Amazing experience! Knowledgeable and accomodating staff was wonderful!
We traveled with a group of 15 adults from the US. City and Safari International was amazing from the start of our quote process, through the end of our trip. They got us from Lusaka to Gaborone, including 2 flights, 3 hotel nights, border transfer, and 4 cultural events. Their service was excellent, communication was great throughout the process, and were flexible to meet our budget and timeline. I want to especially thank Tshepiso, whose customer service is above and beyond. We had a potential issue that we knew we might face at the end of our trip. Sure enough, that issue arose, and I called Tshepiso to get it resolved. She was on stand-by waiting for my call, even though we hadn't discussed it in a couple of months. She is on point! I also would recommend them to anyone in the future.

We dealt with Tshepiso Maganga from the start, an amazing, friendly and highly effecient person.
Tshepiso Maganga suggested we stay at Vumbura Plains and once we decided to do it, she took over and did the bookings, she assisted with Air Tickets and when we were concerned staying in Maun on the way to and from from Vumbura Plains, she found us a beautiful lodge called the Royal Tree Lodge and finalized our bookings there. Her constant WhatsApp messages and emails kept us in the loop and up to date. VUMBURA PLAINS was an absolutely fantastic experience, Thsepiso and the staff at Vumbura assisted our family in organizing a 60th Birthday surprise for my wife which turned into an experience of a lifetime. The Royal Tree Loodge was amazing and we had an amazing stay, they even kept the lodge open for an extra day as our flights were postponed by the airline and Tshepiso sorted this as well and kept us up to date all the way. I would recommend Tshepiso and her company to anyone who is looking for a fantastic holiday experience as well as a highly effecient person /company.

Unforgetable first experience in Botswana

The River View Lodge was perfect. Our tour guide, Mathews, was excellent!!!
I was not involved in making the reservation. The overall experience while at the River View Lodge was fantastic. I highly recommend and hope to return.

An amazing trip including lodging, guides and destination
From the start the communication was excellent. All our questions were answered and the agenda perfectly planned. We stayed in Kasane at the Riverview Lodge and went on two game drives in the Chobe National Park and a visit to Victoria Falls. The accommodations were excellent and the staff were quite friendly and helpful. All guides were very professional. Trip of a lifetime and we are so happy to have chosen City & Safari for experience. Requests were always responded in very short time, so communication with all needed information worked fantastic. Trip was planned very well corresponding to all given recommendations by City & Safari International. Tshepiso Manga showed great patience and kindness due to all experiences although 1000 questions. Experiences hit highly our expectations. Safaris were well guided and lodges awesome experiences.
