IMPOSSIBLE TO FAIL WITH THEM
First of all, if you are a backpacker like me who is afraid of wasting your money you have to know that Moremi is totally worthy .
Secondly, you have to know that this company is the cheapest so it is a must for you and you have to make sure put it apart from others...but more important it is that you can be certain that this company is totally reliable, I received answers very quickly about everything, they give you a detailed program, nothing is missed.
The day of the activity our guide made all efforts to our needs: ( to find lions) he made everything all the time driving, very little stops just to see some footprints....
We saw 9 lions.
What I can say it is that with this company won't fail, because you feel since first time you can rely on them, it is very clear.
You will be charged a real fair price,( the best) half or 3 times less than others and you are going to receive a great service.
So if you want to do Moremi, don't look other and just book with them, you can be totally safe, you are on the right one.

5 day epic bush camping
Shipungo were able to accomodate our last minute plan to visit Botswana and designed a 5 day camping trip to perfectly suit our interests and the locations we were interested in. The three person field team were exceptional - our guide Carlos was terrifically experienced with local knowledge of all the areas visited. Simon, the camp chef prepared a perfect pitch of food and with the field assistant provided a great camp set up every time. Thanks to all for sharing so much and making our trip so memorable.

Well organized, flexible, and amazing value for money
We booked a 5 day private safari for 2 with Mark in Maun, and we were offered a great package. We had to make some last minute changes to our itinerary and Mark was extremely flexible and attentive to our needs. We were very happy to have been able to travel through Botswana’s amazing national parks with Kem, Simon and Slow - our safari team. Our guide Kem was amazing. He was well read and knowledgeable about the locations, the birds and animals. He was also excellent at tracking the animals safely. He was a great guide for birdwatching as well, and had books on hand to teach us about the animals and birds we were interested in. He was also excellent with conversation, and we learnt a lot from him. We encountered almost every big game animal one could expect to see in Botswana, in addition to a huge number of smaller fauna and interesting birds. Chef Simon was a great cook and the food throughout the trip was amazing. But additionally was excellent at spotting game and knowledgeable about the wildlife too.
We were completely at ease throughout the trip with the team’s expertise and confidence. Great service, great flexibility, reliable and excellent value for money. Would highly recommend this experience with Shipungo Safaris.

Excellent 11 days safari, great guide very knowledgable, amazing food and camp, we loved it!
We took a 11day/10 night safari with Shipungo going through several of the huge parks from the Kalahari desert to Chobe via the Okovango delta. Mark always responded to my requests and questions very fast and planned a very good tour for us. We had an amazing time, thanks to Kem, our guide, we saw many many many animals (lions, leopards, wild dogs, african wildcat, buffalos, hippos, girafs, elephants...) and lots of beautiful birds. Kem was very knowledgeable, identifing all birds we spotted, teached us a lot about the animals and how to recognise their fingerprints and sounds. Fortune and Aron took very good care of us on the camp, both Aron and Fortune made sure our camp was all set neatly and cooked for us the traditional bush way including bread, cakes, pizza! Delicious! The team was speaking very well english. We really loved our safari, enjoyed the adventure, the days with many encounters of all sorts and the nights chating with the team, learning few words of Setswana and looking at the stars. We definitely highly recommend them!

Very professionally Operator providing top guiding, delicious bush kitchen & excellent camping gear
Shipungo is a very professional tour operator and highly recommendable! Mark has been responding to my requests and questions always very fast. All the things he promised to me have been fulfilled 100%.
We (family with three children age 11/14/16) had a great 7 day Mobile Camping Safari through Central Kalahari, Makgadikgadi, Naxai Pan and Moremi.
Our guide Kem was very experienced, driving very safe and enabling great animal encounters with wild dogs (hunting impalas), leopards (eating a kill) and lions.
The support team (Simon, Bruce and Slow) provided a great camping experience with fresh and delicious food and professional camping equipment.
In my view it could not be better!

Excellent communication upfront, timely pick up.
Shipungo Travels wa a very reliable partner as we had to plan our trip from Kenya. Their offer was fair and they kept it valid until short notice (we wanted to wait and see how the weather in Ocavago was at the planned days). The communication upfront was excellent. We were picked up very punctually, the vehicle was in excellent condition. All was well planned. Some minor improvements in the equipment - and staff (The main guide was extremeley knowledgeable and experienced but his English language skills basic so that we could not understand a lot of the information provided. Pity!

Super tour in Okavango delta, southern part
As living in Angola, which provides 94% of the water in the Okavango delta, it was a great experience to see the "results" and be even more aware of our responsibilities as a country to take good care of the water ways in Angola.
As for the tour itself, we enjoyed to be IN the nature, WITH the nature and taken very good care of by the team. We experienced so much, the elephants in their life and great impact on the nature, the hippos, the girafs, zebras and many different antelopes. We had our own competition mostly about how many different birds we could see and identify.
We experienced hot summer days, thunder and rains - we swam in clear water - and enjoyed rowing in the mokoros.
We enjoyed good education for city people like us - in looking, listening, be aware, train the eyes - from our good guide (and the rest of the team).
All the best from us

NIce people but really poor equipment
We took a 3 day Central Kalahari Game Reserve trip with Shipungo. The three people that came with us, Kem the guide, Kem the chef and slo, were very nice and helpful. The food was excellent, and the tent/camping was fine.
However, the vehicle was old and bad un condition. The roof rattled horribly the whole time. It was not suited to pull the trailer, so we got stuck in the sand, and then the trailer kept falling off. On the way back the main tank ran out of petrol and the driver could not switch to the second one, so we waited 2 hours for them to bring petrol.
Since the team was really nice, if you are considering them, ask about the vehicle. They may/should have replaced it.
