Great day trip from Arusha with amazing service
My boyfriend and I went on their one day trip into the tarangire national park.
We had a great time and were able to get amazing pictures. The highlights were definitely the elephants! We saw probably 30 throughout the day, including babies. We also saw lions, giraffes, wildebeest, water buffalo and impala on our one day outing.
From booking til the end we had great service. The company communicated with us regularly regarding our upcoming trip, asked for our meal/drink preferences and truly did a great job with customer service.
Our guide was incredibly friendly, on time and very knowledgeable about the area. He taught us about the Masai people and the animals as we went about our trip.
Lastly, our boxed lunch was great. Especially these little meat pie/empanada things.
I would highly recommend this tour company and will definitely use them on my next trip to Tanzania.

Incredible experience!
I am so happy that we chose to book our Safari with Safari Soles. They really took great care of us the entire time by picking us up at the airport throughout the Safari, giving us a complimentary city tour of Arusha and taking us back to the airport. Anwar, our guide, really made the experience special for us. He was very nice, funny and knowledgeable about the Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater. He always made sure to get a great view of all the animals, we got so lucky we were able to see 4 of the main 5. We had the opportunity to come very close and personal with the animals, making the experience that much more special. The campsites were comfortable and provided warm water. Our chef Dennis was awesome! He provided us with delicious meals, and even shared the recipe to his zucchini soup. Both Anwar, Dennis and Bryson were so nice and made us feel right at home. Thank you Safari Soles for this incredible experience!

Fantastic experience
Arranged a last minute safari with Bryson and safari soles and couldn't be happier with our choice. Everything was brilliant from fast communication from Bryson, excellent well maintained vehicle and our super chef. The camping experience was amazing and something I highly recommend. The only thing I would change would be having more time for an extra night in the Serengeti. I highly recommend Bryson and the safari soles team , you won't be disappointed!

Outstanding local tour operator
Safari Soles is a local safari tour operator based in Arusha, Tanzania. My wife and I went on our first Safari in July 2019, and I really had no idea about the best way to go about booking. What I quickly learned is that there are plenty of western based operators who will charge you a small fortune. Now, don’t get me wrong, they have a place and I am sure there are plenty of people willing to pay a premium for the perceived dependability of a company based in LA, New York, London etc. I say ‘perceived’ because, in the end, I had such good service from Safari Soles, that I really began to question how much value those big companies really add. Just my opinion, your mileage may vary.
We booked a 4 day, 3 night safari with a guide and a cook. We camped which was excellent. We went to Tarangire National Park, The Serengetti and finally the Ngorongoro crater. If you need a little more comfort, Bryson and the Safari Soles team can arrange lodges instead of camping for an extra fee. It was truly amazing, I didn’t know what to expect but this trip exceeded my expectations is every way. Our booking covered the 1 for transfers to and from JRO airport, the first and last night in a hotel in Arusha (we were given a choice of 3) the services of an English speaking driver/guide (who had the sharpest eyes and spotting skills imaginable) our cook (who also helped with camp set-up and breakdown) 3 meals each day, campsite fees, and park entry fees. Only tips and souvenirs were extra. Bryson also added a short shopping tour of Arusha on our last morning.
Bryson and Safari Soles are super-dependable and trustworthy. We paid a 10% by Western Union (for which Bryson proactive emailed me his passport and ID cards for identity verification, we then paid the balance in cash (US$ in new bills are required everywhere in Tanzania) when we arrived. It feels really good to be putting money directly into the hands of local companies and not have fat margins skimmed off by middlemen. For me, this is really important.
Go on a safari and see these magnificent animals, it was wonderful.

Informative, fun safari
The tour was contracted to another company but ensured by Safari Soles. They put my husband and me with a wonderful group of people, fantastic driver, and excellent cook. Safari Soles provided us with beer and wine and snacks to take along on our trip. The wine and beer were both of excellent character. The whole trip was fun, completely well-run, and responsive to all the tourist participants!

An unforgettable experience!!
Bryson gave us all the facilities to make the safari to our liking, days, parks, hotels ... He was asking us during the wasap safari how everything was going.
During the safari our guide and driver was great and very attentive to everything.
Thanks for all!

Greates safari - Best guide
I can really recommend Safari Soles tour - my friend and I bought a private safari tour staying in tents. We had looked at MANY different companies with big difference in price range! We decided to go with Safari Soles as they had gotten a lot of great reviews and the price was good! There is absolutely no need to buy this safari from an expensive company, because this service, the guide, the tour and the chef which Safari Soles gave us was amazing! The guide Augustine was so good at telling us about the animals and Tanzania - we even got to see all of the big five and it was clear that he had a lot is experience!

Beyond any expectation
As solo traveler, I was looking for a reliable safari experience in Tanzania and after getting lost among the hundreds of companies offering you luxury services I've found Safari Soles Tour. Bryson, the manager, was really helpful since the beginning. He helped me whenever needed and he also saved me from being stuck in Tanzania without money (small issue with credit card). He also made the perfect match as I shared this amazing experience with some funny french guys.
During the 4days we spotted all the animals, we ate delicious food (thanks Chef!) and we were accompanied by the best driver, Simon. Both of them were really trustworthy and caring as they helped with some health issue.
I couldn't have asked for more.
Thanks to Bryson and all his fantastic crew!
