Friendly, flexible and supportive staff
Since Day 1 the staff was very warm welcoming and full of zest. They were always responsive to our needs and wants throughout the trip and flexible enough to accommodate them. You could go looking for insightful information about Kenya to them and they were friendly and kind enough to help you out.
Shout out to Felix, Joseph, Joan, Bob and the rest of the team for making this a memorable trip !!!
Professional, kind and patient
The driver assigned to us was so caring respectful and cautious. He blended so well with our teenagers and he is so patient compared to others we have used because we have been going to Africa every year during summer. I would recommend Johnson to anyone using this company.
