Such an amazing safari!
Wild Gaze Safaris organised our two days trip to Ruaha National Park and we had an amazing experince. Our guide Mr Filipo was not only accommodative but also very friendly. Our game drive with him was very enjoyable since he also had hilarious and very exciting stories. He knew the best spots in the park and he was tirelessly contacting other guides on where to find the most interesting animals which led us to have unforgettable encounter with the lions and other interesting animals. The quality of the cottages exceeded our expectations and the food from chef Willy was great. Thank you Wild Gaze Safaris, we can't wait until our next safari with you!!!

Absolutely fantastic experience, world best guide and excellent driver Ezekiel, perfect organisation
The communication with the office was excellent, Norbert is very friendly and sent us several offers until we were satisfied. When we arrived in Arusha we met him for paying the amount in cash. There we also met our guide and driver Ezekiel who even drove us back to the hostel where we stayed for the night so that he knew where to go the next morning. He always arrived on time and was a very pleasant person. We had a lot of fun together. He knew a lot about the wild animals and where to find them. His driving skills were excellent. We were lucky because in the Ngorongoro national park we even saw three lions chasing and killing a gnu. The night we slept in the wonderful Octaghone Lodge where we had a great dinner and breakfast. In the Lake Manyara park we got very close to some elephants and saw plenty of wonderful birds such as storks and pelicans and many more.

I Lost my heart in Africa,
We went on Safari in Africa
with my Husbund And one of my friend on 15-Aprily-2019 , at the end of our trip í feel like, í lost my in heart Africa
Nurdin was the best Safari and tour guide for us. He knew all the right spots where we could see the animals and see incredible views. Throughout the trip, he talked with us, made us laugh and taught us much about the animals and different plants. He is highly knowleadgeable and his explanation about the animals, birds, big 5 , small 5 ,í ever see like him has a sharp eagle eyes to find everything. You could tell enough that he put his heart in the Wild And safari. Although the roads may be bumpy and the heat was intense, Nurdin made us feel at home and never failed to amaze us. He was also very comforting throughout the whole trip. Honestly, it was because of him our trip was the most memorable and we were able to see the Big 4 animals and two species in small 5 and all Other animals we were looking forward to find like the Male lion and the elephants.
We did a 2day 1night in Ruaha National Park
Just to say, Nurdin was the best Safari tour guide, it is my first trip in Africa but skills, passion, knowledge And experiênce of our Bush tour guide Nurdin And his driving talent was became possible who made us feel like í lost my heart in Africa and like we were his own family. He always shared with us little anecdotes and had answers to our every question. The company car of Wild gaze safaris was very comfortable and the experience / knowledge of his guide Nurdin which was make my heart losted in africa was unforgettable.

15 day drive safari to Ruaha NP
We started in Dar es Salaam aiming to experience more of southern Tanzania by driving and taking in a number of interesting sites along the way to/from Ruaha NP. WG provided a modern 4x4 open top safari vehicle driven by the excellent Michael. We visited Iringa stone age sites, Boma museum, Uluguru mountain range, Makumi NP and Ruaha NP. WG organised accommodation to suit our budget guide including the excellent Ruaha River Lodge. The NP accommodation can be regarded as a budget option suited to backpackers and self catering travellers. The lodges provided good facilities at very competitive rates compared to Northern Tanzania NPs. WG remained in touch throughout and responded to our needs during the 15 day Safari. WG are local to Iringa/Ruaha and are well placed to guide your safari in this emerging NP.

Spectacular wild life in Ruaha, helpful guide and relaxing atmosphere
We went on a three day/two night trip at Ruaha and really enjoyed the game drive with Michael! It was amazing how fast we were able to see so many different kinds of animals - we couldn't have imagined! Also we had the impression that Michael really loves the animals and nature, he had a lot of information for us and knew when and where to find the animals.
Special thanks again for helping us buying bus tickets in Iringa after the safari!
The accommodation in bandas and food was fine!

Best Camping Safari in Africa
From our initial email while planning our trip to the last minute as we said our good byes Ernest the director-Wild Gaze Safaris has been close to our side and ready to attend to our needs. He was very helpful in putting together an impeccable camping itinerary in Selous Game Reserve. We were overjoyed to find him waiting for us at Dar-es-Salaam and to learn that he would be our guide too. His experience of guiding in Selous was evident; he knew where to go in the unmarked wild trails to get wild animals. It’s like he had a sixth sense of tracking and spotting them. We saw huge elephants and buffalo herds, hyenas, lions, different birds, giraffes and others. In addition to the many game drives we also did a bit of fishing and boat safaris on Rufiji River.
This camping trip has been one of our best experiences in Africa.

Wonderful Ruaha NP safari with very interesting side activities
We had a great safari with Wild Gaze Safaris to Ruaha National Park. We spent 2 days (one night) on the safari and saw all big 4, and so much birdlife. Amazing park to visit for one day. Would not recommend to go much longer as tour drivers stay in the same area around the river as the chances of spotting wildlife are greater there. We also went to a local primary school and although we only planned to stop by for 10-20 min, we ended up spending over an hour because it was so interesting. A huge plus to this safari. Afterwards we went to a Maasai village and although I was very sceptical of its authenticity at first, it turned out to be a great trip as we talked a lot with the only English speaking person in the village (he also spoke Swahili and Maa, which was reassuring).
The driver was the one part of this safari that could have been improved. Both me and my partner are conservation biologists working in Tanzania (Serengeti region) and therefore know a bit about the system. The guide was untruthful or ignorant about many things about the park and the human communities living around it. He was friendly and enthusiastic at most times, but the drive back he was honking almost nonstop, which is even for Tanzanians an odd thing to do. Hence the 4 out of 5 stars.
Ernest (boss of Wild Gaze Safari) is friendly, helpful, honest and straightforward, which was much appreciated!
Thank you for the wonderful experience!

Amazing experience and one of the highlights of our trip
Our large group traveled through the Safari with Wild Gaze. We had a great time camping and looking at the various animals. The guides were really informative about the park and all the animals we encountered!
