the perfect variety of combinations.
From the very beginning, the team's commitment to providing excellent service was clear. They were incredibly organized and attentive, giving us all the necessary information well in advance of our trip. In fact, they stayed in touch with us throughout the planning stages and even followed up on our flights and all other details before arrival, which helped to ensure everything went smoothly.
Our adventure began in the breathtaking landscapes of Rwanda and Uganda, where we were fortunate to be guided by Smith.
He was incredibly approachable, always happy to answer our questions and share fascinating insights about the local life connecting with us on both personal and educational levels.
What impressed us most was his dedication to ensuring we experienced everything possible, always striving to help us see all the sights and fully immerse ourselves in every moment, making him a true highlight of our trip.
Our trip continued to Kenya, an extraordinary experience, largely thanks to our incredible guide, Godfrey. His deep knowledge of the landscape and sharp observation skills gave us the best chance to witness rare and breathtaking wildlife encounters.
His ability to read the behavior of the animals made the experience even more memorable. He was always willing to wait for the ideal moment, making sure we didn’t miss any of the incredible wildlife action.
The last part of our safari took us to Tanzania, where we were greeted by our incredible guide, Alfa! From the moment we met him, it was clear that Alfa was a safari expert, and his knowledge of Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater was unparalleled. He knew the areas like the back of his hand and was able to locate wildlife with ease—spotting animals before other safari vehicles, which gave us an incredible advantage.
He could predict their movements and always positioned us perfectly for the best views. His sharp eye allowed us to see the Big 5, encounters that we might have missed otherwise… While luck plays a role in a safari, it’s the expertise of a guide like Alfa that truly makes all the difference.
We’ll always remember his unwavering enthusiasm, even after countless game drives over the years.
His desire to help us understand the animal kingdom, the culture and the places we visited enriched our experience and gave us a deeper connection to everything we saw.
While all the guides we had throughout our trip truly represented the company at its best, we were also impressed by how the company maintained constant communication with our guides ensuring that everything ran flawlessly.
This attention to detail made us feel reassured and well-supported from start to finish. It was clear that our experience was a top priority, and we genuinely felt like we were in good hands throughout the entire adventure.
If you’re looking for a safari experience that’s not only well-organized but also enriched by passionate, knowledgeable guides who truly care about the wildlife and cultures they show you, we cannot recommend Kubwa Five enough.
