Absolutely awesome and should be on everyone's bucket list
I cannot fault Leopard Tours. The drivers are extremely knowledgeable and kept us informed, answering our questions and explaining wherever necessary. The service they gave us was attentive and caring seeing that we were seniors. The whole experience was beyond my expectations and as I stated before it should be on everyone's bucket list. It was a truly magical and awesome safari. Thank you for giving me the opportunity of a lifetime special.

Nice responsible tailor-made 9 days safari
Mwanje and Image met all our expectations for the organization of our private safari outside of conventional and overly touristy hotels. Our itinerary allowed us to discover the wild life of Kenya and to appreciate the kindness of its inhabitants in a calm and privileged setting. Nice detail: the warm welcome at the airport by Mwanje, the owner of the agency, before leaving directly with our super driver for 9 days, James, very friendly and dedicated. The quality of the guide is very important for a successful safari, as is the location of the camps in or near the parks. The iconic and essential Landcruiser was included directly in our package, a real plus. We chose a 9-day safari rather than a 5-day + beach, a choice that we really did not regret, time flies very quickly in these unusual landscapes. We directly booked our plane tickets.

Fantastic
I did the three day safari with fly in fly out of Nairobi to Masai Mara, with lodge accommodations. I booked this on short notice and communication was very fast and efficient, everything was as better then expected, the flights, the lodge was spectacular and the guide was friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend and will be using them again

Unforgettable experience and lasting memories made at Twiga
We loved Twiga Travel from the minute we arrived. The staff is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about their surroundings. We really felt at home for the duration of our stay. The rooms are tranquil, very luxurious, comfortable and clean. The game drives in the Kruger National park were superb with our guide who informed us of the amazingly rich diversity of the wild life. This was an out of this world experience. Twiga made sure that this special holiday was totally unforgettable with loads of memories to keep. They went above & beyond for us and we can’t wait to return.

Agency responsive and flexible but guide far below expectations
We did an 8-day safari with Image Travel Limited. The agency was very responsive and flexible in designing a trip according to our preferences. The lodges were very good and met our expectations. We booked a safari van (not the Land Cruiser option), which was generally a good decision, although the particular vehicle was a little run-down.
On the negative side, we were not overly happy with the guide. The itinerary specified that the tour includes an "experienced guide", however, our guide turned out to be no more than a driver. For most parts he was friendly and also drove us everywhere as specified, but he was certainly not the type of guide you would expect on a safari. His knowledge of the parks and the animals was only rudimentary. It was also disturbing that he repeatedly provided incorrect information when he didn't know something we asked about, rather than simply saying that he doesn't know. We were also puzzled by some behaviors that we found inappropriate for a safari guide (e.g., phone often rang during the game drives, speeding in the parks, attempts to talk us into later starts in the morning). On our previous safaris (in different countries and with different operators), the guides were very skilled at spotting animals, shared our enthusiasm about the nature and had some interesting stories to tell. Unfortunately, this was not the case during this tour.

We regret that your driver / guide did not meet your expected safari guiding standards.
Jeffery has 10 years of safari guiding experience and we have many positive 5* reviews on his safari service from our guests.
Our main disappointment was that you did not notify our office on your dissatisfaction with Jeffery,however much we kept in touch during your safari.
If you had notified us of this at whatever point on safari , we would have provided another driver / guide instead.
That you went for 8 full days without communicating to our office about it is regrettable.
Our company policy is that you communicate any dissatisfaction with our office immediately it occurs so that we can rectify it immediately...!

All communication was professional polite and timeous. The entire day surpassed my families expectations and can not rate them highly enough for their knowledge, patience, and bush craft, and attention to detail. A must for any traveller to Matopas!

A life time experience at Mashatu with the Legends
In November 2019 I had Joined the Legend Safari team on a photo safari at the Mashatu game reserve in Botswana. The entire process from the initial contacting up to an including the entire safari was an absolute breeze. The team was so professional in everything that they did right down to linking me up with their suppliers to score special rates for equipment hire on their strength.
I had not met any of them until the beginning of our safari but their constant contact with us on a regular basis helped to break the ice and it felt as if we had known eachother since forever.
The accommodation, meals, safaris, guiding, photo guiding and everything in between was just perfect. They are a team that is very knowledgeable and experienced in their field and are always on hand to help along the way to make your trip a comfortable and memorable experience while assisitng and guiding you throughout the safais to ensure that you are able to capture those breathtaking moments perfectly.
I would highly recommend anyone that loves the African bush or would like to explore it, to seriously consider joining Shaheen and his amazing team at Legend Safaris. YOU WILL NOT REGRET!!
