Travel consultant Christine from Donwel Tours was very co-operative and helped us throughout our journey with everything we needed. Very accommodating, friendly and best at what she does.
Hands down, Donwel Tours and Travels more than exceeded my expectations. This simply was the best safari trip I have ever had in my life. And I have been to quite a few safaris in the past. From the bookings, travel arrangements and lodging at Voi Wildlife Lodge, the sheer variety and volume of animals I saw on the game drives was amazing. To top it all up, a stay at the beautiful Swahili Beach Hotel in Diani was something I will never forget. Thank you Donwel Tours and Travels for an exceptional safari experience. I will definitely be booking with you next time I visit Kenya.

My experience with Dowel Tours & Travel was the best, Christine helped me to plan my trip based on my requirements and also arranged for all the activities within my budget.
They organized the transfer for me from Nairobi to Diani! A private vehicle was waiting for me in Diani to bring me to my hostel. I had a wonderful time at the beach thanks to Christine! They also organized the transfer on my way back.

Accommodating and friendly!
Great trip to the equator and Thompson falls. It was a great trip and our driver was accommodating. He stopped when we asked and the ride was comfortable. The equator experience was great for me and the driver stopped a 2nd time after lunch so we could experience it again.

Super organized & helpful
Our experience was the best, Christine helped us plan our trip based on our requirements and also arranged for all the activities within our budget. Also, we had specific food restrictions and they arranged for the same. Charles our driver was super accommodative and nice.
Its safe to say because of them our trip to Kenya & Masai Mara will be one of our best family trips ever.

Donwel - Wonderful people, ready to serve the tourist.
Visiting Maasai –Mara reserve has been a fantastic dream, understanding their culture and the way they share nature with wild animals, is a big lesson for all the humanity that only think to destroy their environment to full fit their benefit.
Well done Kenya for preserving and taking care of that precious treasure that God has given.
Excellent support from every Donwel staff. Wonderful people, plenty of warmth, and always ready to serve the tourist. Special thanks to Cristine and Kenn who organize our schedule, including exceptional hotels, food, and the most emblematic icons from the reserve.
It is a highly recommended place to escape from the quotidian stressful and busy life and feel the true splendor of nature.

Wonderful Kenya & wonderful people
Travelled on a Kenyan safari in July 2021 with 4 adults and 2 kids with Donwel travels and had an amazing experience, not just on the safari itself but working with Christine from Donwel in preparation for the trip and during the trip. Christine was always prompt in answering all our queries before arriving in Kenya and even suggested an itinerary which met our travel schedule (no other tour operators suggested this). She even came to airport to see us before the start of our safari which I think is a nice touch and makes you feel like you are cared for. At the airport we were introduced to Victor, our guide for the next 5 days in Kenya. Victor is an experienced safari guide and has a sharp eye to spot animals during the the game drives. He was also very knowledgeable and very kind when dealing with the kids. He made sure that we were comfortable during the entire trip and very flexible in adjusting to our schedules while making sure we had good spotting on our game drives. On our way back from the safari, we decided to spend sometime in Diani beach which was not booked with Donwel but Christine made sure everything was organized for our trip and even came to see us off at the airport. Christine made sure we had a comfortable trip and kept checking on us if we needed something. She even went out of her way to find contact at a local hospital and coordinated the PCR reports for us which was a big help. Overall, Donwel is a professional and very personalized service provider and highly recommended.

My whole hearted recommendation for Donwels Team including Christine & The assigned Guide Kenneth Kamau.
This was a 10 day Trip with my family including 2 kids of 8,11 yrs.
Christine ensured every details of the planned trip/itinerary was perfectly organized including hotel selections, meals with specific requirements.
Everything was perfectly crafted by Christine , The nominated guide Kenneth was extremely professional and patiently replied to my inquisitive kids reg nature and wildlife’s , he also ensured that we saw each and everything in the forest, including the big 5, hunting activities we were never disappointed during the game drive.
