Amazing and unforgettable Safari with Luitours! With Okuli guide we had the best experience ever!!
We booked a private Safari for two people - Tarangire and Ngorongoro, only one night. With this tour operator we had the best experience ever, they collected us from our hotel in Zanzibar and took us to the airport, we met our guide Okuli in Arusha and then the amazing Safari started. Our guide was kind, funny and he could drive very well. We only did one night but I recommend to do at least two nights to live the best experience ever.

Everything was excellent and I will book you for the trip again another time.
Ibrahim who we mailed with was very patient with all my questions. Everything was better than we expected, and the trip was as described.
I can recommend all trips with Luitours and safaris

adventurous Safari
The safari was well organized! Our guide Frank was very good, friendly, knowledgeable and showed and took our wishes into account. We visited Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater and were lucky enough to see the Big Five. I can recommend this organization - Lui Tours - with a clear conscience.

Amazing Safari-Trip in the Rain Season
We were in Zanzibar during the rainy season and flew to Dar es Salaam for three days to visit Mikumi National Park and Nyerere National Park in a four-day trip. Despite the sometimes bad weather, our driver Kapande made the best of the situation. Thanks to him, we saw most of the animals in the national parks. He knew his way around and had a suitable answer for every question. Whether it was questions about animals, plants, fruit or the culture of Tanzania. He was always ready to help and could help us at any time. Thanks to his many years of experience and contacts, we felt that we were in very good hands. Even when the road to Nyerere National Park was almost impassable, he always got us there safely thanks to his good driving skills. Through our dinners together, we were able to learn a lot about the culture and life in Tanzania. We couldn't imagine a better guide and we grew very fond of him and it was a lot of fun. Despite the weather conditions, we were able to observe almost all the animals at close range, as he knows his way around and the hidden Spots of the animals very well. Thank you a lot Kapande. Hope we See us again on our next Safari.

Amazing professionals
It was the greatest experience of our lives. Amazing professionalism, food accommodation, everything was the best you can get. Alain was great, he helped us see the real Africa with all the animals, the food was impeccable, he even helped us at the airport in Arusha. Compliments!!!!

Unforgettable
We Just finished our 10 Day safari and we absolute loved it!! The Parks, the lodges, the food and the friendly People in the lodges. But also the travel between the Parks. Now you can also see how life in Tanzania is and all the different landscapes. This makes the trip more than complete in my opinion. We have seen a lot of animals big and small and sometimes had the feeling to be the only car in the park.
Thanks Ibrahim for you patience to answer al my questions so quickly!!

Amazing experience!
Everything was amazing from communication with Ibrahim that was super quick and smooth to the safari itself.
Everything was arranged for us and well communicated (pick up/drop off from hotels, flights, safari).
We really liked Allan as a guide, he was kind and explained everything well and provided with binoculars and had home cooked meals for us to enjoy during the Safari.
The hotel was very nice and offered nice amenities (it was outside the natural reserves as we did two different parks in two days).
I highly recommend this tour!

I would recommend you avoid at all costs
We had a terrible experience with them. The driver/guide showed little interest in providing us with a satisfactory experience. He barely spoke to us during the 8-day safari and made no effort to establish any sort of rapport. We had to initiate conversations and invite him to join us for dinners. Despite having chairs and tables in the car, he didn't attempt to find pleasant spots for us to enjoy lunch with a view. Instead, he suggested having lunch in the car on several occasions, even after spending the entire morning there.
We opted for a mid-tier safari, but the packed food was atrocious, especially lunches. (Dinners, especially at Nyerere Camp and Ruaha were excellent)
We understand that box lunches are typically simple, but in this case, they were inedible. The chicken was so dry it might as well have been a rock, and despite my partner being vegetarian, they got the order wrong three times. After informing our driver of the mistake the first time, he neglected... Read more to double-check the following day, forcing us to inspect the lunch box ourselves.
The car got also stuck once, which of course can happen as its part of the experience but the guide/driver did not even say sorry, he just silenced himself and we did not know what was happening or how long that might have taken.
Additionally, at one of the camps, the food was excessively chewy to the point where I experienced gum inflammation. After reporting this to Ibrahim, the safari organizer at LuiTours, he changed our accommodations. However, he then proceeded to ignore us, failing to respond to any further communication. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Avoid LuiTours at all costs.

Posted on Feb 21, 2024Thank you for your review; we apologize for disappointing you.
First, there was a lot of rain in January this year, and during the game drive, the jeep became stuck in the mud, which our driver managed to overcome.
Yes, we generally serve exceptional picnic lunch during game drives, but this time due to horrible weather conditions, as it was pouring most of the time, we were unable to find the appropriate site for picnic lunch, so customers enjoyed their meals inside the car.
Yes, you are correct about the lunch boxes. Theo informed me about the lunch boxes from Bastian Camp that were not acceptable, and he requested that I alter the accommodations since they do not want to return to Camp Bastian Mikumi and I booked them Camp Atupele at no extra cost and there was no refund from Camp Bastian as it was last minute cancellation
Last day, when they drove from Ruaha to Mikumi, he emailed me regarding the lunch boxes, mentioning that the lodges had forgotten to provide one vegetarian dish. We attempted to find a restaurant in the park where we could purchase them a hot lunch, but we couldn't find one. We even went to other lodges to buy them a vegetarian meal, and they understood the situation; he even said he'd wait till evening. I apologize again for disappointing you.
Sorry for what happened, and I assure you that it will never happen again, because we have already raised these issues with the lodges, and we will also continuously reminding our guides of their duty.
Thank you for understanding

A very good travel agency with high communication efficiency
I came to Tanzania for first time, I consulted many travel agencies. Luitours is the most efficient among all travel agencies, and I have communicated several versions of the plan according to my itinerary. The actual travel experience is very good , the guide kahalif is very nice, the vehicle is also very new , An unforgettable journey!
