Excellent safari
we just finished 5 days safari trip with jackpot safaris,we would like to share our excellent experience with striking as an excellent local family run safari company, our guide on safari was with a lot of knowledge on the wild animals, the history and a lot of other information he gave us.
Thomas is pleasant to be with(we had 5 days together in the jeep)and always with smile an kindness.price for the safari was fairly good based on the quality of services we received was good for the value of money!
jackpot safaris manager Mr malalika can advise and align the trip to the budget you have.we had a day in Tarangire 2 days in Serengeti national park with overnight in safari camp inside the park which is very recommended 1 day in Ngongoro and 1 day in lake Manyara.
during the five days we understood that Thomas is experienced guide in Kilimanjaro,so it was also possible to have a day climb to Kilimanjaro base camp in fair price or even have a full climb for several days with him.we really recommend jackpot safaris and the crews!

Hassle Free Travel
Andrew Malalika from Jackpot Tours was amazing not only did he arrange a safari & airport transfers for me (a solo female traveller). But he is a solutions man... on the way to the airport I realised I had left my passport at my friends house !!!! Panic set in, Andrew was calm & advised that the best option was for my friend to get a pikipiki guy (they use motorbikes) to deliver the passport, as they are able to avoid the traffic jams

Safari and more
I booked a safari with Jackpot Safaris (Andrew) because it was recommend to me. It was a good choice. The organisation was really good and reliable. Andrew is a very nice guys and helps out with every question and request we had.
The safari itself was beautiful. We saw nearly all of the animals (the rhinos were hiding) and had a great time with our guide.
The tented safari is truly an adventure (the campsites are not fenced and there are no guards), but also it brings the extra excitement to the experience.
I would definitely recommend Jackpot Safaris to all of those who are looking for a one in a lifetime experience.

Big adventure
I booked the safari with Jackpot Safari one year ago. The owner Andrew helped us with all questions and we felt equally comfortable. The safari was amazing and we are happy to book the trip by Andrew.
I would recommend Jackpot Safari to all of those who are looking for a big adventure.

Andrew Malalika: The Amazing Safari and Mountain-Trekking Tour Operator
I have known Andrew Malalika of Jackpot Safaris, for some eight years or so. I first became acquainted with this friendly, amicable man, not far from our hotel in Arusha, Tanzania. He was already running his business and was extremely kind and courteous to my friend Aklilu and myself. What impressed me most, was the fact that although we did not initially want business, he was still happy to chat ... to make us feel welcome and was extremely accommodating to us and our World Harmony Run.
I should point out that Andrew is fluent in English and this helped a lot, as he was able to find some boys for us later on, to go on a run up Kilimanjaro, to a total of 4,500 metres. The boys he found was extremely nice and we had a great time on the mountain, singing and chanting Peace songs together.
Andrew was the first person I looked for on my return in 2013. He introduced me and friends to his family, helped in getting me from the airport, showed me around many interesting places, all at his expense and gave me some great advise on living and travelling around Arusha. I did give him some business, yes, but he went the extra mile, as we became friends and some nights ate in really 'cool' restaurants in and around the City Centre.
Andrew shows a keen desire to learn more from the foreigner ... to listen, a very noble trait and has many contacts in key places, including both dignitaries, esteemed partners, porters and guides. He is also an expert in invaluable knowledge of the mountains. He has supreme charismatic skills and charm in looking after his clients and visitors alike.
I hope to use him again on my return this october for both Safari and Kilimanjaro climbs and I would not hesitate in recommending his approach to detail and safety of the foreigner, to all seeking to tour Arusha and beyond. The City and surroundings are blessed from Heaven and there's a great deal to see and enjoy.- Manatita Hutchinson, London. UK
Note: My last visit was 2013. Our website, peacerun.org, is full of photos of the scenery, Arusha, schools and MT. Kilimanjaro from about the 6th Nov, onwards, 2013. I cannot seem to load photos here.

Amazing Kili experience
Could not be happier with our experience with the Jackpot team for our Kilimanjaro climb. In the lead up to our climb, Andrew gave great tips and we felt prepared for our 7 day Lemosho route.
During the hike, we were looked after incredibly well by Peter and his team. It was just the two of us, which was ideal. We were able to go at our own pace, which while maybe a little fast than average, did not compare to how fast the Jackpot team had our tent and a warm meal prepared for us at every single camp along the route. The food was great, good popcorn snack at 4pm every day and thankful for the warm porridge every morning :)
Big thanks to Andrew, Peter and everyone else in the Jackpot Safari team!

8 years of great service - above and beyond all expectations!
8 years of amazing service from Andrew Malalika and Jackpot Safaris - our event was far from your standard "Safari" and Andrew was able to act not just as a planner, co-ordinator and tour organiser but an all-round "fixer" with connections right across the community and local administration. He helped arrange for us to see the Regional Commissioner, District Commissioner and Tanzania Tourist Board to make our event happen and worked in partnership with ourselves (peacerun.org) and the Games and Sports department of the regional administration. Andrew/Jackpot also arranged visits to Kilimanjaro for our team at a good price with no unexpected extras (and those unexpected extras happen a lot in this region!). We are an international team, so dealing with someone genuinely multilingual, with a great understanding of all world cultures, made a challenging schedule very easy. So, five stars for Jackpot Safaris and we look forward to working with you again when we come back. THANK YOU!!!

Great all round service
I first experienced Jackpot Safaris, Andrew Malalika and his nice family when we visited Arusha in 2013 with the Sri Chinmoy Oneness-Home Peace Run and climbed Kilimanjaro with the Peace Torch (via "Coca Cola route"). Andrew was extremely helpful and supportive in organising and executing our events in Arusha, at the big Stadium and visiting schools, and we had a great Kilimanjaro experience with very experienced, knowledgable, helpful and friendly guides and porters, a very good team. And the mountain was kind to us! (just a few days before people were unable to summit due to snow!)
This year, Oct. 2019, we came back to Arusha mainly for Peace Run activities with no time for a big safari or climb, and again Andrew was super helpful, friendly and supportive with our events and activities - connecting us with special people in the area, providing transport (at a reasonable price) and company for safety etc. We loved meeting Andrews family with the kids again, and the new restaurant owned by Esther, his wife, opposite the African Court of Human Rights, is definitely worth a visit! Thanks also for making it possible to pay a visit to the African Court! And thank you for your sincere support of the Peace cause! We are looking forward to coming back - a multiday safari is still on the bucket list!

An Excellent compagny. Second is ever better than first one (12 years ago)
I spent 7 days with a local agency called Jackpot Safaris. They organize the stay you want and make suggestions. The prices are attractive and the service is of high quality; Everything is clear and sure.
My stay took place on:
- Arusha NP (hotel african-view lodge - excellent hotel in terms of accommodation and meals), and a walk with an armed ranger
- Tarangire NP (also excellent Kudu view lodge accommodation in Karatu, an immense room and a service with care, excellent buffet)
- Lake Manyara (same hotel: practical!)
- Serengeti (exceptional hotel: Into Wild Africa of tents in nature, the lion which roars at night, a hyena which passes 5 meters from the tent, gazelles everywhere)
- Ngorongoro (hotel Kudu view Logde)
- last day at the foot of Kili, visit of a coffee plantation + walk in the forest at the foot of Kili, splendid view and we made our coffee ourselves brilliant)
A top guide, kind, good driver and well organized (time in the parks is short) and who has a lynx's eye.
A family business, we did the last day with the boss's eldest daughter and it was also great
