Good guide and good plan
5/5

I booked 5-day safari from Arusha to Tarangire NP (1 day), Serengeti NP (2 days), Ngorongoro and Manyara. My guide Farag is knowledgeable about the areas and always getting his car at the best space to let me watch the animals. We are lucky to find cheeta 3 times, leopard 5 times. I told my guide I wished to see migration and male lion in the close distance after day 2. We did see male lions closely and migration of wildbeest and zebro. It's spectacular. Highly recommended.

amazing tour
5/5

We were going with a family of four with a guide, Faraji. Booking and picking up was all very convenient and flexible. Together we constructed a really nice tour. Faraji was well in contact with the other guides on radio, which made us see amazing scenes and animals, including the crossing at the Mare River in the north, many lions, cheetahs, leopards. Faraji was very knowledgeable about wildlife and open to talk about Arusha life. The camps in Serengeti were great, small camps in the wild, Seronera and the north. Lake Manyara and the crater Ngorongoro all have very different landscapes. All beautiful. We had 5 days, which was really great but 6 would definitely we worth it.

Peronalized, Professional, Exceeded Expectations
5/5

As we followed the guidelines to inquire with at least three companies, Godson Adventures promptly replied with an itinerary that met our needs and budget. At each point we worked with different members of the company, we encountered a professional yet personal touch. Airport transfers, even at the wee hours of the morning were provided and ensured we arrived to our hotel or airport. Faraj was our driver with 10 year experience as a guide and it showed. From day 1 we were "wow-ed" by all the nature Tanzania offered and that Faraj ensured we witnessed. He provided insightful information and answered questions we had along the way; he was a joy to work with. We added an extra stop on our itinerary without issue. We enjoyed two nights lodging in a beautiful setting and two nights in tents (which really is glamping). I heard a warthog and a lion but felt safe and slept well. I am so glad we mixed our accommodations and followed the recommendations. No worries about food. No tummy issues. One of the two of us is a fairly picky eater and found plenty of tasty food offered at every meal. While many guides and companies exist, we felt Godson, Faraj, and team provided a personalized holiday that really allowed us to fall in love with Tanzania and its people as they really take good care of each other too!

Five day safari experience
5/5

Travelling to Africa for the first time from Australia - this 5 day safari was definitely a highlight. We were met at the airport upon our arrival in Arusha and transferred to our hotel where we were met by Godson who provided us with a clear outline of the plans for the next few days.
Our safari began early the next day as we travelled to Lake Manyara for our first National Park which introduced to us to some of the wildlife in the area. The next day we spent many hours travelling towards the northern Serengeti with the hope of seeing the migration of the Wilderbeast. Wow!!! what an amazing experience when we got there quite late in the day and were able to witness thousands of these animals running towards the river. The following day we had a full day out in the Serengeti sighting lions, cheetahs, a leopard, as well as many more wilderbeast, elephants, zebras, giraffes and more. After 2 nights in the north, we made our way back down through central Serengeti and then visited Ngorongoro Park on our last day before our return to Arusha.
There are many things that made this experience so wonderful, apart from the amazing wildlife. To start with our dealings with Noel in planning this safari - who was very accommodating and flexible in terms of helping us achieve our goal of making it to the very northern part of the Serengeti. Godson was so lovely and very keen to ensure that this experience would meet our expectations. Our guide Faragi was very knowledgeable and made sure that everything went to plan which meant some very long days of driving for him. Faragi looked after us beautifully and was very thoughtful and caring - particularly towards my elderly mother who was travelling with us.
Thank you all for a most memorable experience.

Amazing 4 Day Safari
5/5

Godson provided a wonderful experience for us and tended to our every need. The Safari far exceeded our expectations! He worked with us to create a schedule and lodging plan that fit our every desire. His communication prior to the Safari was prompt, which built a lot of trust for me. Godson’s personal airport transportation was wonderful - allowing us to settle in immediately and feel comfortable upon arrival. Thank you Godson - We hope to join you on Kilimanjaro next time! :)

Godson was well-informed, kind and willing to tailor the trip to our exact needs!
5/5

Godson was prompt with all communications prior to the safari. During the safari, he included many interesting facts about each individual animal that we saw. He tailored each day to our group's needs. He seemed to always find the best viewing areas and almost always would arrive at them prior to any other vehicles. It's like he has a sixth sense for where wildlife should be. His degree in wildlife management certainly added many interesting points to each animal that we saw. Thank you very much Godson 10/10.

Flexible, Accommodating and Extremely Friendly Safari with Godson Kastai - Godson Adventures
5/5

Booking the trip of a lifetime - your African Safari - is an exciting and such a unique experience .. not to mention the expense .. that you want to make sure you think of every detail and get it just right. From the moment that we contacted Godson, owner and operator of Godson Adventures, we knew we were in good hands. He answered all questions within a day at most and was very kind to also lend his experience in making suggestions for our plans as we starting arranging a specific itinerary. Truly a private concierge entirely dedicated to making sure our stay in the Serengeti was perfectly suited for us. On our four day, three night safari Godson ensured absolutely all logistics were taken care of in advance so that during our stay we could just enjoy being in the elements and have our attention on enjoying the moment - that means all accommodations and meals paid in advance as well as all entrance fees to the different areas we accessed (not all tour operators do this). Our accommodations all exceeded our expectations - one night at a safari lodge with wonderful views and a pool and two additional nights in a very nice private tented lodge right in the Serengeti. The wildlife was stunning and we got to experience some more rare moments during our short stay - driving up on to a herd of 50+ elephants with no other vehicles around and watching a lioness hunt a zebra made the top of our lists. Lastly, and most memorable of all .. Godson made arrangements for a sunrise hot air balloon safari for our group. After having been to much of the world this tops the list of my favorite experiences I have ever had. Sunrise in Africa is not like anywhere I have seen and watching the movement of the herds of animals as you float through the air in complete silence other than the balloon burners is something magical. This experience added about $600 pp to our trip, but the reason for the expense is the permitting the ballooning companies are required to have to operate within the Serengeti is extremely expensive. In fact, all entrance fees to the parks are all relatively expensive because the National Parks that operate within Tanzania (Tarangire, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara, Serengeti) are all 100% funded from the user fees that they collect - a very different model than we have in the U.S.
