Excellent Experience
I used Lappet Faced Safaris to organize our safari in Tanzania and we couldn't have chosen a better Tour Operator. From my first email, Francisco was extremely helpful and He guided me, listening to my every need and desires, in order to create a custome-made safari, which would fulfil our dreams.
Once in Tanzania, our driver Deo was waiting for us at the airport and he has proven himself a great and very knowledgeable travel companion; thanks to him, we saw so many animals in all kind of situation. We went to Lake Manyara, to Ndutu, to Ngorongoro and to Serengeti. Each of these parks were wonderful and all the lodges and tended camps suggested by Francisco were just outstanding.

I had the best experience with Francisco who helped us book the safari a couple of months earlier. He explained everything clearly, and he was also very accommodating, always keeping in close contact. The quality of the safari was great, the driver was extremely punctual, and the food was absolutely incredible. Amazing service!
Francisco has been super helpful and responsive in all of the possible ways. From the start when giving us the quotation, he was very helpful and quick to our questions and concerns. One of our travel companions lost his baggage, Francisco was also giving us a hand to get the baggage back from the airport. The Safari trip was amazing as well with the detailed information and helpful services from the guide.

And before we paid the deposit, he would confirm with all the hotels we chose if there were any available rooms, so we ended up staying at the hotels we wanted to stay at without changing hotels. This is really great!
Our guide Raphael is very experienced and professional! The driving was very stable and humorous, and we were very happy every day. On this trip to Tanzania, we saw the Big Five and a horned horse crossing the river. We were really lucky and worth it!

Definitely a trustworthy travel agency
We just came back from the Lappet Fsced Safari and we are still not feeling calm. It was an experience of a lifetime. We saw the Big Five and many other animals. We would like to especially thank our guide NOEL for his driving skills, ability to find animals, knowledge of animals, he always saw what we couldn't see, and it was easy to communicate with him.
