From the get go choosing Yaneta safaris has been amazing. Starting off with the email communication before the trip, helping and answering questions has been great both by emails and via watsapp.The trip itself, it was such an amazing experience.
The service was excellent, both our guides (Eddie in Kenya and Moses in Uganda) were awesome. They made us feel safe, took great care of us, and made sure the trip went on smooth and were both very knowledgable.
The different excursions and outings we did were all well organized, everything was taken care of by Yaneta safaris and the guides. All the different activities we did were great, and we felt that we really got a lot of value for the money we paid. It exceeded our expectations.
The staff in the hotels and the food was excellent. They were so attentive and helpful. The different rangers and trekking guides we came across were all very informative and knowledgable.
I would recommend everyone to go visit Kenya and Uganda and to use Yaneta safaris as a tour operator and to request for Eddie and Moses as your tour guides
Perfect company
We had a very good experience with yaneta safaris.We had a 11days Gorilla trekking chimps and big five game drive safari, Everything turned out perfectly from the very beginning while planning our trip the communications was always prompt and our guide Erick was very knowledgeable and caring and he was very patient with us which made our stay in Uganda lovely. Good and open Communication with Dependable Delivery.
Our trip was planned for 4 people and 7 days for 2020. Deposit had been made and then Covid happened. When we finally felt confident to try again, we were only two and all travel costs had increased. Yaneta worked with us to make our dream come true and have the most incredible experience. Yaneta was patient with all my questions and we did a 5 day excursion with Chimps and Gorillas. The week before we left we added a day tour of Kampala. We had a great guide, Nathan for our adventure, he was very open and knowledgeable on all aspects of the Country and stoked our enthusiasm with his abundant information of the animals, birds and flora. Nathan also was conscientious about our safety with animals and property.
Uganda has so much to see, I wish we had been able to stay longer. Fitting it all in within 5 days does mean covering a lot of area at a fast pace. We were a little stressed dealing directly with a Company in Uganda and not a local travel agent (we are Canadian, its a long way), but it was well worth it in the end. Glad we chose Yaneta.

Bracius who is the tour consultant provided a very personalised and prompt service and can tailor an itinerary to meet your family requirements and budget.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 7-day safari, including gorilla and chimp trekking. It ran very smoothly and Bracius suggested some great lodges, which he personally inspects on a regular basis to ensure high standards.
Sam our guide/driver was professional and knowledgeable, and nothing was too much trouble. We felt comfortable and safe at all times.

Best travel agency super professional with excellent guide
We were a group of 5 ladies, and we were a bit hesitant to book a safari with a foreign company, however booking with Yaneta safaris was a great decision.
They responded quickly, even during the night. They answered all of our questions tirelessly, explained everything, helped plan and provided the itinerary in advance.
The adventure itself was perfect and every single thing we aimed to experience was delivered. Yaneta safaris took a great care of us and our guide samuel was one of the best guides ever worked with. He was extremely helpful, curteous, knowledgeable, kind and made our wishes come true.

Came as a guest, left as a friend
We booked ( a team of 13 people from Italy ) a 21 days Uganda Safari with Yaneta on 2020 but due to the Covid everything stopped and our trip was moved to August 2022.
Despite the pandemic we kept in touch with Bracius, and from March 2022 we set the fine tuning of our tour: we discussed via w.app of logistics, itineraries, transportation, adapter, visas... he was always very responsive and patient.
He is a open and friendly person, his skill and professionality were the ace helped us to reschedule safari 4 times: all in all, we had few pricing change and accomodations scheduled too.
The Yaneta qualified crew, our drivers and guides, have been far more beyond our expectations: Eddy, Nathan and Jimmy went out of their ways to make them sure we had the best experience, always with no hesitation.
Every day, always taking care uf us, shown their enthusiasm, love and knowledge for country and wildlife.
They also drove extra miles to make our stay in Uganda even more enjoyable.
We explored all the most famous ugandian National Parks, stunning landscapes and a awesome wilderness feel.
At Queen Elizabeth N. P. we met 22 lions in a day, an unforgetable experience!
But one of the best moment in my life so far was in Bwindi Impenetrable N.P., home of Mountain Gorillas: being eyes to eyes with some of them was breathtaking and reminded me the Africa taken from the picture-book I read when I was child.
To sum it up, i strongly recommend using Yaneta Safari if you consider tour in Uganda, they can tailored every trip right on the guests requests, at a great value.

Good communication
The communicaten was uncomplicated
When we arrived at the Airport the safari bus was already there waiting for us. We had enough to eat and drink while the days and had a good guide
