Our Guide:
Aron was an incredible guide, driver and just generally a cool person to spend time with. He was attentive, communicative, generous, warm, and enhanced the trip in so many subtle ways.
The Tour:
Nothing can truly prepare you for the moment you lock eyes with a 400-pound silverback gorilla in the Ugandan rainforest. It’s an experience so profound, so moving, that words barely do it justice. The sheer size, the gentle demeanor, and the unspoken connection between us are unparalleled. This moment alone makes the journey worthwhile, offering a unique glimpse into the lives of these magnificent creatures.
The Drive:
The drive between Rwanda and Uganda revealed the region's heart through its landscapes and people. The beauty of locals gracefully balancing baskets of food and heavy wood on their heads while cycling and walking vast distances daily, was a profound testament to the vibrant life here. Each stop along the way added a deeply human element to our adventure.

Excellent experience
Martin as our guide and driver was absolutely amazing, he arranged everything and he was open to any questions by what we learnt so much about your country. Gorilla trek guide was very nice, explaned everything, answered our questions. He was also very experienced with gorilla treking, so we found gorillas after one hour and half. Experience was amazing, guides made us feel safe and we have amazing memories.

Wonderful gorilla safari
Asked them for a last minute gorilla safari, as I was crossing the area during my trip. They did it very fast (2 days between meeting and safari), and the safari itself in Mgahinga is so wonderful.
Great experience with great operator!
The tour was well organized and an amazing experience! Aron had a very positive attitude, was flexible, and made the trip very personalized.

Fast response
Aron is a fast responder in email, and is very patient in replying all the questions. Julius is an experienced driver guide in Uganda and Rwanda, and has lots of knowledge about gorilla trekking, and been very helpful. Highly recommend their service.

Great Tour Operator and Experience of a Lifetime!
Aron was very attentive and helpful in planning the trip. He helped me clarify many things and without him I probably would not have done gorilla trekking. He helped me answer all questions I had and made sure I was properly prepared.

An amazing experience
We did the 12-Day Uganda Rwanda Gorilla Trekking & Wildlife Safari with S2G in jan 24. Aron with S2G was very easy to communicate with over email or whatsapp. He always responded within a few hours ands was able to answer all our questions about the tour before our trip.
Julius was our driver/guide for the entire trip from airport to airport. He always let us know what we would be doing each day and what we could expect at each activity. He always made sure we were early to activites so we wouldnt have to rush once we got there. He went out of his way to ensure our trip was amazing by suggesting other activites we could do in our free time. (Community walks, extra game drive ect) and always ensured we were safe everywhere we went, and he we was able to answer all our questions about Uganda and Rwanda.
The tour itself was awesome! We saw alot of animals, and alot of the county and small towns as many days involved driving for a few hour to the next destination. The camps/lodges were great, nothing fancy, but a comfortable bed, warm shower (Usually ha) and large quantites of food.
I would highly recommend visiting Uganda and Rwanda, and S2G is the perfect tour operator to facilitate your trip.for you!

He was punctual and efficient throughout our journey from Kigali to Bwindi, and finally to Kampala after visiting the gorilla. The experience of seeing gorillas in Bwindi was truly unforgettable.
