We had a wonderful time in Uganda with Robert. He was a great guide and very dependable. Very polite, extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way to ensure we had a great time. Robert met us at the airport and stayed with us for the next 2 weeks. As a result, we spent a great deal of time with him and enjoyed his company immensely. He is passionate about the animals and Uganda and shares this with you throughout the trip.

Great 13 Days Budget safari
Thank you guys for the great 13 Days Budget safari (10 – 24th May 2019)! We had a wonderful time thanks to your dedication and professionalism! We enjoyed Gorilla trekking in Bwindi and saw plenty of Gorillas, Chimps, giraffes, elephants, zebras, hippos, buffalos, kobs, cranes, beautiful birds (of which Moses) knew all the names), tree climbing lions,… and even a hyena. Thanks again! We will never forget this amazing experience! ( Murchisson Falls NP -Sipi Falls – Kibale forest – Queen Elizabeth NP – Bwindi – Mgahinga – Lake Mburo and Jinja)

Extra ordinary safari
The 3 week trip to Uganda was extraordinary, a wonderful cultural and wildlife experience. It was also very well planned and organized. Jonah could not have been a better guide …. superb knowledge of all things ‘Ugandan’, cheerful demeanor, and ability to communicate and relate to us 4 ‘outlanders’.I plan to visit again in the future, and I will have Africa Adventure vacations in mind. Incredible Gorilla trekk, Safari and Chimps habituation in Uganda
Group of 4 we did 7 days tour, we did Gorila trekking, Chimps habituation and Safari in QENP, beside other activities in Uganda.
Where to start. First, this is a local company, so all the money you pay goes to local people, and not some tour operator based in Europe.
In short I can only say that the whole experience has been fantastic, excellent and perfect. All went smooth and fine. Thanks to the great team of Africa Adventures.
The whole experience including meals, lodges, trekkings, game drives and other was 10. We came back wantinn more and more.
At first contact I spoke with Ashiraf, one of the managers of the company. He was very nice and helped me with all doubts and questions, and was able to arrange a tour according our budget and interests. After the confirmation he was always available to answer any questions we had (we booked 5 months in advance).
I had the chance to meet him in Kampala and we spent a nice weekend getting to know his team and the company.
Regarding the safari, we were picked up by Sam in Kigali. Sam is an excellent professional, with plenty of experience and knowledge about animals, roads and anything you can imagine. Very safe and good driver, given that we spent plenty of time in the van.
The trekkings, habituation and safari game drives were awsome, we had the chance to find all the animals (even tree climbing lions).
I strongly reccomend to book with them, they are experts and humble, and they do an excelent job!

Amazing holidays in Uganda
We had an amazing 6 days safari trip in Uganda with AAV. The booking process was easy and smooth, we were able to customize the trip according to our preferences and budget and AAV team was ready to answer all our questions and recommend the best options to make the most out of our holidays.
We were lucky enough to have Sam as our driver and we could not be more happy and grateful about the experience with him. He is a really experienced guide and driver, he knew everything about the regions we were visiting and knew everyone around. We had an amazing time with him, always smiling and patient with us.
We choose the mid-range accomodation and all the hotels were very nice, clean and well located. All the activites (incl. Chimpanzee habituation, Gorilla tracking and game drives at QENP) were awesome and we got to see plenty of wild animals, which left us speechless and wanting more.
Without doubt we will repeat again with AAV when booking a trip in the area, we really recommend it to everyone!

Most amazing trip ever
Wow, where do we begin? We had the MOST AMAXING trip EVER! We can’t thank you enough for all of your help in putting the itinerary together; it could not have been any better, it was perfecto! Wonderful trip, perfect guide and driver
Everything was perfect, the explanations were clear. The plan was well prepared. Caesar is an excellent guide, he has the concern to arrange everything. He has an incredible knowledge of animals, and explains how they live. Our 10-day trip to the heart of Uganda leaves us with wonderful memories.
In addition, the hotels were very comfortable.

Amazing Experience!
I had a hard time choosing a tour company when I decided to go to Uganda, but I am so glad I chose Africa Adventure Vacations. The entire staff was professional, friendly, thoughtful, and quick to respond to my inquiries. I did a 10 day tour and my driver guide was Sam. He was a great driver, very informative, and easy to get along with. He was able to spot animals on game drives that I would have never found by myself! I was a solo woman traveller and was hesitant about going by myself but Sam made me feel safe the entire time and even ate all of my meals with me so that I didn't have to eat alone. All of the lodges I stayed at were very nice and the meals were great! I highly recommend Africa Adventure Vacations and would use them again if I ever go back to Africa.

We're still overwhelmed by Africa Adventure Vacations. On the part of the office an unbeatable preparation and attention. Ashiraf, Robert and Edison quickly and professionally answered our countless emails, answering all our questions - there were many! What to say about our guide / driver Cesar? We can only say that he is the best: he is an excellent driver who took us over impossible roads, making us feel safe at any time. He is also an excellent guide with enormous knowledge about the animal world, vegetation, traditions, culture, ... absolutely everything. There was no question to which he did not know an answer. We learned a lot with him. But above all he is an excellent person: always in a good mood, always attentive and with a big smile on his face. We will miss him. Cesar, Ashiraf, Robert and Edison have stolen a piece of our hearts. They are exceptional people - professionally and humanly.

Fantastic one week trip to Rwanda and Uganda
Having got in touch with many operators, Africa Adventure Vacations quickly stood out from the crowd. Robert replied quickly and concisely to emails and he had the initiative to include on the draft itinerary both the activities I had requested, and a number of others that I had not. Even with these added activities that other operators had overlooked, Africa Adventure vacations still offered the most competitive price by some distance.
The tour itself was fantastic and in no way do I feel that going with the cheapest operator compromised the quality of the tour. On the contrary, despite the unpredictability of the driving conditions, everything was professionally organised and went very smoothly. Cesar, our guide, was not only knowledgeable and informative in showing us around his beautiful part of the world, but also good company, a very competent driver, and patient with our diverse group.
On behalf of everyone who was on the trip I'd like to thank both Ceasar and all at Africa Adventure Vacations for organising such a wonderful trip. I very much hope to use them again some time in the future
