It was a seamless booking process
The Safari Tour was unique, as extraordinary traffic resulted in a 10hour journey from Nairobi to Nakuru due to the Youth Service Parade. It would have been far longer except for the driver, Nelson's intervention which saw some tactical driving and strong hospitality and always good cheer. I would strongly recommend both driver and tour operator.

Tight yet fruitful 2-day journey to Hell's Gate, Lake Naivasha and Lake Nakuru
I did a private two-day tour with Mufasa Tours and Travels in late January 2020.
Lewis has been very patient in dealing with my endless inquiries. He always replies my email so fast. He helped me design the two day itinerary from scratch, as well as book train tickets that connects my journey.
My guide and driver Nelson is local from Nakuru. He's familiar with the geography and animals along the journey. We managed to see 6 white rhinos, the goal and highlight of my trip. We also saw lots of other star animals. especially the impalas of the Hell's Gate, the hippos and pelicans of Lake Naivasha, and the Rothschild's giraffes of Lake Nakuru.

Don’t hesitate to book with Mufasa!
My safari with Mufasa Tours and Travels did not disappoint! As others have said in their reviews, communication with Lewis and Joseph pre-tour was clear and helpful (both through email and WhatsApp). I ended up choosing a private tour rather than a “joining tour,” meaning I was the only passenger in the van. At first, I was a bit hesitant to be on my own and was afraid I would feel lonely. However, my driver Kevin was an absolute gem - as a trained ornithologist and teacher, his knowledge and commentary made my experience come alive. (For those who have never gone on safari before, be prepared to be rattled around quite a bit in your van as your driver navigates the terrible roads. Kevin was careful to make the ride as comfortable as possible.) Even though February isn’t peak safari season, I saw so much. Kevin knew the more active spots to visit in the park, so I saw lions, cheetahs, hippos, giraffes, elephants, and much more! Truly a “bucket list” experience.

Excellent from beginning to the end!
Everything was great since the beginning! I decided to pay by pesapal, but I had some issues with it. I was supported during the whole time and costumer service team helped me during the process! All went well in the end.
Also, the guide (Nelson - you should ask for him) was very thoughtful and fun during the whole safari! He made us feel comfortable, and even took us to crocodile center in our way back to the airport! He also taught us swali songs and vocabulary! I had a blast! I wish I could stay for more time!

A perfect trip!
Traveling with Mufasa was completely a good experience!
The procedure with Lewis before the safari starts has been very easily and professional.
My guide Sam was a perfect one! Always keep smiling and also professional in his job as well. I’ve been in Kenya for photography and Sam still knows how to handle the car to get some good shots from the top roof.

Joseph from Mufasa tours was great in helping me with the booking. I struggled with paying with kreditcard, but he helped me (on whats app) immediately and we found a solution
Our lodges were also great. We booked the cheapest camps, but because of the rain joseph changed the booking and we slept in beautiful, luxury lodges near masai mara and in the Nakuru park. The food was very good, the rooms so cosy, i slept so well and we heard the hyenas laughing at night. Out Driver, Joe, was a very good driver and we had so much fun cruising through the streets and gras and bushes, catching all kind of animals we wanted to see. We had 4 days safari in total. And of course i will do it again. This adventure will stay forever in my mind and in my heart!!!

Amazing Experience and Great Service
We booked a private 3-day-tour to the Masai Mara and had an amazing experience. Kephar was really helpful, knowledgeable and fun. It was definitely well worth it. The communication with Lewis was exceptional. Whatever questions we had, he would always answer promptly. We hope we can come back someday.
