Veru professional and flexible.
Very good communication with the tour operator. They were able to provide a customised product based on our specifi requirements (transport from Kasane to Maun crossing Cobe NP and Moremi Game reserve) and we also enjoyed the standard product (3-day camping safari in Okavango Delta). According to my research, they provide best value for money (only slightly more expensive than the cheapest option but with bigger, more confortable tents). The campin was just for our family, we didn't chare with other tourists. Savute (in Chobe) and Okavango Delta are beautiful and unforgettable. Very good guides who now the animals as they were born in Moremi or Okavango delta and lived there nomadic life when they were kids. I strongly recommend, you will not regret.

Professional, ensuring things ran smooth, kind and excellent
Me and my son just finished with an excellent 5 day 4 night tailored tour with Shipungo - the communication and service was punctual and professional. We had an amazing time at the magkadigkadi salt pans driven there by PH in a very comfortable and clean car. We were then taken to see the giant baobab and meerkats by Oneal. We enjoyed our stay at Gweta lodge. We then had a special night travelling by mokoro to camp in the delta. Our guide Heaven took us for an evening an early morning bushwalk . He was so knowledgeable about the delta flora and fauna and shared jokes and stories . Two wonderful ladies set up the campsite and helped Tour the chef cook up a delicious meal. Our last two nights we went with Kem , Tour and KG to camp in Maremi and this was incredible - KG and Tour set up a very comfortable campsite with shower and toilet and safari style dining tent. Kem went above and beyond to take us on game drives in the evening and early morning to maximise our time in a new and comfortable open safari vehicle. We saw two cheetahs , lions , jackal , wild dogs , hyenas , honey badgers, elephants, giraffes and antelope and spent some hours watching a leopard which was very special . Tour and KG supplied delicious food. For a private tailored trip to Magkadigkadi and the Delta that suited our available dates this was hands down the best value and an amazing experience. Thanks so much to all the staff at Shipungo.

Excellent 1-Day Moremi Game Reserve Game Drive!
We had a great day with our guide Kem! He arrived perfectly on time to pick us up from our lodge in Maun and then we headed off to Moremi Game Reserve. We were so lucky since we spotted two Leopards, two small prides of lions, elephants, hippos, giraffes etc. - Again, thanks so much Kem for your guidance and for your excellent spotting of the animals - you made this trip really special for us and we highly recommend you as a guide! We would take this tour again anytime!

Great job of organizing our tour of the Okavanga
We had an excellent guide - Dickie. Very knowledgeable about the area, animals and the topography. We were driven to the delta by Bruce, then boarded a mokoro boat which was poled by Dickie. He took us into the delta then we disembarked and went on a bush walk. We were able to see elephants, zebras, wildebeasts, hippos, birds of various types. He showed us the difference between animal tracks and how to follow the animals. It was a terrific experience. We then were poled through more of the delta by Dickie. The time was well spent, very educational and was a totally different experience than our previous game drive.

Serious and professional
We were on a very tight budget but we were right with Shipungo and we were able to make two magnificent excursions to the Delta and Moremi. They came on time and the guides were very professional.

Wild nature, smells and sounds of animals is to remember for life.
We (my wife and me) have spent 9 night/10 days in Botswana safari, organized by Shipungo. The safari took place in Okavango Delta, Moremi Game Reserve and Khwai Concession in July and August.
It was a very interesting experience for us, we were delighted with the beautiful nature of Botswana. It was truly a tented safari, we slept in a tent in the middle of the bush. The entire camp was set up by the team from Shipungo. The guide and driver was Kem, who knew perfectly well the habits of animals and the terrain , telling us different stories by the evening campfire. Shine was the chef who fed us deliciously, preparing dishes over the fire (even homemade bread). Slow was the third member of the team, always smiling, helping with all the camp work. There was a well working team which was able to set up the camp very efficiently and quickly.
We had a lot of luck watching wildlife. We have seen leopards, cheetahs, lions, buffaloes (quite large herds), lots (!) of elephants, warthogs, herds of antelopes (different species), hippos in the water and grazing, crocodiles, wild dogs and many, many more animals; only the tiger was missing
