Excellent customer service and support.
The customer service I received from Sandra has been impeccable. From the moment we first made contact when we were just planning our trip she has made everything so easy. Recommending where to stay and what to do whilst we were there etc. The little insider tips and suggestions really helped. Sandra has stayed in constant contact throughout covid with updates and local news. I will definitely book again with them.

The conversation we had with Sandra from the beginning was quick, easy and tailor made. We managed to tailor made a package with Central Kruger (4 nights) + Cape Town (4 nights). Sandra put together an excellent first safari for us at short notice at nThambo Tree Camp.
Communication was highly personal and with quick responses. Transfers were arranged with an excellent third party, who provided a brilliant and prompt service.

We book a 3 night Safari for the time we arrive we treated like Kings & Queens till the we left. The food, accommodation and hosting was excellent. We were supposed to travel in July 2020, however of course due to Covid our trip had to be postponed for two years! Whilst this has been difficult, it has given us the pleasure of dealing with Sandra at Traipsing Africa for two years now and we would now consider her a friend.
From the moment we sent our initial enquiry, Sandra has been absolutely incredible. Full of knowledge and experience, and super keen to make our trip as memorable as possible. She handled our covid cancellations and rebookings with ease, and has always responded to any queries quickly on WhatsApp which is super convenient.

Our arrangement with Traipsing stated in 2019 for accommodations in Sep 2020 but postponed to Sep 2021. Unsurpassed Service and Support from Start to Finish
Traipsing Africa’s Safaris receives my highest recommendation. During the beginning stages of planning a trip to South Africa and Zimbabwe I quickly learned that it isn’t easy finding information about Zimbabwe safaris, communication can be slow, and booking online isn’t always an option. Enter Sandra from Traipsing who made everything so easy! Firstly, Sandra’s knowledge and expertise helped me narrow down the many options. Secondly, she was able to secure a special rate that allowed us to stay at the 5 star The Hide Camp in Hwange National Park. The Hide is utterly amazing and I would never have considered it thinking that it was out of our price range! Sandra made the payment process as simple and easy as possible. Sandra organized ground transportation and it was a seamless and comfortable journey to The Hide through Victoria Falls. Communication with Sandra was superb and she periodically checked in via email during the holiday just to see if there was anything she could assist with and there was!! There were so many unknowns and we had questions about travel and testing requirements during the COVID pandemic and Sandra being on the ground in South Africa was able to get us the information we needed. I have no doubt that our holiday was more amazing because of Sandra’s advice and suggestions! Having lived in South Africa I thought I could plan and book everything myself - I now would recommend to anyone traveling to Africa that they partake of the expertise a travel agent offers to enhance your adventure.
