Trip of a lifetime
Amazing company with such attention to detail. Booking a safari was very confusing but Francisca was so accommodating and calm. I wasn’t sure what to expect and if all my details would be correct on arrival but from the moment we landed on the airstrip we were taken care of by Inocente. We were taken immediately on a game drive and we saw most animals within 3 hours including Elephants, Giraffe, lions, zebra, Hyena and many more smaller species. We didn’t see them from a distance they were up very close to the car. The drive was informative and thrilling. The lunch was delicious and the picnic spot idillic. We were taken to our lodge which was the Serengeti safari lodge. This was very basic. A little too basic for me but a good experience and spectacular views. The people were friendly and the food was delicious. We were only there one night before we moved to the Melia hotel. This was more expensive but worth every penny. Simply amazing hotel, secluded and spectacular. The game drive you could pick the hours you wanted to do and our guide Inocente was such a good spotter we only needed to drive from 8am until 3pm, it was enough we saw everything except Rhino on our trip. I don’t mean one elephant a day either. On the last day I counted near to 100 elephants. It’s a once in a lifetime experience and this company were perfectly organised and extremely efficient. The jeeps were comfortable and spacious with open tops. I actually cried leaving the Serengeti it really did capture my heart. It is so natural and the guides are very respectful of the animals.
Heaven on Earth!

Great safari experience
My partner and I went for the 3 days safari + Ngorogoro and we truly enjoyed the experience thanks to Safari Soles. Everything was so smoothly organized, delicious lunches and lodges with top views. Also, while planning our trip I had so many questions which Raphael was always super happy to answer to. Last but not least, our tour guide Oscar- great guy, who we had good laughs with, very knowledgeable of his job and always on point to spot more animals for us to see. We can highly recommend Safari Soles! :))

Once In A Lifetime Experience!
This was an experience of a lifetime! The animals on our safari were incredible, but what made the trip for us was our guide. Cheddie is extremely knowledgeable, never stumped by our questions. His enthusiasm and sense of humour was delightful. A most excellent host for his country. I absolutely would do this again in a heartbeat…but only with Cheddie at the helm. If you sign up for this safari, specifically ask for Cheddie. There are so many companies to choose from for a safari, but this company was attentive to our every needs and was very good value for the money spent. Do it now! Don’t wait. Trust this company.

Simply Amazing
We did a 7 day Safari that included Tarangire, Serengeti x 3, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara.
It was a lifetime experience. Everything was AMAZING. First and most important I want to thank Elias, our driver and guide. He was awesome in every sense. Warm, funny, educational and very experienced. He made our Safari unforgettable!
The hotels and lodges were great, the food delicious and the staff was helpful and friendly.
The parks are very well prepared with nice picnic sites and clean washrooms.
100% recommended.

My tour guide, Raymond, made my first Safari trip truly memorable.
My Safari experience with Safari Soles was an unforgettable experience! From riding around in the jeep, seeing all the animals in their natural habitats, and camping in the Serengeti, my safari experience was better than I expected it to be.
My tour guide, Raymond, made my first Safari trip truly memorable. Not only was he very knowledgeable about the animals and terrain, but also he’s an amazing DJ. I’ll never forget riding through Serengeti’s endless plaines listening to Reggae and R&B classics and thinking to myself that life can’t get any better than this moment. Thank you, Raymond, for everything – the conversations, and your hospitality and patience (I asked hundreds of questions, and he answered every question with a smile and enthusiasm).
This was one of my best travel experiences, and I highly recommend Safari Soles and tour guide Raymond for your next adventure!

