He was a very good guide
5/5

We went with World Escapes and Adventure Travel just before the Travel lock down, we had two different drivers, one was only for a day but I do not think you have to worry about the driver guides for either Kenya or Tanzania. Our primary driver was a great guide and a great guy as well, he had a good sense of humor and hard worker. We spent more hours doing Safaris than the others, we were always the first ones out and last to come back.(unless you told him that you didn't want to which he didn't) Ask Ruth to get you Hamza , I am pretty sure you will trust that you cannot be a guide in Kenya without some licences. Our drivers were knowledgeable and they had attended some sort of college or university to become accredited. I would still recommend this company because their prices were very goof and we got our own private customized safari. The other thing was that they are honest, which was a comforting thing to also experience.

Family get away safari
5/5

My family had i had not been looking forward to a safari that would make our holiday fulfilled and choosing world escapes and adventure travel was the best choice.
From the moment i started making our booking the service was excellent.our tour guide driver was very competent, down to earth, patient so informed that we did not need to ask alot to be answered he had all the information we wanted at his fingure tips our son and niece were in a real class and went home with a handful of lessons.
We felt taken care off and wished our safari never came to an end.It was the best get away. Our tour guide(driver) made sure we were comfortable, happy and kept us briefed every night after a day full of fun as well as in the morning before we left for another day of adventure. I have recommended this safari to my friends and will definitely book again. It was nice being part of this unique experience. GO! world escapes and adventures travel. We look forwars to another longer stay with you.i dont regret at all.it was worth our time and money.Great experience.

Maasai Mara and Kakamega Forest
4/5

We have posted on other sites about the experience following my wife and I spending our honeymoon in Kenya in January. It was superb and andoubtedly cheaper than most competitors while maintaining a connection with the local community in Maasai Mara that has really been affected with the epidemic and bolstering the local economy. Paul our guide was nothing but courteous, helpful and a font of knowledge. He was our driver for all of our safaris in Maasai Mara. I think it is worth considerable going out with the lodges themselves, given their local knowledge. I highly recommend World Escapes and Kenya. Kakamega forest is one of the most underrated destinations.

Great Safari experience with Paul
3/5

I booked with world Escapes back in December for a three week holiday in Kenya and Tanzania which included a Maasai Mara Safari, a stay at the beach resort at Karafuu in Zanzibar. We also toured other smaller towns in Kenia including Lake Naivasha and lake Nakuru. All I can say is that Paul and his team at World Escapes not only gave us the best price for the safari but also A1 service. They took took care of us right through our stay in both Kenya and Zanzibar. Mohamed was our guide in Zanzibar. He organized our tour of Jozani forest and to see the dolphins.
I however would not recommend traveling in a minibus. We wish we had been briefed earlier about the state of the roads and Type of car to use.

Kenya and Tanzania Safari
4/5

We finally got to write your review, thanks for the reminders.
There it was- that familiar joy and excitement of receiving my flight confirmation email in my inbox. Although that sense of joy was accompanied by a hefty side order of apprehension. Is it a good decision? Is the Safari offer worth it? I’m I being irresponsible? What it I get covid? In true World escapes form , Paul and team had anticipated my apprehension and took many steps to reassure me as they proposed a 14 day safari tour of Kenya .Tanzania with Zanzibar. Plans were put into place to receive us upon arrival in Nairobi and to to take us on Safari. Although we had challenges adjusting to the rough roads and in a minibus in Kenya, Tanzania proved more rewarding in terms of comfort. We are putting up a blog about our experience. We shall be back.

Tarangire day trip
4/5

Hi Paul
Thank you for the reminders and patience. We had a great time in Tarangire Roika lodge. Hamisi was very patient with us and ensured that we had sightings despite the short time.
Maybe next time we can go for more days. Thanks again

Nairobi National Park Tour
5/5

We booked a Nairobi National Park tour with Naph. He introduced us to Dennis our safafi guide who took us to the Nairobi park that was just 5 miles from our hotel at the Tamarind. We also had a chance to visit Kazuki bead making and souvenir shop and later on the Bomas of Kenya. There wasn't much to see at Bomas. Overall we had a good time but would advice leaving as early as 6am for better game viewing.

Family safari in South Africa.
4/5

The ‘bush’ as we call it changes you! I have never seen kids jump out of bed at 05h30 in the morning ready to go. Of course getting them to bed after sitting around the camp fire at night was a challenge..haha.

Travelling under these current times was a breeze. Thank you to World Escapes and to Tintswalo Safari Lodge for accommodating us so very well. Although the ground package was done by the lodge, we would like to thank your team for organizing the logistics as well as recommending the Lodge.
