Fantastic time in Amboselli
Edwin, who came to pick us up, explained the details of the tour politely and calmly so we participated at ease. He found many animals for us, but the most memorable thing was that, even though we were already on our way home, he suddenly made a U-turn and took us to see the cheetahs. Thank you so much, Edwin

The safari and the driver were Just wonderful. From the pickup to the drop off. Punctuality, care, ... the list is so long, I would recommend it to my colleagues and friends. Thank you

Amazing four days
We booked four days of tours with African Beasts and Safaris (Nairobi, Ol-Pejeta, Hell's gate and Ambroseli). Each day was different, but each trip was amazing, We saw lions on our first day at Nairobi national park. Hell's gate bike bike was amazing and seeing over 100 elephants at once in Ambroseli, will be forever memory. We had Black Santa as our guide for first two days and we wished we could have had him for all four, he makes trip fun and he can't do enough for you, massive thank you to him. Also having Mercy as customer support on whatsup was amazing, she is always there to help and answers any queries that you have. Would definitely use this company if we are back to Kenya, no stress, no issues, absolutely brilliant and what memories we hade. Thank you all from our family.

Excellent service at a reasonable price
I have used the services of African Beast Tours and Safaris for the second time and once again I was delighted.
To be honest - finding a tour company in Nairobi that offers one or two-day safaris at a reasonable price is quite a challenge. This time we used African Beast for a trip to Crescent Island and Lake Nakuru. We quickly agreed on the trip, including customizing the scenario, and most importantly, the deal paid off. If the agency told us that everything was included, it really was, including entrances and meals along the way.
Our driver and guide in one person was lovely and was able to find rhinos well in Nakuru NP. Thanks to the perfect organization we didn't have to wait anywhere.
I keep my fingers crossed that African Beast can keep up this high level of service and low prices and can only recommend it! Especially if you are looking for a reasonably price trip from Nairobi!

Excellent service and tour guide!
Our group loved the the whole trip. The driver/tour guide Sami was very informative and communicative and gave a lot of insight on Kenya's social and cultural context.
We booked the 2D1N safari and very lucky, we saw a lot of wildlife animals, from herds of elephants (more than fifty of them!), cheetah momma and puppies, lion and lionesses, giraffes, dazzles of zebras, flamingos, and others!

Quite friendly, professional, and affordable safari tour operators
Communications: smooth, always by WhatsApp, clear and effective
Service: really nice and professional (shout out to Mercy and Edwin) - both in person and by WhatsApp.
Value for money: affordable, and the conditions were good. The lodge we stayed was lovely despite being a budget one, and the same goes for the car - comfortable, although not a SUV.
Tour: Great. What you would typically expect from Amboseli, with me lots of Elephants, Zebras, Hipos, Giraffes, Lions, Chetas, etc.

I cannot see how to better spend two days in Kenya
I cannot see how to better spend two days in Kenya than booking a trip to Amboseli via African Beast Tours and Safaris.
For those interested, some detailed thoughts below expanding on my experience. For reference, me and my three friends booked a group tour in late October 2024, starting from Nairobi. We ended up being four people in total, as a friendly Portuguese guy also joined us. A disclaimer is that this is my first safari experience, so I have no other point of reference.
Communication and planning:
Ahead of our trip, the communication with African Beast Tours and Safaris was clear, kind and professional, with very fast response times. This was important to us as we started to look for options only a few days before we wanted to go. ABT&S were the first to respond.
They also had the lowest cost that I could find. However I can hardly see what a more expensive option would provide that ABT&S did not.
We opted for budget over luxury, so I was surprised when we arrived on the AA Amboseli lodges and saw the standards. With sophisticated camping tents/cottages (electricity and bathrooms w/showers included), a restaurant, a bar, a pool, and cheeky Vervet monkeys running around, I nearly thought there had been a mistake.
The safari:
Amboseli National Park was simply stunning. Over the span of two sessions, we had nearly constant close encounters with wild, beautiful animals. It felt like teleporting into the Lion King opening scene. The mountain of Kilimanjaro looming on the horizon was the cherry on top.
Our guide Edwin elevated our experience with his knowledge and passion of the animals and their conservation. We decided to rely on him to call the shots on where to go, and it payed off. He drove us around in the park, relying on over-the-radio rumors and experience to take us to the spots with most activity, uncovering one magnificent sight after the other.
A non-extensive list of the animals we met on our way:
Majestic grazers including 100+ elephants, countless zebras, warthogs, Thomson gazelles, giraffes, hippos, Wildebeests, Dik-Dik and (mating) water buffalos. Often seen wandering together.
Spectacular birdlife including 100+ flamingos, eagles, ostriches, secretary birds and pelicans.
And then we were also lucky enough to catch the three major predators in the lion, cheetah and hyena.
It is a special feeling to observe wild animals at close hand.
PS: A tip for photographing the animals with a smartphone is to take some pictures through binoculars. If aimed properly, it will make for some cool shots. We had one pair of binoculars to share provided by our guide, but you might also want to bring some of your own.

A very nice experience
Nathan was amazing, he was so knowledgeable and took a lot of time for us.
He was also well connected, because of him we got to see more than 10 lions, a cheetah with 5 cubs, many elephants with beautiful close up shots, tons of zebras, wilderbeasts, a lot of birds and hippos.
He knew all the names of the animals and could answer all our questions very precise. And I as a scientist ask a lot of very specific questions 😅
And even if we didn't ask, he always had a story to tell regarding what we just saw.
All in all, he was brilliant as our guide and I would always recommend him to others.

Well organized and easy to book
The tour was very easy to book with organizer Mercy and we were very well to inform beforehand via email and whattsapp. Starting time of the safari was smoothly changed to our needs and a jeep picked us from our hotel when informed.
We had a very good tour in the wildlife park and we saw a lots of different animals on our touring at the wildlife park. Our guide Nathan was very professional and he guided us very well.
Also visits at the elephant orphanage and giraffe park were very interesting and nice final for our tour. We think everything went very good and our group was very satisfied with this tour.

Fun, varied introduction to Nairobi's top sites
We chose this tour as an introductory safari before we travelled to other parts of East Africa, and we weren't disappointed.
Our guide, Harrison, was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. His customer service was excellent. Communications from the company's head office were clear and excellent.
The tour includes three really different wildlife experiences, and we enjoyed all of them.
