Zambezi Expedition is extremely professional, you can feel full trust in what they do!
The whole tour was organized perfectly, from picking up in Vic Falls, the entire Chobe NP experience to the way back. Even though we chose the cheap option, everything was above our expectations - accommodation, food, guides (special greetings to Cobra on land and David on water). I have no words to describe the Chobe adventure, it's just a must to go there and see the heaven on earth!

Very flexible, honest, sincere and heartwarming people
I booked a 8-day tour starting from Victoria falls to Chobe national park, elephant sands and Okavango delta.
I’ll write honestly here including both good pints and improvement points so that you can see how sincere Zambezi expedition is.
[Exellence]
1) I am a solo traveler and it would not be so profitable for the company to just arrange everything for one person. But they did everything just for me.
2) They were very flexible adding some more activities to the original plan and changing the activities at last minutes. I added cheetah walk & interaction and a helicopter tour at Victoria falls. Furthermore, I was supposed to do mokoro and bush walk in Okavango delta, but I changed them to a game drive in Moremi game reserve as I was desperate to see a leopard. ( which I couldn’t see it in the end but I’m glad I made the decision to change.)
3) the accommodation and the food were all good. I have to say one of the accommodation had lots of insects in the room and at the restaurant but I think it’s part of experience in the nature. I don’t this has to do with anything with Zambezi expedition.
Oscar, Silence, Francis and other guides they arranged for me were all good people and friendly. I loved the time with them.
[Room for improvement]
They have a good itinerary for a quote so I was expecting everything will be the same as itinerary, but sometimes things were different, such as accommodations, included meals and expectations towards what animals I could see.
I understand some of the hotels could be full, but I had different accommodations for a different reason too. I don’t mind being flexible and staying at different accommodations at all. However, a really good itinerary makes me think this is what I’m getting. So I suggest Zambezi expedition to leave some room that things could be changed/different depending on the situations.
In terms of meals, it was a good difference as lunch was included which I thought it wouldn’t. So this was a good difference.
For Okavango delta activities, the itinerary says I have a good chance to lions, cheetah and leopards, but actually it’s not with mokoro and bush walk. To make sure customers have the right expectations, I would like to ask zambezi expedition to make some modifications for the description.
As a summary, I really had great time and appreciate all arrangements they did for me. Elephants dads was amazing and you would not want to miss that. People are friendly and you will have good time with them. They try to make your experience as great as possible.
Make sure you get Silence for reservations, Oscar for activities and Francis for your driver.
Thank you all for the great experience and hospitality!

Zambezi expedition picked us up at our hotel, everything was well organized to cross the border. Then we went on a boat cruise to see the animals on the river on the Chobe River, then a good lunch at the hotel awaited us. In the afternoon, we went on safari where we saw elephants, zebras. impala, baboon and two lionesses who had just eaten an elephant!! Two other male lions were napping on the beach.
in the evening, head for the tents with meals included. The next day, wake up at 5:30 am to go on safari for the sunrise!! We saw wild dogs eating an imapala and also a herd of lionesses. in the afternoon we went back on a boat cruise for the sunset, it was really magical! we saw the elephants crossing the water from one bank to the other. If I had to note a negative point, I would say that the ranger who accompanied us by the name of Gift, was a bit in a hurry...

The Absolute BEST Tour Operator in Victoria Falls!
Just stop your search here. Zambezi Expedition is the absolute best in the business. Oscar, Silence, Francis, and the whole crew took such great care of us from start to finish. We felt comfortable and had a ton of fun from the moment we stepped off the plane to the moment we were dropped off at the airport. We were greeted by a professional driver who whisked us to our fantastic hotel (with a pool with a swim-up bar). All meals were covered in our package, as well as a wonderful safari and stay at Hwange Safari Lodge, and the team from Zambezi Expedition helped us every step of the way. But, importantly, they ALSO let us do our own thing, wander around Victoria Falls a bit, and go out to dinner instead of having every meal in the hotel. I simply cannot say enough about Zambezi Expedition. They will customize your time however you'd like; just ask! And we never felt for a second that we were on a "package holiday." As I said, you can stop your search here, but if you are tempted, go check out their reviews on TripAdvisor, Google, or any other platform. See for yourself why they're the best tour operator in this region.
AMAZING trip and even more AMAZING company
This company is top notch. Very professional and exceeded my expectations at every turn. I was a solo traveler but I got the same level of attention and service a group of 10 would have gotten. Oscar, and the rest of the team (especially Silence), went way above and beyond to make sure everything was fabulous. They surprised me by upgrading my hotels twice!
I saw almost every type of animal you could imagine. Some as close as touching distance. I arrived a day early but that didn’t even cause a hiccup as they just arranged more adventures for me to experience and took me everywhere. Oscar returned to the airport twice to find my lost bag and brought it to Botswana for me.
If you are looking for a professional company for a top notch African experience you have found the company. If you are a solo traveler or a large group Zambezi Expeditions can accommodate you.

Trip of dreams
Booking with Zambezi Expedition Travel and Tours was made so easy thanks Silence and the team. Being a solo traveller, my trip was so made so special from Oscar picking me up at my hotel, to helping me transfer across boarders and dropping me back at my hotel at the end. Although only 2 days it was one of my favourite tours, and Chobe Park is definitely on my list to return to if I have the chance. Thank you team for helping createthe trip of my dreams!

Responsive, flexible, accommodating.
Our experience with Zambezi Expedition Travel and Tours couldn’t have been more positive. From the planning stage where they added on additional activities, they accommodated our every request at reasonable rates.
Of particular note, our flights were delayed resulting in us missing a connection and arriving in Victoria Falls a day later. I emailed Silence letting her know and by the time we arrived she had managed to reorganize our itinerary so that we did not have to miss out on any of the activities during our stay. She was available and helpful, along with Oscar, during our time in Victoria Falls and we couldn’t be more grateful for her help in ensuring we had an incredible trip. Our driver Francis was an absolute delight - a source of wonderful insight into the country and culture and met us each day with a warm smile and enthusiasm. We will definitely use them again if we return as we couldn’t have asked for a better trip!

Great communicative operator who made our holiday to Africa exceptional
From the very first communication with Zambezi Expedition for a quote to begin delivered back to the airport after our holiday was amazing. This company goes above and beyond in working with you to ensure you are fully happy with all aspects of your holiday, this was an exceptional company to deal with.
Silence was wonderful and kept us up to date on all administrative tasks. It was lovely to meet her when we arrived and had lunch together.
Oscar was absolutely brilliant he continually communicated with us throughout the 8 months from when we stated the enquiry process to when he met us at the airport. He ensured that everything went smoothly particularly getting us in the various boarders. Oscar thank you so much you’re a wonderful man to deal with. You made the 3 of us extremely happy. Highly recommend this company and especially Oscar.
