On request they responded effectively and efficiently. Their Tourist guide/ driver gave our Canadian Guests a very warm welcome, after a long flight and arriving late the evening. I contacted Felix last minute about booking a safari. Right off the bat he was super responsive and honest upfront. Was very clear to me that providing a good experience to his customers is the most important thing for him! He was happy to answer my questions about the logistics of the trip, which he takes care of, end to end. All I had to do was approve his recommendations, and show up in Nairobi. Everything else was arranged by Felix and included in the price. And I mean everything. From being picked up at the airport, to transportation within Nairobi, to flights to Masai, even park fees were included! I stayed at the Mara Engai lodge, which I also highly recommend. If you're looking to book a safari, go with Felix for the best price, and a seamless experience.

We had an amazing Time.. really help me with everything.
Everything was super Awesome.
Only problem we faced was the Driver did not switch on AC when the dust road starts on the way to MARA from Nairobi, and keep on driving with open windows which was really hard. But on the way back driver was kind enough to switch on AC. Actually their fault as i saw so many others do the same.. but some I saw they switch on the AC.

Successful trip to Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage
Marhaba holidays organised this half-day trip for me, and I couldn't have asked for better service. Felix is super responsive, patient and flexible, and even dealt with a last minute change without a problem.
As for Ashleen, who took me to and from the orphanage, she was absolutely perfect. She arrived slighty early, was delightful company and even helped me find a lovely little cafe where to drop me off before we parted.
I would definitely recommend this company and will certainly trust them with organising my bigger trips when I come back. Thank you!