Experienced, fun, and sharp eyed guide showed us the most that Tanzania could offer!
If you are searching for safari company in Tanzania, look no further, you have stumbled upon the best one!! Happiness helped coordinate my booking (7 days Mid-range Safari) from the start and have been accommodating my every last minute change. I initially had 5 people for the trip and then slowly adding more and more people until we reached 7, but Happiness still managed to book accommodation for all of us. For the deposit, I suggest paying by credit card despite the fee because the wire method did not work for both my Chase and BoA account, so save the hassle (also safer to do credit cards). Due to the timezone difference, sometimes the communication could be slow as well, but my questions were always answered.
In any case, upon arrival at the airport, we were picked up by our guide, the Safari Monster, eagle-eyed Estomih. Our safari started immediately on Day 1 with a visit to the Tarangire National Park and we already saw giraffe, elephants, zebras, wild beest and many other animals. Estomih was super knowledgeable in all the wild lives we came across. He even got many books with detailed descriptions of these animals in his car! On top of that, he could spot animals many many miles away. With his eagle-eye, we have found all the Big Five and have taken close photos of them!!! My most memorable moment was looking for rhinos in the Ngorongoro Crater. Since rhinos are rare, it took a long time to spot them even with 8 pairs of eyes, but Estomih was able to find 3 rhinos separately.
In terms of food and lodges, we were very well fed and sheltered. The lunch was always prepared by the lodge we stayed in the previous night. Most other safari companies I came across had lunch box, but we were always picnic style with stainless steel utensils, so very environmentally friendly. The lodge were very luxurious and we were surprised how good they were considering that most of them are in a secluded environment. The only down side is that most lodge had weak and inconsistent Wi-Fi, but the electricity was very stable. Surprisingly, a lot of lodge have mobile clinics and could help travelers.
In terms of schedule, we were more intense and woke up super early (5-6AM) for safari every day, but if you are more laid-back, do let the guide and planner know so you don’t become exhausted.
We also tried to do the balloon safari, which got cancelled due to strong wind, so don’t be surprised if the same thing happened due to unfavorable weather. We did got a 100% refund however.
During the trip, I bought an Ice-Americano from a local cafe (don’t drink local water ya’ll) and got diarrhea for couple days, and Estomih was super accommodating and checked in with me every day. At the Serengeti Lodge, he even brought me to the doctor whom issued me medicines. I was super thankful for having a knowledge local guide to help me navigate through unexpected situation.
All in all, I would recommend Safari Soles 10/10 :)
Looking for the right company for a Safari? You came to the right place!
Looking for the right company for a Safari? You came to the right place!
Me and my Friend went on a private 6 day Budget Camping & Lodge Safari and it was truly incredible. Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater were our destinations and I would do exactly the same trip any time again.
Our guide Innocent and chef Dennis, aka „stomache engineer“ were truly incredible. Innocent‘s knowledge of animals and the nationals park ensured us not just seeing all of the big five but also learning a lot about animals and Tanzania itself. Dennis was waking up very early in the morning to make sure we are having incredible breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything selfmade! While other companies were having premade lunchboxes for lunch, we were having at least three different kinds if food.
From beginning to end this trip was a once in a lifetime experience and thinking back about all the memories makes me smile.

Incredible safari experience in Tanzania!
My group of friends and I recently embarked on a once-in-a-lifetime safari adventure in Tanzania, and it's safe to say that our journey would not have been the same without the exceptional guidance of Raymond. From start to finish, Raymond not only exceeded our expectations but also left an indelible mark on our hearts.
First and foremost, Raymond's knowledge of the animals and the local ecosystem was simply astounding. He seemed to possess an innate ability to spot wildlife that we would have otherwise missed, even when camouflaged in the dense underbrush of the Serengeti. His explanations about animal behavior, migration patterns, and ecological significance added a profound depth to our safari experience. It was like having a living, breathing encyclopedia of African wildlife right by our side.
But Raymond's expertise extended far beyond the realm of wildlife. He had a deep understanding of the local culture, which he eagerly shared with us. Whether it was introducing us to the Maasai people, explaining their customs and traditions, or telling us captivating stories about the history of the region, Raymond's cultural insights enriched our journey and provided a meaningful context for the landscapes and wildlife we encountered.
What truly set Raymond apart, however, was his exceptional personality and genuine kindness. He didn't just guide us through Tanzania; he became a friend. His warm smile, boundless enthusiasm, and unwavering patience made us feel like we were exploring this magnificent land with a trusted companion. Raymond's positive energy was infectious, and he brought a sense of joy and camaraderie to our group that made our safari all the more enjoyable.
Raymond went above and beyond to ensure that our safari was safe, comfortable, and unforgettable. He meticulously planned our daily itineraries, making sure we witnessed the most breathtaking moments of the animal kingdom in action.
I cannot express enough how lucky we were to have Raymond as our safari guide. He possesses a rare combination of expertise, passion, and charisma that makes him an outstanding ambassador for Tanzania's natural wonders and cultural treasures. Raymond, you are not just an extraordinary guide; you are a cherished friend and a testament to the incredible people we meet during our travels. Thank you for making our Tanzanian safari an adventure of a lifetime, and we can't wait to return for more adventures with you in the future. Asante sana, Raymond!

Best of the best. 100% satisfied
We had booked the 8 days/7nights safari including Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP, Ngorongoro and Lake Manyara. And it was worth every cent.
Raphael, our tour agent, from the first email till our departure stayed always in contact with us whenever we needed him. He personalized the tour according to what we wanted to do and to see. The lodges he proposed could be changed on our purpose. The were all really good, some even outstanding.
Our guide and driver, Oscar, was the perfect man for a safari with all his knowledge, his driving skills and his humor. He has a lot of experience and is flexible whenever there is need.
We had a big extended Landcruiser with plenty of space for two. Cooled drinks on bord were included. The pop-up roof was perfect for taking pictures.
Most important: we saw sooo many animals, sometimes very, very close. Lions, lepard, cheetah, elephants ….even a rhino. Everything the Nationalparks had offer. You name it. Overall, we were so lucky to see the big migration with thousands of wildebeest close to us.
We absolutely can recommend Safari Soles. On our last day, Bryson, the Manager of the company, came to our hotel to say goodbye. Perfect
